4025168 Because Screwloose isn't normally depicted as her mother at all. According to the description of the "Daddy Discord" music video (which is where most of this whole headcanon of Screwy being Discord's daughter came from) she was Screwy's pet. Screwball herself was made by Discord's magic, and her eyes are that way because he made her like that.
There is nothing wrong with her eyes, they are perfect.
