Hello, all. This is Wolfram Adolphus, author and editor of the story, Para Bellum. I would just like to take the time of anybody who bothers to read this by giving a prelude to the story you are about to read, unless you ignored the title and read the story first.
I began writing this story in March of 2012, and I dragged my legs along up until either the end of May or the beginning of June, I'm not sure which. At that point, I spent the next two weeks writing the entire second half of the story. This is my first fanfic.
I included myself in the story, and the only visual representation of my OC is the one I made on the Royal Wedding site, which is visible as the first thing I posted on my tumblr (Right here). My Tumblr is also the best place to keep up with any news about my stories and to learn more about me. I say this because I'm sure that at least one of you will be unsure of whether or not the pony is mine. Please don't air your grievances at me for this. By the way, I would appreciate any and all new drawings of my OC, but please tell me first. Edit: (I have gotten another drawing, also with the outfit, and I'm getting another done without the outfit on.) The OC'S name in the story is also not the actual name, just thought it would be better for the story.
And finally, I would like to offer some thanks. I feel like the person who is owed the most thanks is Lauren Faust, writer of the show, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, for what I feel are very obvious reasons. Secondly, I would like to thank the brony community, who sucked me in, as I was reluctant at first, as I'm sure many of you were. Thirdly, I would like to thank everypony else who works on the show, including the wonderful Tara Strong, Ashleigh Ball, Tabitha St. Germain, and all the other ponies who we don't hear about so much, such as the animators.
