     "Who are you?" Asked Celestia to the pegasus.
"My name is Crash Rock" Replied to Celestia. "I'm a music critic and musician"
"How you found my sister's problem?" Asked Luna.
"A little bird called "Dashz" said to me" Crash replied "I'm a great festival defender you know?"
"Shit... another one of these guys..." Celestia talked to herself.
"I heard! Bitch!" Crash angrily rebuked Celestia.
"Another ponies came here asking for a great festival, but she says no always... what is your idea, Crash?" Luna tried to calm down the brown pegasus.
"Oh yeah! I saw all festivals before the banning and I noticed in a thing that made these festivals good spots for stampedes and riots, check it out!" 


Crash tooked a file with all years and places of festivals.

"As you see, the summer/winter festivals were always hold in great cities, so.. massive traffic lines and massive amounts of ponies, a disaster that was about to happen!" Explained Crash. "So, my idea is making a festival in the less-populated cities in the West, like Canterlot, Ponyville or Apple Acres, with high security procedures!"
"It looks good and it all, but... about the insolations and the fainting?" Asked Celestia, with curiosity.
"Build up a team of nurses and doctors around the festival's instalations" Crash replied. "Are you interessed, Princess?"
"I say yes, I was blind by that disaster in the 2007's Festival, that I wasn't open for new things... Thank you Crash! What about you sister?"
"OMG! YES! YES! I SAY YES! THANK YOU CRASH!!!!"
"No problem... but lets not overstate the emotions ok?" Said Crash.
"Now we need a guy that will choose the bands and the stages..." Said Celestia
"I have a friend, he will help us, if he accept my offer!"  Said Crash with some determination.
"OK! GOOD TRIP!" Said Luna.
"Ok... goodbye.." Crash exit the Princess' castle and he went to the friend's house.
"THIS... IS... AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU CELESTIA FOR ALLOWING AGAIN FESTIVALS!!!" Luna was very happy about this,
"I needed to took the visor from my eyes... is not 2007 anymore!" Said Celestia.

The two sisters hugged each other with very strengh.

"Sister... you are press me against you..." Luna screamed, breathlessly.
"Ups... sorry!" Celestia dropped Luna to the floor.
