2D wakes up as music blasts from downstairs from the kitchen.
"Oy," grumbles 2D, as he leans up and rubs his eyes, "Why does Murdoc have to blast loud music in the mornings?"
2D jumps out of his bed wearing nothing, but boxers. He groggily walks over to the closet and pulls out his clothes: blue jeans, his Hello Kinky shirt, socks, boxers and a black jacket. He then walks into the bathroom and shuts the door behind himself.
Twenty Minutes Later…
2D walks down the stairs to see Noodle and Russel eating breakfast. Noodle was eating a bowl of cheerios, as Russel had toast with jam. The two look over to 2D, as he reaches for the cupboard.
"Mornin' 2D," said Russel, as he turns off the radio.
"Good morning, Russel, Noodle," replied 2D, as he walks back to the table with cereal and an empty bowl of cereal.
"Good morning," said Noodle before taking another bite into her spoon.
"How was homework last night for you, Russel?" asked 2D, as he pours cereal into the bowl and then puts in milk.
"It was easy, but a little hard," replied Russel before taking another bite into his toast.
"Little hard for me too," said Noodle.
"It'll get harder soon," said 2D, as he sat down and began eating.
As the three ate in silence, Murdoc comes in wearing nothing, but his underwear. He gives out a yawn and slouches to the fridge and pulls out a slice of cold pizza.
"Mornin' mates," said Murdoc sleazily.
"Good morning, Murdoc," said 2D.
"Mornin'," said Russel.
"Ohayou," said Noodle.
"Ugh, I don't want to go to school today," groaned Murdoc.
"Grow up, cuz," said Russel.
"Are you still grouchy because you didn't see Sunset turn into a she-demon?" asked 2D.
"That and learning is a pain in the arse," said Murdoc, as he sat down, "but it's for our future."
"Exactly," said 2D with a nod.
"Come now," said Russel, as he grabs his empty plate and stands up, "we have to get ready for school."
"Ready to have another great day at school, Noodle?" asked 2D, as Noodle gives him a nod.
"You're right," said Murdoc, as he takes his final bite, "I gotta change. At least we have weekends off."
In front of the school, the seven friends sat there talking about the new kids and how cool they were.
"I like that Stuart fellow," said Rarity, "he's quite a gentleman."
"Noodle was a nice girl," said Rainbow, "it's strange that she met them from being shipped there."
"Russel was a nice guy," said Twilight, "I sit by him in History class."
"You do?" asked Applejack.
"Yep."
"Um…I still find that Stuart guys' eyes creepy," said Fluttershy quietly.
Sunset looked over to the parking lot and notices the four new students exiting their jeep.
"Speak of the devil," said Sunset, as she points over to the four friends.
The girls looked to where she pointed and walked up to them.
"Good morning, Gorillaz," said Pinkie with a large smile.
"Good morning, girls," said 2D, "did you all sleep well?"
"We sure did, Stuart," said Rarity.
"We were just talking about you guys," said Sunset, "and that I will be gone most of today to show these other three new students around the school."
"New students?" said the other girls, including the Gorillaz.
"Yep. I want to make a good impression and have to show them around."
"Well good luck with that," said Russel.
"Make them feel good," said 2D.
Noodle gives Sunset the thumbs up.
"Rock 'em dead," said Murdoc.
"You can do it, Sunset," said the girls.
"Thanks guys. Now, time for you guys to get to class. The bells are gonna ring in a minute."
The friends wave goodbye to Sunset, as they and everyone else entered the school. Sunset stands in front of the school and gives out an exhale.
"Time to make a good impression," said Sunset to herself.
As Murdoc writes down on his notebook the notes from the board, he then looks over to the window and notices Sunset walking ahead of three girls. One had poofy orange hair and the other had a ponytail. The one that caught Murdoc's eye was the girl with twin ponytails, her shirt with the sleeves clipped off and her attitude. As he continued to stare at her, he begins to see stars all around her and sees her walking in slow motion. Murdoc was in love.
"Murdoc?" said Miss Chrysalis from her desk, bringing Murdoc back into reality.
"Oy?" said Murdoc.
"Did you get that?"
"Huh?"
"The notes?"
"Oh! Yes, mate."
"Okay then," said Miss Chrysalis, as she changes the slide to the next one, "now-"
Miss Chrysalis drones on about today's notes, as Murdoc began daydreaming about that girl that caught his eye.
"Who was that ravishing, heavy metal-looking girl?" thought Murdoc.
Murdoc sits down with his friends, including the other six girls. Murdoc gave out a sigh of bliss, as he still continues to think about the girl from this morning. 2D and Russel cock and eyebrow at Murdoc, while Noodle tips her head.
"Murdoc? You all right?" asked 2D.
"I'm feeling fine," replied Murdoc.
"You sure?" asked Russel.
"Absolutely, mate."
2D and Russel looked at each other , then back at Murdoc.
"Murdoc, what's up?" asked Russel.
"You seem…satisfied about something," said 2D.
"Mate, do you know how to pick up a lady?"
2D, Russel, Noodle and the girls gasped. They huddled around Murdoc with amazement in their eyes.
"Murdoc, are you in love?" asked 2D.
"Cuz, you serious?" asked Russel.
"Does Murdoc have a crush on someone?" asked Pinkie.
"Who is it, darling?" asked Rairty.
Before Murdoc could retort, Sunset comes by and sits down. Everyone gave her the attention and sat back to their seat to talk to her.
"Hey, Sunset," said Twilight, as she adjusts her glasses, "how were the new girls?"
"The new girls? There was something…strange about them," said Sunset.
"Like what kind of strange," asked Pinkie, "like these guys strange? Or Professor Discord strange?"
"I couldn't put my finger on it, it was as if they had some sort of… magical aura."
Suddenly, the cafeteria doors burst open and comes in three girls singing. Murdoc's heart pounds quickly, as he sees one of them from this morning.
"It's her," said Murdoc quietly.
Suddenly, everyone in the entire cafeteria was arguing with one another, except for the seven girls and the Gorillaz.
"Oh, you meant that kind of strange," said Pinkie.
Murdoc continues to stare at the girl with two ponytails and his cheeks began to flush. 2D looks over to Murdoc and then looks over to who he was staring at.
"Is it her?" asked 2D, as he points over to the girl with two ponytails.
"That's her," said Murdoc in a dreamy voice.
"Oy!" shouts 2D, to get the girls' attention, "Murdoc is in love with one of the new girls."
"WHAT?!" shouted Pinkie.
"He's in love with the girl with two ponytails."
"WHA-" Pinkie was cut off, as Applejack places a hand over her mouth.
"OY! I think she's my type of girl," said Murdoc.
"Her name is Aria, in case you were wondering," said Sunset with a smirk.
"Aria, eh? I like her name."
"Why don't you go talk to her?" said 2D, as he nudged Murdoc.
"I would, but I'm embarrassed," said Murdoc with a grunt of frustration.
"Darling, if you like her, we're here to help," said Rarity.
"We're all in this together," said Sunset.
"Okay," said Rarity, as everyone huddled up, "here's what you need to do, Murdoc."
The final bell rings, as everyone leaves their classes and exits the school. The dazzlings exited with smirks on their faces, still noticing their magic is still making students negative to one another, with the except of some students. The three girls make it to the bottom of the stares, but were stopped, as Murdoc rushed in front of them, with his guitar.
"Um… can we help you?" asked Aria.
"H-hi, girls," said Murdoc with nervousness, "welcome to Canterlot and I hope you ladies have a good time. I hope you join the music club."
"Nah," said Adagio, "we don't do clubs."
Murdoc grips his guitar and does some strumming of the Clint Eastwood song. The three girls looked rather impressed and Sonata claps.
"Encore," said Sonata before stopping her clapping.
"You got some talent," said Adagio.
"I liked it," said Aria.
"My name is Murdoc, mate."
"Adagio."
"Sonata."
"Aria."
"Aria? What a pretty name. It sounds like a name of a goddess."
Aria flushes, as Adagio and Sonata smirk at her. Aria looks back at Murdoc and scoffs.
"Out of the way," she said, as she pushes him to the ground, "come on, let's go before this doofus says anything smooth to me."
The girls followed and walked away and down towards their direction home. Murdoc brings himself up and looks over to Aria and smiles.
"What a babe," he says to himself, "totally my type."
"What a creep that guy was," said Aria, as she and the other two sirens walked along a sidewalk through Canterlot city towards their home.
"He may look like a creep," said Adagio, "but I can see that he likes you."
"Huh?"
"Yep," agrees Sonata, "I noticed him flushing when he said about your name being goddess-like."
"I too noticed that you were blushing when he said that."
Aria flushes and grunts.
"I don't like him," said Aria, looking away, "he's weird looking."
"Another thing that bugged me was him, his friends and those girls, including that girl that gave us a tour of the school. I feel magic coming off of them."
"What makes you think that Murdoc guy and his friends have magic?"
"Murdoc, you say?" said a muffled voice from within an alleyway.
The girls stopped and looked through the alleyway. Nothing; it was too dark to see further down.
"Hello?" said Adagio.
No reply. However, suddenly, two red pairs of glowing light appeared. The girls back up, as the two red orbs floated higher.
"Did you say 'Murdoc'?" asked the two red orbs.
The girls couldn't reply; they were scared. Then, the two red orbs floated towards them and a figure began to be shown. The figure had a gas mask and had a cloak that was black. The girls couldn't see much of its legs; it was as if this being was a ghost.
"Wh-who are you?" asked Adagio.
Suddenly, the being raised its arms above himself, revealing his skeleton-like body beneath his cloak. Mist began pouring out of him, as he brings his arms down. The being reels his head down near the girls, who were chilled to the bone.
"Call me Boogieman," said the being, "and you lovely ladies are about to become of good use."
