Chapter 5: What a Night

The light of the morning sun struck in the window of Blitz new home. The light met his eyelids and Bolt struggle to figure out what was causing the disturbing light. As he tries to open his eyes he notices it was morning already.

“Huh...morning already?” he said.

As he tries to get up from the bed, he sits in the corner of his bed thinking about what happen before he went to bed. Ten-second delay of memory and then he remembered. “Oh yeah, Rainbow and Applejack beat me up. Heh,” he said feeling the little bruise that was left by Rainbow.

“Hello,” he said trying to not look directly at them; the last thing he was looking for is another heartache.

“Blitz…YOU BASTARD!” Rainbow screamed and rushes over to him and tackling him to the ground getting every pony in the room to gasp, even Pinkie who was shocked of Rainbow’s action.

His head hit the ground and felt his vision blurry and forgot what just happen. Until one feeling hit his face making him bleed in his nose. Seconds later, his vision returns to normal and saw Rainbow with anger in her eyes. Her strikes didn’t stop. One by one, she was hitting Blitz face, making him bleed even more.

Blitz didn't want to do anything; he stood on the floor while receiving punches after punches in his face.

“RAINBOW!” Twilight screamed while two stallions rush in and tries to remove her off from Blitz.
While the two stallions were removing Rainbow, a blur of orange blob past through them and picked up Blitz and slamming him into the table, getting it to break.

“YOU BASTARD, YOU WILL PAY HOW YOU MADE RAINBOW SUFFERED!” She screams while grabbing his throat and punching his gut.

Blitz felt pain, but this strike felt stronger than Rainbow’s. Blitz body couldn’t take it anymore and spat out blood through his mouth, getting every pony to help out and separate Applejack from him before she kills him.

Pinkie rushes to Blitz aid and helps him up while Fluttershy went rushing to the kitchen to get a first aid kit.
Blitz saw the disaster in his new home. He saw the two mares who made him suffer and left Ponyville.

“Applejack and Rainbow! I don’t know what’s got into you two. But attacking a defenseless pony is out of line and I want an explanation on why the buck you did that to Blitz.”

Blitz tries to get up but Pinkie didn’t want him to get up cause the injuries he just received.

“Please Blitz, stay down. I don’t know what's going on, but this is supposed to be a welcome to Ponyville party. Not attacking the new pony party.” She reveals tears in her eyes while Fluttershy arrives with the first aid kit.

“Don’t cry Pinkie. Everything is going to be A...OH...K,” Blitz said while cleaning her tears.

“Blitz please stay still,” Fluttershy said while cleaning the blood off his mouth. “This will sting a little.”

While Fluttershy attends to his aid, Blitz receives a minimum sting from his injuries getting him to hold tight to Pinkie’s hooves because of the pain.

“And that’s why we attack him,” Rainbow said while getting Blitz attention. “So now you understand why me and Applejack attacked him.

Blitz looks to the direction where Applejack and Rainbow was in and saw Twilight with them. He saw her expression. It was a bit of anger and disappointment. “So much of making friends and starting a new life.”

“I understand is my fault princess but-“

“Rainbow and Applejack, that is the most stupidest, bullcrap I have heard in my entire life of explaining why you needed to beat him up in front of every pony in this room!” Twilight screamed at them. “Yeah I know he disappeared and left you girls hurt without him saying something, but that still doesn’t gives an explanation of you two almost killing him!”

Everypony in the room were getting disappointed faces at the bearers of Loyalty and Honesty. As they back up and rethink of what's happening, they look at Blitz who was on the floor. This angered Rainbow and was about to strike but was stop by Pinkie who was in front of her.

“Pinkie?” Rainbow said.

“Rainbow I think you should leave before some pony other than Blitz gets very hurt.”

Something was different from Pinkie, her puffy hair was all flattened down and had deadpan eyes looking directly at both Applejack and Rainbow, giving them the chills. For the first time, they had chills over their spine and backed away.

“Are you seriously going to defend that asshole? What he did to us?” Applejack remarked.

“Look, how about we let Blitz explain.” Everypony looks at Blitz who was with Fluttershy getting attended.

He looks to every pony in the room and he knew he needed to explain why they beat you up. He sighs “Huh”

“Three years ago. I moved to Ponyville alone, well kinda alone. Rainbow decided to move with me in the same village. I had some fun times in Ponyville. Didn’t have many friends to begin with. The only friends I had were Applejack and Rainbow.” He tries to get up.

“Blitz you shouldn’t.”

“Don’t worry Fluttershy, I’m fine.” He smiles and looks at both mares who beaten him up. “Rainbow and I were friends when we were kids. She was my first real friend I ever had. Then I notice I had feelings for her a few years later.” He looks at Rainbow.

“That day of my disappearance, I was about to ask you do go out with me. But then I saw you with Applejack making out…funny right? I was about to ask the most beautiful mare in all my life to go out with me just to find out she swings the other way.” Blitz reveals tears escaping from his eyes.

“I…decided to stay away from Ponyville for awhile cause of the pain I was suffering. I didn’t tell my parents and I didn’t tell no pony where I was. Heck I think my parents think I’m dead…when I was away, a very wise pony gave me a second chance and relive my life like a new stallion…I became I doctor…well kinda…I can't become one until I take the test next year…so I decided to go back to Ponyville and face my fear and start fresh…and now here we are.” He finishes his explanation.

“THAT’S WHY YOU LEFT…CAUSE OF ME MAKING OUT…CAUSE YOU HAD A STUPID CRUSH ON ME? YOU’RE SUCH A CHILD…CAUSE OF SOME STUPID CRUSH OF ME YOU LEFT…LISTEN BLITZ! I CAN DATE WHOEVER I WANTED AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MAN UP AND TAKE IT IF I DIDN’T LIKE YOU” Rainbow screams.

Everypony stood silently in the room and looked at Blitz who had deadpan eyes of depression. Twilight got close to Rainbow and was face to face with her.

“Now do you understand Twilight…I understand of an apologize but-“ Rainbow was cut off from a magic blast sending her off outside of Blitz house.

“WHAT IN TARNATION!” Applejack reacted to Twilight actions. “Twilight what the hay is wrong with you?”

“I think you two should leave.”

“What?”

“Final Warning Applejack…LEAVE!” Twilight showed anger in her eyes...but pure anger that no pony had ever seen in Twilight.”
With that, Applejack backed off and went after Rainbow, helped her up, and left the area. With that said, Twilight went and helped Blitz with his injury.

“Are you okay?” Blitz asks.

“Um…yeah…let's get you fix up…” Twilight said.

“Twilight…you’re shaking…” Blitz said while seeing Twilights arms shaking of fear cause of the action she took. “Listen everybody, party is over.

I appreciate all of you to be here. So I hope you can respect that I need a moment alone.” With that everypony left and respected his demand.

“Girls you should go also…I'll take care myself…” Blitz said trying to get up.

“No, butBlitz you're injured!” Pinkie said.

“Yeah is true but I think your friend needs help than I do…don't worry about me. I'll see you tomorrow.” Blitz said with a smile.

Pinkie looks at Twilight who was still shaking and was about to cry. Fluttershy quickly rushes towards her and helps her up. Pinkie looks at Blitz and understands the situation. “Okay I’ll see you tomorrow. Stop by at Sugarcube Corner tomorrow and we can hang, Oki Doki,” Pinkie said.

“Of course, I won't miss it.” With that, Pinkie went to help Twilight and they started to walk outside.

Blitz looks at his house and it was a complete mess. He started to walk slowly to the door and closed it and turns the light out. Finding his way to his bed. He manages to get to his bed and rest for a minute. He plants his muzzle in the pillow and bringing him a deep slumber.

“Yep sounds about right…” he chuckles and tries to get up from his bed and went to the showers.

Few hours have past and Blitz was finishing cleaning up his new house. Rap the trash bag and place it outside, getting the view of Ponyville. He promises to hang with Pinkie today so he knew he needed to get ready and go to Sugarcube Corner.
