Since a new Kira has appeared, I've decided to start this private group, and no, it is not as the first Group Rule states, this is not an attack on any Kira, it is merely an investigation. I will monitor any comments that are not data within the group and are threats against Kira. You have my word. I want to make this group as private as possible as well, because of the crucial information that will be passed. This is for civil purposes only, and I will be very Blue Law about what goes on around here. Remember, the goal of this group is to have a private place to share data and evidence. Nothing more. If you want to PM me for a humorous chat I will. That's not what this is for. I will find members I deem will follow certain rules of the group.
(December 16) Well, now that the first few members are all here, let us establish some rules, shall we?
I: Any member that somehow manages to join the group without my saying or approval in any mannor will be kicked. They will be politely asked to resign. If they fail to resign within that day, they will be blocked and reported.
II: To keep the secrecy of the group's data, members will be PM'd their targets for investigation. It will be as simple as this; [subject] Target [message] (username) that is all. Usernames of targets are forbidden to be mentioned in the comments section. I know who your targets are don't worry, and try to be as specific as you can. If you come across a new username (alais) for your target, PM myself, and everyone else.
III: Please, only data. Discrimination and any foul play within the group against anyone will not be tolerated.
IV: If the previous terms are not acceptable to you, you therefore no longer have my approval to be here and you may quietly resign. If you accept these terms. You may post so in the comments section and I will then PM you a target. When I can.
