AHA has a "Recommended" folder for authors specifically for story promotions, but we also allow for promotion "bumps" on the forums for various pony projects or specific authors. But only if the following conditions are satisfied:

1. An admin, preferably myself, must be PM'd with the following:
a. Link to the story, author, or project to be promoted
b. Description on why this author, story or project should be promoted on the AHA forums
c. A draft post upon which the user will post to the forums to promote said story, author or group

2. The admin consulted must approve both the promotion, and the draft post.

3. The poster or promoter must not alter the approved draft post in any way, and is obligated to contact said admin when he posts the draft post.

Deviations from these set conditions will be enforced by the AHA admin team via strikes or temp bans.
