Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle were walking through Ponyville.
“I still can’t believe the three of us will be world class cardfighters. What about Spike?” asked Scootaloo
“He said he would find his own way.” said Apple Bloom as she remembered what Spike said.
Soon they found themselves in front or PSY.
“This is where we going to stop?” asked Scootaloo
“Yeah, I just want to stop and ask a few question.” said Apple Bloom ‘They were the ones that gave me Alfred and Majesty Lord Blaster.’
They entered PYS.
“Hello!” said Apple Bloom
“It looks like no one is here.” said Scootaloo
“There has to be somepony here remember the door doesn't open unless you're a princess or there is someone in here.” said Sweetie Belle
“Yeah but what if they just left when we opened the door?”

Then they hear someone struggling and saying. “Close. Close.” over and over again. They went to see who it was. Then they say Cadence trying to close her suitcase with her magic. “Come on fit! Fit!” Cadence then set the suitcase down then sate on it to close it. She notice the Crusaders then it opened back up.
“Hello.” said Apple Bloom
Then a voice came from the other room. “Cadence what is all that ruckus?” the pony entered and it was Luna. “Are you packing….. Apple Bloom.” she said as she notice the crusaders
Then Celestia entered and greeted them. “Your visit came at the worst time. We are going to be leaving the nation for a little bit.”
“Really why?” asked Apple Bloom
“We were invited to the VF Circuit. But not to compete but to help with the tournament being held in other nations. We are going to help promote it and do some diplomatic stuff there as well.”
“That strange we are competing in the VF Circuit.” said Scootaloo

“Yeah the three of us. The opportunity was to good to pass up.” said Apple Bloom
“What is your reason for joining?” asked Celestia
“There is someone there I want to meet.”

“Yeah!” ‘To meet him and ask him is the way I’m going.’
“The challenge of players around the world. I wonder how far will you will go.” said Luna
“We won the national tournament. I feel sorry for the team they but against us.” said Scootaloo

“Thermometer Angel.” a pegasus with a pink mane and tale with a thermometer appeared.
“Thermometer Angel. Is that a new clan?”
“Yeah, it was introduced in the new set. It’s called Angel Feather.”
“That deck might have some Limit Breaks.” said Apple Bloom
“But the set just came out. How did she get all the cards?” asked Scootaloo

“I draw, I activate Godhawk, Ichibyoshi skill. I check the top five cards for Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi and if it’s there I can do a superior ride. Not there.”
“Thats right I saw you do the exact same thing at the nationals. By using your memory you were ably to win without relying on luck. As long as the victory pattern is ideal, you can fight against any opponent without having any trouble. I better watch out.”

“Draw, I ride Thousand Ray Pegasus.” Then Thermometer Angel turned into a pegasus mare with some needles floating near her. “Thermometer Angel moves to rear guard. Now I call a second Thousand Ray Pegasus. The rear guard Thousand Ray attacks your vanguard.” The needles shoot out lasers hitting Tsukuyomi.
“Damage trigger check.” (no trigger)
“Thermometer boosts Pegasus attack on your vanguard. Drive trigger check. (no trigger)” The needles shoot out lasers hitting Tsukuyomi.
“Damage trigger check. (no trigger) My turn, draw. I activate Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi’s skill. I look at the top five cards and if one of them is Goddess of the Half Moon, Tsukuyomi, I can do a superior ride. I ride Battle Maiden, Tagitsuhime.”
“You couldn’t ride the Half Moon. With this the number of cards you check will be less. So fighting with memory power might not be possible.”
“You seem to know quite a lot about me. I call Oracle Guardian, Gemini. Gemini attacks your vanguard.” Gemini face pulled back and fired lasers.
“Damage trigger check, no trigger. How ever Thousand Rays skill activates. It gains 2000 power when a card is sent to the damage zone till the end of the turn.”
“That ability doesn't seem bad for her vanguard but it's kind of wasted on her rear guard.” said Scootaloo
“I attack the vanguard with Tagitsuhime.” She slashed her opponent. (both no trigger)
“Because I got anther damage Thousand Ray gains 2000 more power.”
“As long as conditions are meet she can power up multiple units. Angel Feather they seem to be quite strong.” said Apple Bloom
“I end my turn.”
“Well then, it’s my turn. I ride, Love Machine Gun, Nociel.” Thousand Ray turned into a pegasus mare with a pink mane and tail with a bow. “I move Thousand Ray back and call Holy Zone, Penemue.” A pink pegasus with a ribbon. “With a boost from Thermometer Angel, Love Machine Gun, Nociel attacks your vanguard. Drive trigger check, critical trigger. Penemue gains 5000 power and Love Machine Gun, Nociel gains the extra critical.” Nociel pulled back the bow and fired heart tipped arrows.
“Damage trigger check. First, (no trigger) second. Critical trigger I give all effects to Tagitsuhime.”
“With a boost from Thousand Ray, Penemue.”

‘I have four damage i can’t take any more right now.’ “I guard with Lozenge Magus.” Lozenge Magus blocked Penemue as she used her ribbon as a whip.

“Even if the conditions for the Full Moon isn’t met. You can go into Amaterasu which is also strong. You have mastered your deck and you can make the most out of it. A good deck which doesn't depend totally on one winning strategy. But there is still something missing.”

I move Gemini and call Oracle Guardian, Red Eye and Goddess of the Full Moon, Tsukuyomi. Goddess of the Full Moon, Tsukuyomi attacks your vanguard.”

“I guard with Clutch Rifle Angel.” A pegasus with a rifle appeared to stop the attack from Tsukuyomi.
“I attack the vanguard with Amaterasu. Drive trigger check, critical trigger. I give the power to Red Eye and the critical to Amaterasu. Second check, no trigger. But now I have four cards in my hoof. Amaterasu skill activates and gains 4000 power during my turn.” She fired a laser from her horn.
“Damage trigger check. (no trigger) Thousand Ray gains 2000 power. Second check, heal trigger. I add 5000 power to Love Machine Gun, Nociel. Lucky I didn’t need to heal. We both have four damage now.”
“How is that lucky?” asked Scootaloo

“I intercept with Penemue.” Penemue got in the way a use her ribbon as a shield.

“I end my turn.” ‘If I can survive then next turn. I’ll have the advantage. But what is she planning.’
“Here I go. I ride Circular Saw, Kiriel.” Nociel turned into a pegasus mare with a blue mane and tail with a buzz saw. “Circular Saw, Kiriel’s counterblast! I superiorcall an Angel Feather card from my damage zone. Then I put the top card of my deck into the damage zone face down.” Then a red pegasus with a blond mane and tail appeared.
“You called a unit from the damage zone.”
“Not only that I moved a card from my deck to the damage zone. Calamity Flame and Thousand Ray both gain 2000 power. This skill cannot only be used on my opponent's turn, but by doing this i can use the skill to attack as well. I call Gattling Shot, Barbiel.” A pegasus with a blue mane and tail with a gattling gun appeared. “Barbiel attacks your vanguard.”
“I guard with Dream Eater.” Barbiel shot his gattling gun and Dream eater blocked the attack.
“Now it’s time for the main event. Boosted by Thermometer, Kiriel attacks. Go beyond the limits and fly to a new area! Limit Break!”
“Limit Break!”
“As I thought!” said Apple Bloom
“She can use it as well.” said Scootaloo
“Drive trigger check, first. (no trigger) Second. (no trigger)” Kiriel started her buzz saw and lightning shot out and hit Amaterasu.
“Damage trigger check, critical trigger. I give all effects to Amaterasu.”
“Boosted by Thousand Ray, Calamity Flame attacks.”
21000 to 15000
“I guard with Psychic Bird.”
“I end my turn.”
‘That was close, I have to finish it this turn.’ “Amaterasu’s skill, to the top. I call White Hare of Inaba. White Hare of Inaba’s skill I add one card from my hoof into the soul. I retire Goddess of the Full Moon. I call Evil-eye Princess, Euryale. Euryale’s skill with six or more cards in the soul I can take one card in your hoof and bind it for the rest of the turn.” Sweetie Belle chose one of the cards and Cadence but it down.
“Alright now she has one less card to guard with.” said Scootaloo
“Amaterasu attacks Kiriel.”
“I guard with Burst Shot, Bethnael and Battle Cupid, Nociel. Battle Cupid, Nociel’s skill when it enter the guard circle I can exchange a card from my deck with a card in my damage zone.”
“Drive trigger check, critical trigger. I give all effects to Euryale. Second check, it’s not a trigger.”
“It looks like we have a winner.” said Celestia
“Yeah see only has two attacks left, and Cadence just picked up a perfect guard. So one of the attacks won’t hit.” said Luna
“Boosted by White Hare, Euryale attacks.”
“I guard with Requiel. I discard an Angel Feather card from my hoof for a perfect guard.” A mare pegasus with pink mane and tail appeared to blocked the attack.
“Boosted by Gemini, Red Eye attacks Calamity Flame.”
17000 to 10000
“No guard.”
Red Eye summoned fire orbs and hit Calamity Flame.
“I end my turn.”
“Well then let’s finish this up. Thermometer’s counterblast, Thermometer move into the soul. Then I look at the top five cards for a grade three revile it and add it to my hoof. Return and shuffle the deck. I call Calamity Flame, Rocket Dash Unicorn and Sunny Smile Angel. Boosted by Sunny Smile, Kiriel attack. Limit Break!” (both sides no triggers)
“I lose.”
“Sweetie Belle lost so easily.” said Apple Bloom
“How is that possible?” asked Scootaloo
‘I couldn't do anything.’ thought Sweetie Belle
“That’s the same deck you use in the National Tournament finals right. It’s been a few weeks since then. During that time everyone has been upgrading their decks. You were the best in the country but now I’m not so sure. I think you might have underestimated how tough the VF Circuit will be. With that level, it's better to not participate. You’re participating because someone asked you, you can’t win.” said Cadence
Soon the three of them left PSY.
“Enjoy yourself at the Circuit, okay.” said Cadence as the Crusaders left. “If you still going.” she whispered.
“Cadence that was to much.” said Luna
“That is how you make things interesting.”
“It should be a blast, the Circuit.” said Celestia
The Crusaders were walking thru town.
“Cadence was strong.” said Scootaloo
“Yes, there are a lot more who are stronger than us.” said Apple Bloom
‘It’s been since the Nation Tournament that I felt this way. This time, I’m not going to the Circuit just because I was asked to. But for my own reasons.
“We need to get stronger.” said Scootaloo
“Yeah, to win the Circuit, we need to become stronger.
