It was nearly sunset and visiting hours were nearly over for friends, family and even cops. Shadow Storm checked his watch and saw that is was almost 9:00 pm, Fluttershy's friends haven't shown up yet, Storm then looked over at Lodestar he was going over the notes of the crime earlier today.
"Well it's about time to make our leave this case isn't going to solve itself" Loadstar said looked at both Shadow Storm and Fluttershy he give me the look that said "let's hurry up and finish this case so that we can go home."
"Oh..OK...I don't want to wast all of your time so please go if you need to I'll be fine my friends will come by tomorrow" Fluttershy said with a smile.
Storm returned the smile to her. "Don't worry me and Lodestar will find this guy or girl and bring them to justice, and if anything happens or you remember anything please don't be afraid to contact us Miss Fluttershy."
Fluttershy face stared to turn slightly red and smiled. "Thank you I will take care now."
They waved goodbye as the officers left the room and shut the door behind them, they walked down the hallway trying to be as quite as possible so that they don't disturbed the other hospital patients on the floor, they finally made there way down to the hospital lobby when they saw 5 pony's that were arguing with a nurse.
"Come let us in" Rainbow Dash demanded
"I'm sorry but visiting hours are over you have to come back tomorrow" said the nurse
"ya got to be kidding me it's only 8:55 we just want to see how she's doing" A orange mare with a blonde mane
"Look rules are rules if you don't leave i'll call the police." She threaten
Storm already knew that those mare's are a friend's of Fluttershy, I really should go tell them that she's OK and that there's nothing to worry about Storm thought. Before Storm could tell Lodestar what he was about to do he heard his name being called. He turned to see Rainbow Dash flying towards him at a very fast speed, Storm began to step back to give her some stopping distance, ones she was close enough she stopped and was nearly eye to eye with Storm.
"DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO FLUTTERSHY AND DO YOU KNOW WHO DID IT." she panicked the her voice sounded and the look in her eyes, she really was worried about her friend.
"Don't worry Dash she's fine, she was a little scared when i first found her but she's fine now. Storm said in a clam voice
"Oh thank Celestia she's OK." Dash begin to clam down,"What happened to her?"
Storm looked behind to see the rest of the mare's are right behind Rainbow Dash. "There was call about a problem and we were sent to check it out, when we got there the door was open and we found Fluttershy with a cut over her eye" Storm told, he knew leaving the body out was a good idea.
"Do you know who did it" the purple asked
"Well..."
Before Storm could answer Lodestar cut in "Look i don't mean to cut in but we really have to go and report this."
"But what about our friend?" the pink one asked with a sad tone
"I know you are worried about your friend and trust me if I were you guys I would be scared out my mind too but you have to wait till tomorrow she had a rough day and needs her rest."Lodestar said the sweet and a fatherly.
Storm was shocked but didn't show it he knew Lodestar was a long time and has never seen this side of him it was unbelievable it was like it was all a dream, a strange dream.
"I guess your ring she dose need her rest darlings" the white mare said looking at the others
"Good" Storm said "Now you should all go home and get some rest it been and try to calm down you all can visit her first thing in the morning if she's filling up to it."
With that said the 5 mares headed home and just left Lodestar and Storm alone in the lobby once Storm was sure the pony's were gone he turned to Lodestar and said "What the hell was that"
"What was what" he said with a smile on his face.
"The whole she's going to be fine thing i never seen you say that to anypony like that.
"I just want to make sure they go home worry free pulse speaking of home i want to go home our shift was over 2 hours ago just because you wanted to stay with that mare."
Storm was tired as well and did not want to start a fight with Lodestar at a hospital "Alright look you go back to the station and report what happened and what we found and I'll go back to the animal hospital and see if i can't find any clues to who done this and we'll meet back at the station in the afternoon so you can use your "amazing detective skills" to see if we can find the killer."
Lodestar nodded his head "Alright and remember if you think your being followed or being watched get the hell out of there" he warned
"Got ya"
Storm took to the shy's and begin he's flight to the animal hospital where he hoped to find some answer to who did this and why.
