Just a curious question.

For me, it's Medley, Parasol, and Sea Swirl. But what about you guys?

Carrot Top, and I mean like more unique stories. not just the same grew up in ponyville as a farmer, roommate with Ditzy thing. um lets see, that unicorn that's always seen hugging Carrot at the train station, Written Script I think. Raindrops. hand down I want to see more stories about Raindrops. I'd also like to see more original stories for Berry Punch and Cloud Kicker, especially Cloud Kicker. everyone seems to only write about her in the winingverse thingy. I'd love it if someone wrote just a completely original, non-winingverse story about Cloud Kicker.
but the one background character I want to see be written about is Melody Song, that brown earth pony who's occasionally seen working with AJ and family on the farm.
