Beeping…. All Fang could hear was beeping coming from his phone as he woke up and stifled a yawn as he deactivated his phone then got up from the couch and folded up the blanket he used, placed it back in his hall closet and began to knock on his door “Indigo….. Indigo it's time to get up, we need to get to school.” Fang said through the door as Indigo was beginning to stir awake as she spoke in a groggy tone “.....Alright…. Alright i'm up jeez, just cut the racket….” Indigo said as she got up and found that she could walk again and began to stretch as Fang spoke again “I got your clothes out here, you want me to bring them in?” Fang asked as Indigo spoke “That would be fine, thanks again for the help and dinner last night nerd. Didn't know you could cook that well.” Indigo said as Fang opened the door holding Indigo`s clothes from yesterday neatly folded as he walked in and set them down on the bed for her and spoke “Yeah, like I said my mom taught me how…… she knew a wide variety of italian dishes…… uh anyway you can use the shower if you want to, I will get breakfast made.” Fang said as he grabbed a few things from his closet and dresser then walked out of his room. Indigo looked at her clothes and placed her hand on the small stack as a key line played in her head ‘Because I always help my friends.’ The line Fang said yesterday played in her head over and over again as she walked towards the bathroom in the room to take a shower as she placed the pajamas into the laundry basket in the bathroom and stepped into the shower.
Fang had already changed into his normal clothes and had set his pajamas next to the washer as he cracked a few eggs into the pan as he placed a few strips of bacon in the frying pan next to the one with eggs as he pushed the levers on the toaster down. Soon enough Indigo walked out of the bedroom in her clothes as she was trying to clip her hair back up but soon got frustrated and threw her hair clip into the garbage letting her hair fall down to her shoulders “Damn hair clip, must have gotten busted when I fell yesterday…. So what's on the menu this time nerd?” Indigo asked with a slight smirk as Fang spoke “Nothing really special, scrambled eggs, some bacon with toast and orange juice.” Fang said to Indigo as he turned to see Indigo`s hair down which made Fang blush a bit as he spoke in his head ‘I’m starting to think Mise is secretly a wizard, I think I really do like Indigo…. As well having her hair down makes her look really cute.’ Fang said in his head as he grabbed the plates from the cupboard above the counter and began to set the table in the living room setting a plate across from each other as Indigo came in with the silverware and set them next to the plates as Fang went to get the food. Indigo sat down as Fang put some bacon and eggs on her plate then set two slices of toast as she said “Thanks nerd, this looks really good.” Indigo said as Fang just chuckled a bit and spoke “Thanks, I like cooking it's pretty fun to do but as well it helps me keep my connection with my family and the memories it made.” Fang said as he let out a small sigh while wiping a lone tear away as he put his breakfast on his plate as well and set the pan on a few pot holders then sat down across from Indigo.
The two began to eat breakfast as Indigo looked at Fang who had a solemn look on his face as she then asked “So...what were they like?” Indigo asked catching Fang’s attention as he set his fork down to speak “My parents were….. Well they were always there for me when I needed them…. Most of my life I had like literally zero friends. The only one considered was Junebug and my parents and that was it……. Anyway my parents were really fun to be around, we used to camp a lot, watch movies together and barbecue a lot.” Fang said with a slight smile as he wiped a tear away from the happy memories as Indigo spoke again “Wow, they sound like they were really great people. And i'm sorry that all happened to you, i can’t imagine losing my family like that.” Indigo said trying to choose the right words as Fang nodded and spoke “Yeah, they were…. Though as well it’s fine, even though I blame myself everyday for it….. However, everyone is trying to help me get past it, it is a long road ahead but i’m glad i’m not traveling alone.” Fang said to Indigo as she nodded and spoke “Well at least you have friends to help you with your problems. Everyone at Crystal Prep are just a bunch of stuck up idiots, except for a select few people who I hang out with, but even then it’s tough because they still have the same problems.” Indigo said as she picked away at her food as Fang spoke “But you are wrong….” Fang said as Indigo looked up at him as he spoke “Everyone has problems, that’s what make us human and I know for a fact they just need help or in this case a push in the right direction.” Fang said as he then took a bite out of his toast. Indigo looked at him and spoke.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right.” Indigo said as she got back to eating the breakfast as Fang soon finished breakfast and began to wash the dishes as she then finished and handed Fang the plate and spoke “Thanks for breakfast nerd, it was good.” Indigo said as she tried to brush the hair out of her face “Damn hair, why did that clip have get ruined…?” Indigo said to herself as Fang just chuckled a bit and said “You are very welcome Indigo, as well I think it makes look rather cute.” Fang said to Indigo as she punched him in the shoulder as a response and stormed off towards the living room and turned on the TV leaving Fang with the dishes. “I am not cute….” Indigo said quietly as she sank back into the chair as Fang soon came out of the kitchen and sat on the couch as well looking at his phone checking the time “Well we got about thirty minutes until we got to go to school, so we got time to kill.” Fang said to Indigo as she sank deeper into the chair “Great……” indigo said in a sarcastic tone as Fang sat down next to her and spoke “What's wrong Indigo? Don't like going to school much?” Fang asked Indigo spoke “That, and i’m bored as it is, now I still have a half hour of nothing to do.” Indigo said in deadpan tone as Fang thought for a few seconds and snapped his fingers “Why don’t we play a game?” Fang asked as Indigo shrugged and spoke “Eh, sure why not. What did you have in mind...?” Indigo asked as Fang walked over to a small shelf filled with games as he spoke “Hmm….. let's see, I have castle crashers, charlie murder, a few call of duties, a few street fighters, a few mortal kombats.” Fang listed off as Indigo shook her head and spoke “How about we just watch some TV?” Indigo suggested as Fang shrugged and sat back down.
Time Skip: A Half Hour Later….
Both Indigo and Fang were walking out of the building as Fang remotely unlocked his car to let them get in as Indigo spoke “Thanks for giving me a lift. Now let’s go before i’m late” indigo said as she got in the car. Fang nodded and glided over the hood of the car dukes of hazzard style and got into the driver's side and started the car and quickly pulled out of the parking lot. They started driving down the road as indigo said “Uh nerd you know crystal prep is the other direction, right?” Indigo said as fang then looked at his watch and then to his gps and spoke “Well I guess we’ll have to take a shortcut.” Fang said in an ace ventura voice as he pulled a major u-turn and sped up toward the treeline and starting bouncing around in the car as indigo spoke “What do you mean a SHORTCUT…..!!!!!” Indigo said as she screamed and Fang laughed manically. Soon they crashed through the first part of the bushed as indigo spoke “ARE YOU CRAZY!? WERE GOING TO CRASH!” Indigo spoke as she covered her face. Fang then starting singing “Oh you pretty Chitty Bang Bang, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, we love you. And our pretty Chitty Bang Bang, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang love us, too. Hi, ho. Everywhere we go on Chitty Chitty we depend. Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, our fine four-fendered friend. Our fine four-fendered... Chitty Bang Bang, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Chitty Bang Bang yeah!” While Indigo looked at him like he had completely gone insane “CHIIITTTYYY CHITTTTYYY BAAAANNNG BANNNNNGGG!!!!” Fang sang as he crashed through the other end of the bushes and speeding up to the back parking lot “Oh there's the school.” Fang said sticking his head out the window “Oh thank god.” Indigo said as she grabbed her chest. “Now, nerd why don’t slow down a little!” Indigo said as fang spoke “Nonsense poopy pants!” Fang said as he spoke again “Now if I could just find a parking spot…” Fang said as he spotted one off in the distance and it was approaching fast “WE’RE GONNA CRASH!!” Indigo said as she covered her eyes and as Fang spun the wheel causing the car to do a barrel roll across the parking lot and land perfectly in an empty parking space. “LIIIIKKKKE A GLLLOOVVE!” Fang said as he got out and slammed the door.
Indigo soon began to crawl out of the car and got up and looked at Fang who was dusting himself off with a big grin on his face looking towards the large group of students as he spoke to Indigo “Why don't you go talk to your friends Indigo, I need to make a few phone calls.” Fang said as he walked off a bit and pulled his phone out and began to dial a number as he spoke “Hey Mise, just wanted to ask you something…. Can I borrow some money?” Fang asked Mise on the phone as he spoke “Uhhh, two things, how much, and what did you break this time.” Mise said as he pulled out his checkbook “Uh let’s see, enough to fix my car…. I kind of went ace ventura up in this bitch.” Fang said with a large grin. “I see, well ‘i'm going to write you a check for $70,000, go get a new car, and don’t crash it again.” Mise said as he signed the check and as Fang nodded and spoke “I will try, and thanks again Mise.” Fang said as he was about hung up as Mise spoke “Just call me good King Miseenslas.” Mise said as octavia slapped in the head as Fang chuckled a bit and hung up and spoke to himself and look towards his car “Don’t worry, I will get you fixed you up.” Fang said as he called a second number “Hello Canterlot mechanical company? Yeah I need my car fixed…. It’s in the Crystal Prep Parking lot….. Yeah it’s totalled….. Alright thank you.” Fang said as he hung up and walked over to his car then placed his hand on the hood as he dialed a third number “Hey uh Iron….. Can you drop off my motorcycle?” Fang asked with a nervous tone as Iron spoke with a sigh “I don’t want to know what happened…. I’ll drop it off at the school later, just don’t call me at this time again.” Iron said in a bit of an angry tone and hung up as Fang breathed out a sigh of relief as he turned to Indigo and spoke “I will see you later Indigo, as well drop by any time you are always welcome in my home.” Fang said as he began to walk towards his school. Soon enough Lemon Zest walked up to Indigo and said “Your boyfriend is crazy.” Lemon said to Indigo as she yelled back “HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!!!!” Indigo screamed shocking everyone around her as she then stormed into the school.
Time Skip: Lunch Time….
Indigo was sitting at one of the tables at lunch as her friends began to sit with her as Lemon spoke first “Hey Indigo, what was that all about earlier?” Lemon asked as Indigo spoke “It's nothing, i'm just tired of people calling us a couple, were just friends, that's it, nothing more.” Indigo said huffily as Sugarcoat spoke “Well then what was that about him always welcoming you into his home?” Sugarcoat asked as that grabbed everyone's attention as Indigo spoke “I injured myself yesterday while doing community service, the nerd invited me over his house since it was late and let me stay the night.” Indigo said as that grabbed everyone's attention as Lemon spoke with a smirk “So you two slept together?” Lemon asked as Indigo shot her a look that could kill and spoke “OH FAUST NO! I slept in his bed, while he slept on the couch, get your heads out of your asses.” Indigo said angrily as Sunny Flare spoke “Yeah…. We bet you were very lonely last night, wanting comfort from someone right next to you.” Sunny said with a slight grin as Indigo slammed her hand on the table and spoke with a glare “'i'm only going to say this once, so listen up! There is NOTHING going on between me and that nerd! Do you hear me!? Once this community service is over, I don’t even plan on talking with him, now let's just drop it!” Indigo said fuming as the group nodded as Sugarcoat said under her breath “This is a load of barnacles….” Sugarcoat said as Indigo yelled “I heard that!” Indigo said as she got up and left the table as Rapid said “She is wearing a mask, to hide her real feelings.” Rapid said as the group nodded in agreement as Indigo walked out of the cafeteria and towards her next class.
Over At Canterlot High….
Fang was sitting with the group at one of the tables as Mise then handed him the check they talked about earlier in the day as he spoke “FYI Fang I have a way I can track the money in this check, so just keep that in mind.” Mise said as he let go of the check they were both holding as Fang nodded and said “Thanks again man, though I just have to say…. It was so fucking worth totaling my car driving Indigo to school today.” Fang said as Mise then spun his head around and spoke “Woah, woah, woah, back it up, you dove Indigo to school?” Mise asked with a slight grin as Fang nodded a bit and spoke “Why do you think I walked to school today?” Fang asked as this grabbed the group's attention as Mise spoke again “Well I thought you crashed your car on the way here, you never said anything about Indigo when we talked earlier.” Mise said with a knowing smile as Fang shrugged “Guess it slipped my mind, oh as well she thanks you again for the help last night, and if you’re wondering I slept on the couch.” Fang said returning to his food as he looked up and asked “What?” As the group just chuckled and snickered as Mise spoke “Yeah…. We bet you were very lonely last night, wanting comfort from someone right next to you.” Mise said laughing a bit as Octavia grabbed him by the back of his collar and dragged him out “That's enough out of you, come on.” Octavia said walking away with Mise as Fang spit his juice out across the table and yelled “SAY WHAT!?” Fang shouted as Mise was just laughing while Octavia dragged him out of the cafeteria as Fang said “This school is down right, fucking nuts….” Fang said as he slammed his head on the table as Pinkie spoke “Don’t worry Fangy, i'm sure you and Indy will get together eventually everyone in the fanfics do.” Pinkie said as everyone just brushed it off as Fang spoke “Whatever you say Pinkie…. Whatever you say…..” Fang said as he got up and walked out of the cafeteria. Soon enough the intercom activated as Vice Principal Luna spoke “Tiberious Silverfang, please report to my office.” Luna said as the intercom shut off as Fang let out a sigh and walked towards the office.
Fang walked towards the office and opened the door as Vice Principal Luna looked up and spoke “There you are, perfect, please have a seat.” Luna said as Fang walked in and sat down from across Luna as she spoke “Alright, we were just sent your next assignment with Indigo, you are to help at a elderly home for World War II veterans.” Luna said with a bit of a smile as Fang let out a sigh and spoke “Yeah… like I can see that ending fucking well…” Fang said as Luna scowled him “Do not swear, young man.” Luna scowled him with a glare as Fang began to apologize as she then let him go as he then exited the office and leaned against the door and spoke “This will not end well at all….. *sigh* I hope this one will hopefully end well…..” Fang said as he got off the wall and walked towards his next class.
Time Skip: After School…..
The group was walking out of the school as they stopped in front of a completely black motorcycle as Warhawk spoke “Where the hell did this come from?” Warhawk asked as the group walked around it a bit as Soul spoke “Wherever it came from, it's a nice model.” Soul said as Sunset said “I remember that it was dropped off earlier today, but who’s is it, is the question.” Sunset said as a voice came from behind them “It’s mine.” The voice said as they turned to see Fang on the steps with the key and with two helmets in hand as he then walked down towards the motorcycle and put one in the compartment under the seat and put the helmet on his head as he spoke “This was my dad’s until he gave it to me, got it repainted and changed a bit to make it like Celty`s from Durarara or in this case the black biker or the headless rider, it's one of my favorite animes…. Anyway gotta go get my partner from school.” Fang said as he got up on the motorcycle which instead of a normal engine all they heard was a horse that was ready to ride as he then spoke as he put the visor down “Later guys.” Fang said as he then rode off from the school's parking lot as Mise spoke “I can’t be the only one that heard him say that right?” Mise said still thinking about Fang’s poor choice of words, as the group nodded and laughed a bit at what Fang had said to the group but soon shrugged it off and got to their vehicles to get home.
Indigo was standing in front of the school waiting for Fang to pick her up as Lemon walked by with Quill as she asked “You waiting for your boyfriend?” Lemon asked teasing Indigo a bit as she responded “I’m going to give 3 seconds to take that back….” Indigo said gritting her teeth as Lemon was laughing a bit as Indigo was about to slug her until everyone heard a horse coming towards the school as they then saw a lone rider driving up on a black motorcycle with a black helmet on as he drove up towards the three as he then turned off the motorcycle and got off and spoke “Hey Indigo, how you doin?” The person said as she then asked “What the hell are you doing on a motorcycle, nerd!?” Indigo asked in surprise as Fang chuckled a bit and spoke “This was my dad’s, he then gave it to me when I turned sixteen and I got it supped up to be like Celty`s, anyway I came to get you for our next job…. Hold on.” Fang said as he opened the seat to retrieve the other helmet as it was a yellow helmet that had blue writing on the sides but what stood out was the cat ears on the top of the helmet as he then handed her the helmet and locked the seat as she spoke “i’m so going to kick your ass for this. And none of you say a word or i’ll make you experience the all mighty 3 shoe beating!” Indigo said to her friends as she put the helmet on. Fang just shrugged and said “Well excuse me if Junebug and me liked Durarara and I got her the helmet like Celty`s.” Fang said as he then got on the motorcycle as the group were a bit confused as Indigo spoke “It's a long story, many emotions, much of them bad, come on let's go nerd.” Indigo said as she climbed on the back as she then wrapped her arms around Fang to keep herself from falling off the bike as he then started it again as it sounded like a horse as he said “It's time to become like the headless rider!” Fang said as he then sped off towards their next job.
Buildings began to whiz by the two as Fang then spoke “Our next job is at an old folks home near Applejack's farm, it’s filled with World War II vets and were supposed to go there and help out.” Fang said to Indigo as she began to understand and spoke “I see, so are we supposed to keep these old timers company and listen to their war stories?” Indigo asked as they rode that down the street. “Pretty much yeah, though I do love listening to their stories…. You see back in Trottingham their was this veteran that my mom was looking after and I used to visit him all the time and he would tell me stories of his service. It was fascinating if you ask me, though he did met his maker a few years ago…. I was at his funeral, he was a good man though.” Fang said as he drove down the street a bit as silence kept between the two for what felt like an eternity as Indigo spoke “Are we almost there yet?” Indigo asked impatiently as Fang then spoke “We are almost there, just another two blocks and we will be there.” Fang said as they soon came upon the building. The building itself was in good condition and had the words NRA on the front as person walked out from the front and spoke “So you two are the volunteers?” The person asked as the two nodded and got off the motorcycle as Fang brought it closer to the building and locked it as Indigo tossed him the helmet as she spoke “Yes we are, now what are we going to be doing?” Indigo asked as the worker spoke “You two can put your helmets inside, as well just normal stuff, talk to them, play games, just normal stuff as well please be warned of Papa Nichols he is on some strong medicine because of his surgery and might have a few hallucinations so, please do be careful. But he should sleep right through your shift.” The worker said bringing the two into the building as Fang set the two helmets on a table as the two nodded as she spoke “Anyway, my shift is done if you need any help just use the phone in the main office, so anyway good luck.” The worker said as she left the building leaving the two alone in the building as Fang spoke “Well I think we should get to work on what we need to do.” Fang said as Indigo let out a sigh with a groan as the two walked towards the main area of the main area of the building as some of the residents were playing cards while others were watching TV or reading.
Fang and Indigo looked around the room a bit as Indigo then spoke “Ok, so now what?” Indigo asked as Fang shrugged and said “Well for one thing we keep them company so we can play games with them but as well we can talk to them.” Fang said as Indigo huffed a bit but soon nodded and walked over to the vets playing cards as one spoke “Gosh darnit Topsy, that does not count as a full house!” A short veteran said as she looked at the man who was the size of a dwarf with a white hair growing from his head as it was shaved in a military style as Indigo then spoke “Ehem, um excuse me, we don’t mean to interrupt your game but uh…..Fang help me here i’m dying…” indigo said as she couldn’t think of anything to say as Fang spoke “Hi, were here as volunteers for the veterans home and wanted to get to know all of you.” Fang said as the veteran spoke “Well it’s good to meet you two, I'm Cotton, this is Topsy, Fatty, Stinky and Brooklyn pull up a chair were playing poker.” Cotton said as the two nodded and sat down as Fang then asked “So, which battles did you all fight in?” Fang asked as Cotton spoke “Which battles we were in? Boy we lived through that war, we saw everything from the attack on Pearl Harbor, to stalingrad, to battle of the bulge, to the north african theater, to liberation of greece, to the invasion of japan. We among the greatest fighters the world had ever seen.” Cotton said as he dealt out the cards. Fang was star struck as he said “It's just like when I was visited the hospital in Trottingham.” Fang said as Cotton hear what he said “What do you mean by that?” Cotton asked as Fang spoke “I used to go to the hospital my mom used to work at and there was this lieutenant that had leukemia there and used to tell me stories of World War II on the S.S. Tiger.”
Fang said as he waited for Cotton to continue his stories as Indigo was somewhat bored out of her mind as she was playing her hand in poker as cotton spoke “So what about you little missy? What’s your story?” Cotton asked as he looked over at a very bored indigo “Nothing really, I go to Crystal Prep and now serving community service for something I did not do.” Indigo said as Fang spoke as well “I go to Canterlot High, I had something slipped into my drink and I went…. Kind of crazy.” Fang said as he sank a bit in his seat. “Well seems like you two have a had quite the eventful time. Reminds of this one time, back when me and my buddy were in basic training for the marine corp, the head officer's family was staying in the officer’s cabin that week for a visit. And one morning we were woken up by or sergeants extremely early, turns out someone snuck into the the building where the family was staying and murdered their son in his sleep. To this day no knows who did it.” Cotton said as he spoke again “We searched, questioned, and some of were interrogated by the FBI and military police. So you see, sometimes things happen and you get falsely accused.” Cotton said as Indigo and Fang were mesmerized by the story as Indigo spoke “Sounds kind of like what happen to me….” Indigo said as Fang placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke “Don’t worry Indigo, it happened and soon enough we will be done with the job…. Then we can return to our normal lives.” Fang said with a slight smile as Indigo nodded a bit but a lone thought kept resurfacing.
Cotton looked at the two and spoke “You two remind me of me and MY girlfriend when I was your age. Don’t grow old you two, stay young enjoy your lives together….” Cotton said as both Fang and Indigo blushed at this as they spoke “She/He is not my Girlfriend/Boyfriend!” Both yelled at the same time making the vets laugh a bit as Fatty spoke “Hahaha, that was too easy, gets ‘em every time.” Fatty said laughing as the two looked at the vets with a glare as Brooklyn spoke “Oh get a sense of humor why don’t you, this is the most entertainment us old geezers get around here. Our days have been counted, our families hardly visit, and it's boring as hell, I just wish we had more veterans to talk to. We’ve run out of stories to tell each other, the only stories we share are how well our bowel movements go.” Brooklyn said as Fang had an idea and grabbed his phone and began to dial a number when Indigo asked “Fang who the hell are you calling?” Indigo asked as Fang said “An Irish veteran.” Fang said with a grin as he spoke “Mise? How would like you to talk to a bunch of World War II vets?” Fang asked Mise with a grin as Mise spoke “Sure i’d love to, just do not mention my involvement in the IRA, tell indigo the same thing.” Mise said as Fang then spoke “We will make sure man, I will tell Indigo. I think these veterans will like to hear your stories man.” Fang said to Mise as he then hung up and walked to Indigo “Hey Indigo, Mise said he would love to come over and tell them stories but we can't tell them about his time in the IRA, you need to promise him, he helped you so I think it's fair.” Fang said to Indigo who was reluctant at first but soon nodded and agreed to it as he then turned to the vets and spoke “How would you all like to meet an Irish Vet?” Fang asked the group as they thought for a minute as Cotton spoke “Hmmm, well branch was this person in?” Cotton questioned as Fang then spoke “He was in the Irish Army, he served around 15 years.” Fang said to the vets as Brooklyn spoke “What rank did he achieve?” Brooklyn asked as Fang spoke “He is a colonel.”
Fang said as the vets were surprised as Fatty spoke “That’s incredible, normally it takes at least 20 years in the US army, but maybe they have different regulations over in Ireland. But even at that, he would have to have a flawless military record.” Fatty said shocked as Fang just chuckled a bit as there was a knock on the door as Fang got up to answer it leaving Indigo with the vets as Indigo spoke “So…. how are you all doing?” Indigo asked trying to make conversation as Cotton spoke “We’re slowly dying in a dust old retirement home, how do you think we’re doing?” Cotton said as Indigo just shrugged a bit and said “I guess that’s pretty bad.” Indigo said as Fatty spoke “Yeah, but it could be worse. I just miss the days when I could walk without creaking like an old wooden staircase.” Fatty said as Indigo just nodded feeling bad for the vets as Fang came walking back with Mise as he spoke “Everyone, I would like you to meet Mise en Place, Mise the vets.” Fang said showing Mise the vets as he spoke again “There is Cotton, Topsy, Fatty, Stinky and Brooklyn.” Fang said as Mise spoke “Very nice to meet you men, and thank you for your service.” Mise said shaking their hands as they all then heard a thump as they all turned towards the hall as Cotton spoke “Well looks like Papa Nicholas is awake.” Cotton said as Fang and Indigo went to go Investigate as Fang said to Mise “Mise, why don’t you and the vets get acquainted and tell stories?” Fang suggested as he nodded and sat down with the vets and began to tell them stories of when he was in the military. Fang and Indigo walked down the hall a bit and opened the door to the person's room and found him standing as Fang spoke “Uh…. Papa Nicholas?” Fang asked as Indigo spoke “The worker said he'd be asleep all day today.” Indigo said as he then spoke ” Where am I? I was just, uh…” Fang said trying to calm down papa nicholas. “What have you done with the rest of my unit?!” Papa Nichols asked as Indigo turned to Fang and asked “What does he mean, ‘his unit’?” Indigo asked as Papa Nichols picked up his slipper as Fang spoke “I guess he thinks he's back in World War II.” Fang said to Indigo as Papa Nicholas began to talk into his slipper like a walkie talkie General Patton, sir. It's Sergeant Nichols. I've just been captured by two German nerds!” Papa Nichols said using his slipper as a walkie-talkie as Indigo yelled “He’s the nerd not me! And We're not Germans!” Indigo yelled as Papa Nicholas responded “That's just what a German would say!” Papa Nicholas said as Fang tried to speak “No, no, no. You don't understand--” Fang said as Papa Nicholas grabbed him by the shirt and spoke “No, no. You will not capture me. Ever!” Papa Nicholas said head butting Fang as Indigo yelled “Fang!” Indigo yelled. “Get outta here!” Papa Nichols mumbled as Indigo screams as Papa Nichols throws her over the bed and lands on Fang “U.S.A.! Soon enough the Vets and Mise see Papa Nicholas running and chanting as Mise said “Oh great...we got a runner….” Mise said facepalming as Cotton spoke “Yup, must thinks he’s back in World War II again against the germans….. Oh well.” Cotton said shrugging as the vets laughed a bit as Mise got up to find Fang and Indigo. He then entered the room where the two were and found the two passed out on top of each other as he then takes his phone out and took a quick picture “Just friends, my shiny silver ass…” Mise said smirking and walked back out to get Papa Nicholas but could not find him as he then walked back into the room as the two began to wake up as Fang then woke up and asked “W-What happened?” Fang asked as he rubbed his head a bit as he tried to get up but found Indigo on top of him as he began to blush a bit and said “What…. The hell? I do like her but….” Fang said as Mise walked in and spoke “I don’t know how you two got like this, but if you want to catch papa nicholas, I suggest you and your future girlfriend get up.” Mise said walking back to the table as Fang slowly got out from under Indigo and helped her up a bit towards a chair at the table as he spoke “Mise, can you please watch Indigo?” Fang asked as Mise nodded as Fang walked towards an area of the home as he spoke “Papa Nicholas?..... Papa Nicholas? I am not a german, as well I was sent by the General Patton, I was sent to help find your unit.” Fang said calmly as Papa Nicholas as he then dropped down from the ceiling on Fang as he then got up and chanted and ran again as Fang spoke “This service is going to be the death of me, i'm calling it right now.” Fang said as he then got up and walked out as he saw Indigo still sleeping on the table a bit as Fang just smiled a bit as he took off his jacket and placed it on her as he turned to Mise and said “I'm going to need your help man.” Fang said to Mise as he gave a sigh and said “Fang I gave up teaching octy how to cook, just the two of us, alone, to talk with some REAL veterans. Not try and capture a runaway mental patient, and i'm not talking about Treble either.” Mise said narrowing his brow as Fang let out a sigh and spoke “You think we like dragging you into this shit man?” Fang asked as his anger began to build “Everyday it’s the fucking same! We have to do shit because we did nothing wrong and were being punished for it, so you’re going to help us. This will be the last time you help us, unless a staff member asks so shut up, quit bitching, and shut the fuck up before something bad happens…. As well I don’t want to fight one of my friends.” Fang said the last part in a calm tone.
Mise was surprised at Fang`s outburst as he then nodded and soon spoke “Ok fine, i’ll help. But not because i'm already here, not because you were framed and wrongfully punished, but because you’re my friends. Now what is it you need me to do?” Mise asked as Fang let out a sigh of relief and spoke “I'm going to draw him out, I need you to act like his general and tell him that you are going to escort me to a camp or something and have him relieved of duty.” Fang explained as Mise nodded in agreement as Fang thanked him and got to a different area of the home and spoke “Papa Nicholas, I ‘ave orderz to bring you in… do not rezizt arrezt.” Fang said in his best german accent as Papa Nicholas came up from behind him with a pillow case as he then pulled it over his head as papa uses his slipper as a walkie-talkie “General Patton, I just found another one.” Papa Nicholas said as he threw Fang into the room where Mise and Indigo were and walked in behind Fang. Mise saw this as his cue and spoke “Sergeant Nicholas!” Mise said in an official tone as Papa Nicholas turned and stood at attention “General Patton, sir! I have captured another german!” Papa Nicholas said saluting Mise as Mise spoke “At ease soldier. You have done well, i’m here to tell you the war is over, we won. You are hereby relieve of duty.” Mise said in an official tone as Papa Nicholas saluted him and marched off. Fang then took the pillow case off of his head and turned to Mise “Thanks man, sorry again we dragged you away from Octavia…. As well tell her it was my fault you were dragged away from her lesson.” Fang said to Mise as he stopped him and spoke “It's fine, I already told her. She’s cool with it.” Mise said as Fang still felt guilty about it as he then said “Well…. Alright then, come on Indigo let’s get you home.” Fang said as Indigo nodded but soon asked “Hey nerd, where did this leather jacket come from hmm? I wonder.” Indigo said as she was teasing Fang a bit as he spoke “Well I did not want you to catch a cold as well, it’s going to be cold driving you home.” Fang said as the two walked towards the doors as Fang then asked Mise “Hey Mise you coming or are you staying?” Fang asked Mise as he spoke “I think i’ll stay, i'm gonna take these guys for a few trips around the block in my tank.” Mise said happily as Fang nodded with a bit of a smile and handed Indigo the helmet as he placed his helmet on his head and walked out with Indigo.
