Friendship Kita: A Tale of 2 Fourzes

Be Careful What You Wish For

"Why do we have to be here again?" Bobby moaned.

"Because, as Kamen Riders Fourze and Meteor, we command the stars and transient celestial bodies respectively, and according to the other world leaders that means we attend," Jack told his brother. They were currently in the Crystal Empire to attend a summit of the leaders of leaders from all over Equis, and weren't exactly happy they had to attend.

"You know, I have a meteor shower scheduled for next week, I bet they'd let me out of it if I said I needed to do some fine tuning."

"Do you?"

"...maybe?"

"Then you're attending."

"Maybe they'll let me go if I drop a comet on their cities," Bobby grumbled.

Jack just chuckled, knowing that Bobby was just kidding, as Shutter squirmed in his grip.

"You said I could explore, last time we were here it was all blown up."

Jack sighed, "Fine, just promise you'll meet up with us after?"

"I will, see ya later."

Bobby sighed, "I still don't get how you manage to keep track of all those spirits, let alone get them to listen to you. It took me weeks just to get those meteors on anything resembling a proper course."

"It's a gift," Jack said as they approached a rather nervous looking Twilight.

"Jack, Bobby, good to see you here. There's so much to do before the summit. We need to work on our speeches, and go through the schedule, and..." Before she could continue, Jack clapped his hands in front of her face, snapping her out of it. "Thanks for that."

"No problem, although I wonder who thought it was a good idea to invite someone who's only been a princess for a week?"

"The same guys who invited us?" Bobby asked.

Jack frowned, "It bothers me that I am unable to refute that."

Bobby just chuckled as they walked into the palace, where the other Princesses were waiting.

"Welcome all," said Celestia, "I trust that you had a pleasant trip?"

"Yes, or at least I did," Twilight said, "how did you two get here? I didn't see you on the train."

"We drove," Jack said, "that reminds me, we need to find a place to set up some Gates if you don't mind."

"That can be arranged," said Cadance.

"Thank you kindly," Jack replied.

"Anyway," Celestia interjected, "it's late, and the summit isn't for 2 days, why don't you get some sleep."

"Sounds good to me," Bobby said before turning to a guard, "Lead me to my room."

Jack was in his room reading when he heard a commotion outside.

"If this is Bobby, I'm going to smack him so hard he won't need my help to see stars," Jack said as he grabbed his Driver and entered the hall. What he saw was pandemonium, a Unicorn Mare was being chased by Twilight, a couple of guards, and Bobby with his trusty fishing pole.

"Do I want to know what's going on?"

"Somepony got the smart idea to try to steal the Element of Magic," Bobby said as he cast his line to catch the intruder's saddle bag, "emphasis on try."

However, before the hook could reach, a tendril of pure darkness shot out of a nearby shadow and cut the line. As the intruder sped off, a Zodiarts that resembled a large black bird stepped out of the shadow and blocked their way.

"Well, looks like our little thief has an accompless," Bobby said as he slid his fishing pole into his backpack.

"I am Corvus, and I'd prefer if you left my friend to her business."

"Not gonna happen, as I'm sure you can tell," Bobby said as he pulled out his Driver, "Corvus is crow right?"

"Or raven," Jack said as he pulled out his own, "which considering she's a thief is more appropriate."

"I am no simple thief."

"We know, that's why we're taking you down."

Meteor, Ready?

3!

2!

1!

"Henshin!"

"Who the heck are you?" Corvus asked.

"Kamen Rider Meteor, we shall decide your fate."

"Kamen Rider Fourze, now let's settle this 2 on 1."

With a wave of her hand, Corvus launched a swarm of razor sharp feathers at them. Fourze and Meteor ducked behind an archway to avoid the attacks.

"Looks like she's got a bit of a temper huh?" Bobby said.

"Shut up, let's take her down."

Gatling, On!

Mars, Ready! Ok, Mars!

As Fourze and Meteor launched a swarm of bullets and flames at Corvus, she dodged by ducking into a shadow.

"That's totally cheating," Meteor said before Corvus shot another storm of feathers from within the shadow.

"I've got an idea," Fourze said as he switched out his Circle Switch, "get ready."

"Like you need to worry."

Flash, On!

As the Light Module burned away all the shadows, Corvus was forced into the open.

"Goodnight miss crow," Meteor said as he inserted his Switch into the Meteor Galaxy.

Limit Break!

Meteor's fist glowed as prepared to attack, but before he could, Corvus surrounded herself in a cloud of feathers. Meteor blew through the cloud, but Corvus was already gone.

"Where the hell did she go," Meteor asked as he returned the Switch to his Driver.

Off in the distance, they heard a scream of frustration that sounded like it came from Rainbow Dash.

"Something tells me that way." Fourze said.

"What do you mean we can't go after them!!!"

Jack and Bobby had dehenshined as they arrived in a room that looked rather normal, except for a rather ornate mirror. The Mane 6 and all 3 princesses were gathered, and Dash was currently yelling in Celestia's face.

"I'm sorry, but you cannot go."

"Um, would someone mind explaining what's going on?" Jack asked.

Celestia turned her head towards them, "Good to see you two. An old student of mine, Sunset Shimmer, stole the Element of Magic and used this mirror to escape."

"And according to her, we're not allowed to help Twilight get it back," said Dash.

"Um, why did she steal it, and why won't you let them?" asked Bobby.

"Sunset was once not much different from Twilight, but as the years went by, her thirst for knowledge and power grew. She sought out forbidden knowledge, and when I confronted her, she used this mirror to flee into another reality."

"My sister and I agree that the Element of Magic must be retrieved," Luna continued, "but if too many go, the fabric of reality might be damaged."

"That means I have to go, alone," Twilight said as she eyed the mirror apprehensively.

"Maybe not," Jack said.

"What do you mean?" asked Celestia.

"I'm not from this dimension, and for all we know this mirror could lead to my home, so there isn't as much of a risk if I accompany her."

Luna turned to her sister, "His reasoning is rather sound."

Celestia considered it for a minute before nodding, "Very well, the Zodiart passed through as well, so having you with her will be worth the risk."

"Well, if you're going I guess I'm going too," said Bobby.

"No you're not," countered Jack.

"And why not?"

"A: if a Zodiarts attacks while I'm gone, you need to be here to stop it. And B:," Jack placed his hand on Bobby's shoulder and grinned, "one of us needs to be here for the summit."

Bobby frowned, "I hate you so much."

Jack simply chuckled as he and Twilight stood in front of the mirror, "Ready?"

Twilight gulped, "As I'll ever be."

"Remember," Celestia warned, "the portal will only remain open for three days, and then it will remain closed for 30 moons."

"No pressure," Jack muttered to himself.

"Jack," Celestia said, causing him to turn to look at her, "keep my student safe." Jack nodded before he and Twilight walked up to the portal.

"If you don't make it back, I get your room!" Bobby shouted just as they stepped through. Before anyone could react, Spike charged through after them.

Luna turned to her sister, "Do you think they'll be alright?"

Celestia looked at the portal with a forlorn look on her face, "I hope so."

Jack shook his head slightly as he exited the other side, "Man, that wasn't as smooth as one of my Gates, huh Twi?" However, as he turned to look beside him, it wasn't who he was expecting. Instead of a purple Alicorn, there was a light skinned teenager in a purple school uniform, at least her hair was the same.

"What... why am I?" Twilight asked herself as she examined her new fingers.

"Not sure, but I sure hope I don't become a pony when we go back" Jack said before extending a hand to help her up. However, before she could stand up, something else shot out of the portal and knocked into them.

"Woah, what a rush," said the figure, who was a 12ish looking boy with purple pants and sweater, green shoes t-shirt and spiky hair, and a very familiar voice.

"Spike! What are you doing here?" Twilight asked/yelled.

"Hey, like I was going to let you go off without your number 1 assistant."

"Urgh, I don't know if this is the sweetest thing you've done, or the dumbest."

"Well, at least Jack won't mind the extra help, won't you?"

Jack couldn't answer, as he was looking in fascination at their end of the portal. It was set into the base of a statue of a cartoony looking satellite. "It can't be, Hayabusa-kun?"

"Do you know where we are?" Twilight asked as she rose unsteadily to her feet.

Jack just turned around. What he saw was an ordinary enough looking high-school, if a mite on the large side. What took him back was a sign that had the school's name.

"Amanogawa? But that's..."

"Oy, if you don't hurry up you'll be late for class," said a voice behind them. They turned to see a tall man wearing a tan suit, and black hair done up in a pompadour.

"Oh, are you new students? My name's Professor Gentarou," he said as he stuck out his hand, "can't wait to be your friends."
