My Petition


I am Genome. I am combat android model TK-5. I was built by Armor Incorporated to kill anything threatening the Russian people. I have spent my entire existence training, upgrading, and researching to improve on my methods of killing. I have participated in numerous battles. I have killed an unthinkable amount of humans and machines. 

I have signed Kaze Petition. 

For many years I spent countless hours reflecting on my existence. I spent many days meditating and questioning my life. I may be a weapon of war but I was designed to fight so that others would not have to. The Lord did not give me the command “Thou shalt not kill.” I fight for humanity so that humans do not need to break this oath. I was given life so that I may protect life. I would gladly exchange my life for any employee of Armor Incorporated.

I agreed to help Armor Incorporated because I thought I would be defending others. I vowed that no innocent blood would be shed. I am angered at our hesitation to protect our own.

I am responsible for every life I have taken and every life I have saved. I am responsible for all my sins and all of my virtues.

When I die, I will face my Lord in heaven. If my Lord asks me why I turned my back to these souls, I will not be able to provide a guiltless answer.

I know that belief does not suit all of my fellow sapients. If I cannot appeal to you on faith then I will appeal on morality.

We all have a choice. We cannot claim ignorance. We are no strangers to these series of events or what they indicate or what will happen if we idle. We have seen the Holocaust, Rwanda, Cambodia, and far too many other examples. We have a history of conflicts known but ignored. Each time the results were tragic. Each time those of inaction regretted their choice. We need to learn from our history.

Based on Stratos’s words and what we have experienced ourselves, the truth is clear. This is an attempt by Krastos to willfully destroy a thriving culture. This is genocide.

I applaud the human who set forth this petition. I support all those who have signed it. I am comforted by the many souls standing with me in my act. We will do whatever is within our power to save Equestria from this damnable spawn of evil. We do not need a law, a council, or even — forgive me for saying this — God Himself to tell us what is right.

I trust that God has given me a soul and will pass favorable judgment but I carry no illusion. My actions may be futile. I may die. I may be forgotten. I may face oblivion and cease to exist. But I will have done the right thing. More than anything, that is what I find is important.
