Another fun Song starts to play in my mind as I unsheathe both of my scalchops and use razor she'll before running straight towards the horde of changelings coming at me. I disable as many of them as I can, slashing and hacking wildly through the swarm until I am forced to retreat out of the swarm and try to figure out a back up plan. I look around to try and spot something I can use to my advantage, until I see it, or rather her.

There is a grey Pegasus mare with a blonde chained to the ground, straining. With all her might to break free. I can tell that she wants to protect her home, but there are far too many changelings in between me and her to reach her. Then I remember something from my science class, when something is frozen solid, it becomes much easier to break. I fire an ice beam off while "attempting" to hit the changelings who all dodge my attack, confused at how poor my aim is. Realization hits them as they hear the sound of chains snapping, and quickly turn around to see their worst nightmare. The pony that caused the most harm to their swarm during their last invasion had just been let loose, and she was none too happy about having been chained up. All the changelings immediately turn their attention to the mare, forgetting  the creature that had caused the chaos in the first place.

I sit and watch as the mare dodges, counters and hits each changeling, while taking little to no damage in the process. The first one that flew up to her got bucked in the face, while the second got impaled by the first one who was thrown at breakneck speeds. The third and fourth ones flew at her at the same time, but she jumped over them, causing them to run into each other, landed, grabbed them both and smashed them together. The fifth sixth and seventh changelings all started to tag team her, landing glancing blows on her, but their progress came to an end when she grabbed one of them, slammed it into the ground and stomped its head in. One of other two rushed her while the other charged and fired a spell. The mare grabbed the second changeling and use it to block the spell. The third one tried to fly back towards its comrades, but it was stopped as the mare flew underneath it, and bucked it in the stomach, sending it flying into the air. Then the mare appeared above the changeling, hitting it straight down towards the ground. It ended up going so fast, that just before it hit the ground, it preformed a sonic rainboom, causing all of the other changlings to be temporarily stunned.

I took my chance while the mare was holding off the swarm, to free more of the ponies that were trapped in various cages, starting with a pure white Pegasus stallion, who had red eyes, small wings, and humongous biceps. Next I sliced through the bars on a cage containing a white unicorn mare with an electric blue mane, and a grey earth pony mare with a black mane. All three of the ponies thanked me and ran to go join in the fray, the Pegasus smashing all of the changelings, the unicorn using magic to throw things at them, and the earth pony using a form of martial arts to take out each changeling that got in her way. The last cage I opened contained the six ponies whom I fought the day before, each of them thanking me with a mixed look of gratitude and confusion on their faces. I started to walk towards the changeling queen not noticing a bright flash coming from behind me.

When I got to the queen I said "It's over, we've won. Now go home!"

"Never! So long as I can fight, we will never give up!" She shouts back while laughing maniacally. Suddenly she stops her laughter and looks in my direction with surprise on her face. I turn around and see the six ponies from before, but with a completely different look from before. They seem to be radiating power, and I can see that the changeling queen's expression quickly turn from shock to fear. Then the purple unicorn thing shouts

"Queen Chrysalis, your reign of terror comes to an end now!"
Before all six of the ponies light up, and suddenly a dome of light Eminates from them, growing rapidly every second. I look around and see that the changelings are having the "bug on a windshield effect" and are being rapidly swept out of the city, and get sent flying to parts unknown. I look at the defeated swarm, that is rapidly vanishing from view before I hear a voice come from behind me

"You have some nerve being here creature. For your actions yesterday you are to be detained and thrown into prison until I have decided what to do with you."

I turn around to see the purple unicorn from before staring at me angrily along with her five friends, all looking like they are about to pounce. I hold up my scalchops, bracing myself for the fight that awaits me, until a voice cuts through the crowd 

"Wait, you don't understand, how didn't do anything wrong!"

and all ponies present gasp and start to talk amongst themselves, trying to figure out who spoke, until a small grey earth pony filly with a silver mane runs up and puts herself in between me and the six ponies from before. The violet pony has a look that is half way between confused, and intrigued before saying

"Alright silver spoon, explain"
