Robot Cat from the Future

Any attempt to replicate Yo-Kai behavior would be ill advised!

Robot Cat from the Future

Spike approached the Adams residence, which was conveniently a few houses down from the castle, bed supplies in hand. Spike walked up to the door and knocked. The door opened to reveal a mare of similar fur tone to Nate with a long black mane and she wore an orange scarf and glasses. "Hi Mrs. Adams!" Spike greeted. Mrs. Adams smiled kindly at him. " Hey Spike! Are you here to stay the night?" Spike nodded and was led inside.

Spike entered the living room and found Nate sifting through a cabinet "DVD movies" as he called it. Spike also looked at the thin black box his friend called a t.v. "Hey Nate!" Spike greeted catching Nate's attention. "Oh hey Spike! Since you haven't seen a movie before, I figured I pick one out for us to watch."

"Alright boys, I have to go out for the entire night at a friends house, so I won't be back till tomorrow, so don't burn the house down while I'm gone." She then looked at Spike. "No offense." Spike shrugged. "None taken."

Several minutes later

"You know, it still amazes me that you and Dragg- I mean Patch are brothers." Nate remarked as they sat down on the couch. "Yeah it is amazing isn't it?" Patch replied. Since they got on the train to go back to Ponyville from the Twin Comets Festival, Spike had been assaulting him with questions about their parents. He learned their father Onyx is a Paleontologist who digs up dinosaur bones and their mother Rose is an Archaeologist who has explored some of the most mysterious archaeological finds in Draconia. He even learned their family name: Drake.

Spike had took these details with a big smile, especially after he learned his father had a similar sense of humor to his own and learned his mother was rather blunt like their grandmother, but was a very loving dragoness and you could talk to her about any problems you had.

"I hope I get to meet our parents one of these days" Spike remarked as Nate inserted the movie. "What's this movie about anyway?" Whisper asked. "It's about a group of ponies and their robot who fight an evil alien armada!" Nate exclaimed excitedly. This got the other's attention as the movie started.

To say everypony in the room was hooked would be an understatement. Their were almost completely glued to the tv. The only thing that bothered Jibanyan was the robot cat in the movie. "I don't ever want to become a robot." Jibanyan stated out loud. The other guys turned to him. "Really? Why not?" Nate asked. "Because no one would want to be my friend, that's why!" He replied. Spike rolled his eyes a little. "Jibanyan, cat or robot, we'll always be friends! Now, how about a chocobar?" He said offering his friend the chocolaty bar of goodness.

Jibanyan quickly grabbed the confection and devoured in ten seconds flat. "Thanks Spike!" He said as everypony went into a joyful laugh.

That night after everypony went to bed, with Spike, Whisper, and Nate sleeping in Nate's room and Jibanyan and Patch sleeping on the couch in the living room, none of them were aware of a bright blue ball of light materialized a few inches outside the house. The light dissipated and revealed a cat shaped silhouette with glowing orange eyes. "Mission target search" It said in a high pitched voice. It scanned around the area and looked through walls of the Adams residence and picked up two heat signatures. "Target acquired."

"I am a cat and I like it like that..." Jibanyan muttered in his sleep. The sound of a metal scrapping the floor roused the couch's sleeping occupants. "Are you guys watching TV again?" Patch nodded absent mindlessly . "If so, then please keep it down..." Jibanyan slowly opened and when caught sight of the metal silhouette and they immediately shot. He immediately began shaking Patch like crazy. "What is it Jibanyan?" Patch said as slowly rose up and rubbed his eyes.

When they landed on the same medal figured, his drowsiness immediately went away in an instant. "Gah! Jibanyan, please tell me this is a joke!" Patch quivered out as he and Jibanyan held on to each other tightly. "I'm afraid this is no dream." The figure stated. "AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

The sound of screaming immediately woke the trio in Nate's and quickly bolted down the stairs into the living to find the frightened pair shivering uncontrollably. "What's with all the screaming?" Whisper stated still a little drowsy. "There was this robot cat here just now!" Jibanyan immediately shouted. "That is simply preposterous, robots don't exist outside of movie's." Whisper grumpy stated. "No I saw it too! He's not lying!" Patch shouted frantically.

"Hey look at this!" Nate exclaimed getting everpony's attention. They walked and found several dents in the floor leading outside. "GULP" I think Jibanyan and Patch are right." Spike muttered meekly.

They walked outside and looked to their right and immediately gasped in shock. Standing next to a lamp post, he looked like a robotic version of Jibanyan. He had yellow eyes with a silver ring around them and a red circle where Jibanyan would have his blue bell, he wore a maroon jet pack on his back. Where Jibanyan has the blue flame at the end of his tails is now a red flame. He was dark blue and grey instead of red and white.

Who... who are you!?" Spike stuttered. "I am Robonyan from the Tough Tribe." It said in high pitched voice. "That's your voice?" Nate questioned.

"One moment." He stated and started turning a dial on his metal stomach and started switching through different voices until he landed on a deep voice. "Is this voice satisfactory?" He asked.

"Yeah much better." Spike responded. "You said your name is Robonyan right? You look like a perfect robot impersonation of Jibanyan." Whisper noted. "That's because I am Jibanyan but from the future." Jibanyan looked skeptical. "If you are me, then do something that proves it."

Some whirring came from Robonyan and a bunch of Chocobars suddenly came flooding out, causing Jibanyan to immediately jump in. "Wow! You are me!" He exclaimed. "I have a built in Chocobar factory that creates Chocobars in an instant. I'm the only robot in the future with this function." Spike gave them a deadpanned stare. "Somehow, that's actually believable coming from you two."

"What that's supposed to mean!?" Jibanyan and Robonyan said unison.

"So what happened that turned you into a robot?" Nate asked. "In the time period I'm from, you two are long gone and in my depression I chose to become a robot in order to give myself the ability to time travel." Robonyan explained.

"Why do I get the idea that's not the only thing you came back for?" Spike stated. "You are as perceptive as you've ever been Spike. I came back because I wanted to see if what you said is true."

"About what?" Spike asked. "That cat or robot, we'll always be friends." Robonyan replied. Spike smiled at this. "Of course! One thing I learned from Twilight and her friends is that no matter how much somepony may change, they will always be unique and your friendship will always last." He stated proudly. "A terrific lesson Spike!" Whisper praised.

"I agree. Now that my mission is accomplished, I must return to the future. Take this before I go." He stated as he handed Spike a Yo-Kai medal with a picture of Robonyan on one side and the front of a fist on the other.

"Wow! Thanks Robonyan!"

"Anytime my friend. I'll be back!" He said as he went down a time portal giving them a thumbs up.

They all yawned at once. "Well this has been an eventful night, but I think we should get back to bed." Patch stated what they were all thinking. Entering the house, Jibanyan remarked. "I can't believe I'm gonna to become such a cool robot in the future!" Spike nodded in repsonse. "Yeah, but nothing can ever replace the real thing!"

Unexplained occurrences happen every day, but if you posses the Yo-Kai Watch, you will have the amazing and rare ability to see the elusive Yo-Kai. Invisible spirit like entities, responsible for life's daily annoyances. But beware.... When a Yo-Kai enters your life, things will never be quite the same....

Yo-Kai D,wanna and Blazion

"Okay, I got the stop watch. Do you have the binoculars Katie?" Spike asked as they prepared for another of Rainbow Dash's races against Applejack. This time it was from the center of town to the edge of the nearby mountain and back. Katie, Bear, Eddie and Patch were with him to watch as well. "Yep, right here!"

"And I have the camera!" Eddie noted. "Too bad Nate and the other girls couldn't come, Nate got stuck with chores and the girls got stuck with detention when they dropped water balloons filled with maple syrup on Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon this morning at school." Bear noted.

"Yeah, but they had it coming." Patch argued. "Especially after the way they treated Nate at your school." Katie nodded in agreement. "You got right, when we call him average, it's just playful teasing and we aren't jerks about it. Those two called him a nothing and that he'll never be anything but average."

Eddie nodded as well. "That was a completely uncool thing to say."

"Alright Rainbow Dash, are ya ready for our race yet?" Applejack shouted to the cyan blue Pegasus in a tree. Rainbow quickly hopped down exclaiming. "Do you have to ask!?" Causing Applejack to roll her eyes. "I've got the hot air balloon ready to watch the race to when you two are ready to start!" Spike explained.

The two competitors took their positions as their audience entered the balloon. "That weird.... I feeling a strange Yo-Kai aura coming the starting line." Patch noted. "Uh... you don't think a Yo-Kai's gonna interfere with race do you?" Katie asked nervously. "That's pretty much a guarantee." Spike remarked.

"Well, let's just see what happens. Alright you two, on your mark, get set..." Spike began.

Rainbow Dash and Applejack were completely ready to dash off when....

"I don't wanna, I don't wanna, I don't wanna do this!" A voice was heard and they both suddenly got out of their starting positions. "We're too tired!" They said in unison as they layed down to rest, much to the onlookers confusion.

"Okay, now there's gotta be a Yo-Kai involved!" And at this, Spike opened the Yo-Kai Lens and shined it around the napping Rainbow Dash and Applejack. "There!"

The search revealed a rather funny looking Yo-Kai. He was a small Yo-Kai that resembled a cross between a monk and a wooden fish. His head looked bigger than his body and was shaped a lot like a wooden fish with a solid tan color with wavy lip and his mouth is stayed open. His body seemed to be nothing but a black robe with a green cloth on his right side that is connected by a gold ring and he carried a drumstick in one hand. He rode on a flying pillow colored blue-green with yellow triangles on top.

Patch began searching through the Yo-Kai pad and spotted the Yo-Kai's description. "According to the Yo-Kai wiki, his name is D'wanna from the Mysterious Tribe. He causes those he inspirits to quit right when they're about start or finish something. He is responsible for many cases when somepony is to finish an invention that change the way ponies think of something, but immediately quit when they they're almost done and it's extremely frustrating."

"And now he's inspriting the two most competitive mares in Equestria. How do we get rid of him?" Katie asked. "Maybe if we get them extremely motivated again, D'wanna's Yo-Kai energy will cancel out." Eddie suggested. "Good idea! Let me just search through this and see if there's a Yo-Kai who can get ponies super motivated and energized." And with that he began searching through the pad but was suddenly interrupted by D'wanna.

"I don't wanna do this!" And he blew a cloud of pink smoke on Patch, causing him get a bored look on his face. "My fingers hurt!" He complained, giving up on looking. "Gah! Cut that out D'wanna! Snap out of it Patch!" Spike shouted as he shook his inspirited brother. "What the.... did I just get insprited?" Spike nodded and Patch growled in frustration and continued shifting through the pages of the Yo-Kai Pad and found what he was looking.

"Here's one: Blazion from the Brave Tribe." He then showed the image of the Yo-Kai. The image showed a fiery lion looking Yo-Kai. His mane and eyebrows were a burning flame and his fur was orange. He had large hands and forearms with red spirals on them. He wore a grey-black martial artist robes. He is short (about as tall as Spike) but his mane is about half his height.

"He is an extremely motivated Yo-Kai who causes those he inspirits to become full of energy and motivation." Patch explained. "Sounds perfect! But where would we find him?" Bear pondered. They all brainstormed for minute, until Eddie tapped his hooves. "There's a baseball game currently going on at the park. He could be motivating the players there." He suggested. "There's a gym a little bit from here. He could be motivating the patrons there." Katie suggested.

"Okay, we have an idea where he might be at. Let's split into two groups. Bear and Eddie, you guys head to the ball park. Me, Patch and Katie will head to the gym. Alright everypony, let's do this!" And with that, the two teams headed off in different directions.

"Alright, the gym should be a few more blocks down the road." Katie informed as they were about to pass Nate's house. They suddenly heard some commotion coming from inside the house. It sounded like someone cleaning extremely fast. The door suddenly swung open. "And done! All my chores have been finished in ten minutes flat!" Nate proudly stated.

"Wow! I've never seen Nate so motivated before!" Katie noted. "Wait...." Spike said as he opened the Yo-Kai Lens and scanned around Nate. The search revealed the Yo-Kai they were looking for, Blazion. "Well, looks like someponies are actually able to see me." Said a little surprised.

"Yep! Nice to meet you Blazion. My name's Spike and this is Katie..." She followed this up with a friendly wave and a friendly, "Hi!"
"And this is my brother Patch." Patch gave a wave as well. "The colt your inspiriting right now is named Nate. We've actually been looking for you."

Blazion razed his brow. "What do you need?"

Several minutes later they arrived back at the starting line, the trio having informed Nate and Blazion of the problem. "D'wanna huh? That guy ends up messing up my work and turning ponies into complete lazy bones."

"So you'll help us?" Patch asked hopefully. Blazion nodded. "If these two mares he's inspiriting are as completely competitive as you say they are, then I'm kinda interested in that race of theirs." He stated. "I'm just glad I got my chores before the race started. Thanks again Blazion!" Nate said thanking him. "No prob." Bear and Eddie walked up soon after. "Looks like you guys had better luck than we did!" Bear noted.

"Yeah, he was actually inspiriting Nate at his house when we found him." Spike explained. Blazion looked over and noticed D'wanna floating over the two mares Spike mentioned. "Alright, I'll take care this. Watch and learn."

He then walked over to the napping Rainbow and Applejack. "Alright, get you lazy bones! This is no time for napping!" He exclaimed, causing him to be enveloped by giant ball of flaming aura, the force of which caused D'wanna to be launched against the wall and surrending his Yo-Kai medal to Spike in the process.

"His medal!" Spike exclaimed. The flamkng aura eventually spread to Rainbow Dash and Applejack, causing them to both spring their eyes wide open to reveal flames in their eyes. "OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!" They both exclaimed in with newfound energy. They both immediately dashed to the starting line, with the onlookers into the hot air balloon to get a better view of the race from the sky.

After rising the balloon the balloon, Spike walked to the edge of the basket. "Alright let's get this race started!

"On your mark.... get set.... GO!!!!!"

And with that, they were off like lighting. "Wow! Dude, you weren't kidding when you said they were fast!" Nate exclaimed. Spike snickered a little. "Wait till you see Rainbow Dash when she flies."

"They already going through Froggy Bottom Bog!" Eddie exclaimed getting their attention. "Whew! I like to see them before I inspirited them!" Blazion stated a little shocked. Katie, using her Pegasus abilities, used her binoculars and spotted the racing mares closing in on the mountain. "They have already reached the edge of the mountain!"

"Now they're in the forest." Bear stated. The mares were dashing through several fallen leaves and logs and finally exited the for and headed straight for Ponyville. "It's gonna be a close one!" Patch shouted as they neared the finish line. Eddie prepared the camera in case of a photo finish.

The mares finally crossed as Eddie snapped the picture and shouted. "It's a photo finish!" Spike set balloon gently on the ground and they ran over to the panting mares. "Now THAT was a burst of speed!" Rainbow Dash stated. " Who.... who won?" Applejack asked. Eddie searched his camera for the picture before finally finding a picture of Rainbow and Applejack touching the finish line at the same time.

"It was a tie!" Eddie stated to the mares disappointment.

After the other two left for home in disappointment, Blazion walked over to Spike and handed him his medal, which had a picture of Blazion on one side, and the emblem had a shape of an crescent moon-like helmet decoration in a red background. "Your medal?"

Blazion nodded. "Spike, you sure do know how to show a Yo-Kai a good time! I'd be happy to be friends with you!"
"Thanks!" Spike said back and Blazion departed. "Well we all better get home before our families get worried. Later guys!" Spike said as he departed for home.

Yo-Kai Hidabat, note: quickie

Spike and Patch quickly ran into the castle from school. "You two seem to be in a hurry." Whisper noted as he met up with them. "Yeah, Scootaloo asked me to get my tool box tell help fix her scooter." Patch nodded. "Yeah besides, you need to start getting out more anyway, your scales are starting lose their color." Patch jokingly commented, receiving a laugh from Spike. "Yeah, you got that rig- what the?" Spike interrupted himself when attempted to open the door to his room only to find it locked.

"That's weird, I didn't remember it being locked when I left... Hey Jibanyan! Are you in there?"

"Leave me alone Spike." They heard Jibanyan's voice from inside, causing them to raise their brows in confusion. "I just want to be alone, alone in the dark." Spike scratched his head. "What's with Jibanyan? He's acting like a complete shut in."

Patch twitched his ears a little. "Do you guys hear that?" Spike looked back at him. "What noise?" Whisper picked up on this. "I hearing it too. If Spike isn't hearing it, then the sound is emitting at a frequency that only Yo-Kai can here." Spike put his ear to the door attempting to detect the noise the other two were hearing. "There's only one Yo-Kai who can emit a frequency like that and it is known as Hidabat." Whisper stated.

"Hidabat?" Whisper nodded and continued. "Those he inspirits gain the sudden urge to stay in seclusion in there rooms in the dark and his influence has been growing steadily these past few years, which of course is very common knowledge." Both Spike and Patch gave him incredulous looks. "So why do you have to read it then?" Patch asked sarcastically, causing Whisper to sheepishly hide the Yo-Kai Pad behind his back.

Spike took it himself and examined the image of the Yo-Kai, which looked like a bat, fitting the name, and had sky blue eyes. His fur was dark except for a yellow gold collar. He also has blue wings with golden-yellow "#" symbols on them. Another image showed him with his wings open and are actually supported on her arms, and looked like he was able to move them thanks to a band on his palms.

"Now the question is how are we gonna get him to come out?" Spike pondered for a minute before snapping his fingers and opened his lunch box, bringing out two Chocobars. "Hey Jibanyan! I got two Chocobars here and you can have them if you come out!" Spike offered hoping to coax the cat Yo-Kai out. "Just leave it in front of the door, I'll eat it later." Jibanyan stated dryly.

Spike stood there shocked. "Wow, he won't even come out for Chocobars." Whisper remarked. Spike pondered for a minute before a gray flew past him and crashed into the wall. "Wow Derpy! Are you alright?" He asked the crossed eyed mail mare. Derpy shook her head and smiled brightly. "I'm fine! Anyway, I have mail for you!" She said in a peppy tone. She then handed him a a ticket for a Next Harmeowny concert for that evening at the Ponyville concert hall. "Or more specifically, for your little cat friend Jibanyan!"

Their eyes widened in shock. "You can see Yo-Kai!?" They shouted in perfect unison. Derpy nodded still smiling. "My family has been able to see the Yo-Kai for many generations, which include my daughters and husband. Anyway, I need to get back to my mail duties. See ya!" And with that.... she flew into a wall and went back through the same window she came through.

Patch watched as she attempted to land on the ground but crashed again. "Sooo... who was that strange mare?" He asked a little confused. "Oh, she's the local mail mare, Derpy Hooves. She's really clumsy, but she's the best mail mare in town." Spike explained. Whisper pondered for minute. "Hmm.... now that you mention it, I've seen her crash into a few buildings a couple times...."

Spike looked at the concert ticket in his before an idea quickly formed in his head. He ran back to the door to his room and yelled: "Hey Jibanyan! Your ticket for the Next Harmeowny concert tonight, so you bett-" He was unable to finish his sentence before a red blur flew past him grabbing the ticket out his hand and stopping right in front of the window, which inadvertently caused Hidabat to fly across the room in a dizzy haze.

"YEEEESSSSS!!! My ticket is finally here!" Jibanyan shouted excitedly. Hidabat manged to recover before realizing where he was. "No! Too scary, must hide!" And dove toward Patch and attempted wrap his around to inspirit him. "Oh no you don't!" Spike exclaimed and quickly grabbed both wings before they could completely cover Patch.

"Leave my brother Hidabat!" Spike angrily shouted at the struggling Yo-Kai. "I can't help it, it's my nature to seek seclusion!" Hidabat pleaded. Spike turned him around to face him though his expression softened, he still gave the Yo-Kai a stern look. "I get that, but just hide yourself away, leave my friends alone." He let go of Hidabat who still had a scared look on his face. "Easy for you to say. The world is so scary these days. There's nowhere left hide anymore."

"It's hard for some Yo-Kai to live in this world Spike." Whisper said in a saddened tone. "It's true Spike..." Patch remarked. "Yeah..... I see what you mean." Spike pondered again. "Well.... why don't you hide yourself away in my closet?" Spike suggested to everyone's surprise. "You mean it!?" Hidabat exclaimed. Spike nodded. "Yeah it's not a problem as long as you let us leave." Jibanyan nodded in agreement. "Yeah! We can be roommates for nyow on!" He excitedly exclaimed.

"Oh thank you! And here, please take this as rent." Hidabat stated, handing Spike his Yo-Kai medal. "Your medal?" Hidabat nodded happily. "Of course Spike. We're friends now." Spike smiled brightly. "Awesome! Now your a part of my supernatural entourage!" He yelled proudly holding the medal up in the air and then proceeded to try and open the door until realizing it was still locked.

"Wait! The door is still locked!" Whisper flew in front of him. "Not to worry!" He stated proudly before going phasing through the door. "Hold on, you can actually go through doors and walls!?" Spike exclaimed in shock. "Well of course! Isn't it obvious?" Whisper asked in a proud as he unlocked the door. "Sweet humble abode!" Whisper stated as Spike walked with a less than grateful look on his face while Patch handed him his frying pan.

"That's great and all Whisper but tell me..... Why didn't you do that in the first place!?" Spike punctuated this by hitting him across the room with the frying pan, landing face first into the crystal wall. "You never asked!" Whisper managed to say despite his face being smooshed.

A Sleepy Friendship Council

Spike, the CMC, Whisper, Patch, and Jibanyan entered the palace intending to get Spike's Yo-Kai Medallium for their club's weekly Yo-Kai hunt, where they search the town for any Yo-Kai problems. "The Medallium should be on the desk in my room." Spike remark as they were about to go past the council room. "Twilight and the girls are holding Friendship Council right now, so we better stay quiet." Though the girls nodded at first, Sweetie Belle felt that something was off.

"Is it me or is the council room abnormally quiet?" She noted. Though Spike was to respond, he realized the room was oddly quiet. The six peaked inside only to find the Mane Six all fast asleep in their respective thrones at the council table. "From the looks of it, nopony got their sleep last night." Whisper remarked. "No way! Applejack would never fall asleep like that in the middle of the day." Applebloom shot back.

"Spike?" Patch gestured to his brother who nodded in response a day proceeded to scan the area around the Mane Six with the Yo-Kai Lens.

The search revealed a Yo-Kai with the appearance of a purple and pink tapir. She had yellow eyes with red irises and black pupils. She also had small, pointy, ears that are a different color purple than her body (but the same color purple as the tuff of fur on her tail). She had an orange flower-like design next to her eyes and has sharp teeth on both her upper and lower jaws.

"What the heck is that thing!?" Scootaloo exclaimed in surprise. "Oh... uh... That Yo-Kai is um... Ah ha! That's the Yo-Kai, Baku. She blows a sleep smoke from her nose that instantly knocks ponies out cold and then proceeds to eat their dreams for nourishment. She's for stuff like "I just had an awesome dream, but I can't remember any of it," phenomenon" He informed.

"Oh yeah, that's happened to me before." Spike remarked. He then turned back to Baku. "Excuse me, but could you maybe stop putting everypony to sleep please." He asked politely. Baku shook her head. "Nah, not now. I'm hungry and I want to eat my lunch." She then blew some sleep on Jibanyan, causing to fall asleep. She then walked over to Applejack and started inhaling, causing a giant dream bubble to emerge above Applejack's head.

"Look's like this is Applejack's dream." Whisper remarked as the dream showed an image of a tall version of Applejack in front of a row of apple trees. "This is great! Ahm so tall, I can reach these with out having to git a ladder!" The dream Applejack said happily. "So your sister even dreams about chores?" Patch questioned. "Apparently, and why is she so tall?" Applebloom questioned as Baku ate the dream.

She then proceeded to move over to Rarity and repeated the process of showing the dream. It then showed an image of Rarity sitting in a chair at her boutique. "Yep, super fabulous six ft. Rarity here darling!" She exclaimed. "My sister's stretched out too!?" Sweetie Belle shouted as Baku ate the dream and walked over to Rainbow Dash and once more repeated the process.

The dream cloud showed a ridiculously tall Rainbow in front of a just table of desserts. "This is awesome! I'm so tall I can reach the best desserts without using my wings!" She exclaimed as she bit down on a piece of cake. "Not Rainbow Dash too!" Scootaloo shouted dismayed.

The last pony Baku walked over to was Twilight. The dream cloud showed of a very expansive library with an extremely tall Twilight standing in the center. "I'm eight ft tall! So that means I can reached all the best books inside the biggest library in Equestria!" She shouted happily. "Twilight even dreams about reading books?" Spike questioned in frustration. "The pony mind is strange and unusual place." Whisper remarked. "You can say that again...." Patch noted as they watched eat the dream.

She then walked over to Jibanyan and a dream cloud appeared over his head. "Do Yo-Kai dream too?" Spike asked as Whisper nodded. "Of course we do. I even keep a dream journal." Whisper stated as he brought out said journal and handed it to Spike. He opened it only find to find pictures of a freakishly tall Whisper in a black tuxedo. "What is up with everypony being so tall?" Spike asked in disgust. They turned their attention back to the Jibanyan's dream.

"Do ya'll think Jibanyan is gonna be freakishly tall in his dream too?" Applebloom asked as the image showed Jibanyan with a determined look on his face. "Spike is my best friend and I'll always protect him." He proclaimed confidently. A speeding wagon suddenly came roaring in the distance with nopony pulling it. "Look out!" Sweetie Belle shouted concerned.

"HA HA! No wagon withstand me now that I'm twenty ft tall!" He shouted as they image pulled to reveal that he was in fact freakishly tall too. "Twenty ft tall!? That's completely messed up!" Scootaloo shouted in disgust. The tall Jibanyan turned his head behind looking down. "Get behind me Spike. Meow." The image then went all the way to ground as it showed what looked like a poorly drawn stick figure of Spike jumping up and down going "Woop Woop! Yay Jibanyan!" As Spike commented in an annoyed tone. "I'm feeling mildly insulted."

"Now evil Wagon, prepare to taste my gigantic Paws of Fury!" He shouted as he began swinging several punches at nothing. "That's not really doing anything." Patch commented as the others nodded in agreement. One punch did actually touch the wagon and shattered it in pieces. "I am victorious." Jibanyan proudly remarked as turned in the direction of a bunch of happy squeals coming toward him.

The image showed several mares from Next Harmeowny running toward him, trampling the stick figure Spike in the process. "Hey! That looked like it hurt!" Spike angrily remarked as Baku ate the dream.

"Such measly bite sized dreams. I need a filling dream to satisfy my appetite." Baku informed. "So if we can get you a juicy dream, will you stop keeping the girls asleep?" Spike asked. "I guess so. But it had to be a good one, I accept no other." Spike nodded. "Alright then have a taste of my dreams then!" He offered. Baku looked over and shrugged. "I'm intrigued." She stated as she blew her sleep smoke at him, knocking him out instantly.

"Ooh! I've always wondered what my brother dreams about." Patch commented. "Ah just hope he isn't freakishly tall too." Applebloom stated as the image showed an Spike's face as he proclaimed. "I will rescue Princess Rarity from the Diamond Dogs if it's the last thing I do!"

The others leaned intrigued, Baku merely chuckled. "Everypony dreams about rescuing their true love. I won't eat the stale old thing." whisper shook his head. "I disagree Baku, I'm finding this dream very interesting." Baku rolled her eyes. "I don't know- Wait! Are you kidding me!?" She yelled in amazement as the image revealed a rather buff looking in knights fighting through several Diamond Dogs. "Well he's ridiculously buff, but how does this qualify as a big dream?" Scootaloo questioned.

"This is most amazing dream ever! I never thought anypony could ever dream this big!" Baku said through tear filled eyes. "About giant muscles!?" Sweetie Belle asked in disgust as Baku ate Spike's dream. "I want to thank you all for introducing me to such an incredible dreamer!" Baku happily stated as a familiar blue light enveloped her and medal floated into Patch's claws. "Give this to him when he wakes up." and with that Baku left and sleep aura wore off, waking everypony up.

"At least everypony's awake now." Applebloom noted only to see that Spike and Jibanyan were still asleep. "Except some others who prefer to sleep all day!" Whisper noted.

Dancing trio, Ten out of Ten!
"Hey Spike, have you heard of the Dancing Trio?" Eddie asked as he, Spike, Nate, and Katie walked home from school. "The Dancing Trio? I've never heard of them." Spike informed. "That makes sense. they're a dance group native to Neighpon. They are currently on tour here in Equestria." Nate informed. "They're gonna performing here in Ponyville later if your interested. We're going." Katie offered.

Spike shook his head. "Nah.... I'm not really into going to concerts and I just got the new issue of Power Ponies today and I don't want to spend my day off going to some weird concert like Jibanyan does." The other three shrugged as they departed for the concert hall and Spike left for home.

The next day....

Spike and Patch were walking to school like normal before realizing something was off. "Hey bro.... does seem the seem awfully empty to you?" Spike asked his older sibling. Patch looked around as well. "That's weird. I lived here long enough to know when this is around the time when everypony is up for day." He noted as they approached the school and entered the classroom, only to find it completely empty.

"Okay, something is definitely off here. Where is everypony?" Patch pondered for a minute. "Hey Spike, I remember Twilight saying she and her friends were going to the The Dancing Trio performance last night right?" When his brother nodded, Patch began searching through the Yo-Kai Pad. "Here it is. The Dancing are actually Yo-Kai dancers who love dancing and cause others to dance, sometimes for three days straight." He then showed Spike a picture of the trio he suspected to be Yo-Kai.

The picture first showed a green-skinned seaweed-like Yo-kai with diminutive black eyes. He wore a turquoise haori with eye-like markings on the sleeves, white pants and a white bow on his head. The page called him Wiglin.

The next picture showed a seaweed Yo-kai similar to Wiglin, except that he was dark-green skinned, and wore a mustard-colored haori with the eye patterns in black, and white pants and a white bow. The page said his name was Steppa.

The final picture showed a pale green feminine seaweed creature similar to the other two with big dark brown eyes and tiny pink blushed cheeks. She wore a dull red ribbon tied around the top of her head to match the pants she wore. Over her chest she wore white bandages, along with a loose pink jacket accented by white. The description said her name Rhyth.

"So your saying The Dancing Trio are actually Yo-Kai and they can cause people to dance for three days straight?" Spike asked raising his brow. When Patch nodded, he tapped his chin in thought. "That would explain why I didn't see Twilight at breakfast this morning. Let's head over to the Ponyville concert hall and see for ourselves." Patch nodded in agreement and began making their way toward the concert hall.

The dragon brother's approached the entrance of the concert hall, a faint sound of music and coming from within. "I'm get the feeling your right about this dude." Spike commented as he opened the entrance doors. The sight in front of them astounded them. Ponies all over the room were dancing like crazy as three oddly colored ponies danced on stage. Spike and Patch managed to wade through the dancing crowd, even spotting Whisper and Jibanyan shaking they're Thang.

Finally approaching the stage, Spike approached the dancing trio and shined the Yo-Kai Lens on them, revealing their true forms to them but not the other ponies in the room. "Hey look! Looks somponies actually able to see us!" Wiglin said in a cheery tone. "Are you to dance like everypony else here?" Rhyth asked in a sweet voice. "Actually, do you think you could stop making everypony in town dance? Dancing for three days straight doesn't exactly sound very healthy." Steppa shook his head. "Small price to pay for having fun!" He exclaimed in a happy tone.

"How are we gonna convince them that dancing all night long is a bad idea?" Patch asked. Spike pondered for a few minutes. "Wait! I know just who to call to make them see the error of their ways!" He stated proudly. "Who?" Patch asked again.

"Come on out my friend!" Spike shouted as he tossed the medal into the air.

"Calling, Baku!" And in one swift motion he caught the medal and inserted it into the watch.

"Yo-Kai Medal, do your thing!" He shouted as a voice yelled "Summoning Charming!" A pink vortex came out of the watch as familiar figure to some music.

"Alarming! Boom boom walla walla dance dance Charming!" Baku danced to the music and finished with a pose "Baku!"

"Baku, show The Dancing Trio that sleeping is a good thing!" Baku saluted and proceeded to blow her sleep smoke all over the room, somehow missing Spike and Patch, instantly knocking out The Dancing Trio and the audience out cold. After several minutes of snoring, Wiglin, Steppa, and Rhyth, eventually woke up yawning. "This is groovey! I feel so refreshed!" Rhyth remarked. "I fell like I have more energy to dance!" Wiglin happily remarked.

"See? Getting enough sleep will help you stay more focused and is a key thing in maintaining a healthy lifestyle." Spike informed. "Thanks for showing usthat little dragon! Take these as a symbol of our gratitude!" The three then handed Spike they're respective medals. "Cool thanks!"

Spike then turned to Baku. "Thanks for the help Baku. Is there any thing I can do to repay you?" Baku shook her head. "Nope, all these sleeping ponies and their delicious dreams are thanks enough." She stated before proceeding to her lunch.

"Hey Spike! Who'dyou meet today?" Whisper asked.

"Robonyan, D'wanna, Blazion, Hidabat, Baku, and The Dancing Trio!" He said as he listed them.

Spike and Patch were sitting in his room when Robonyan suddenly appeared.

"My name is Robonyan. I am from the future and I belong to the Tough Tribe. Charging!" He shouted as he pluget himself into a nearby outlet, causing a nation wide power blackout, causing Spike and Patch to scream in terror.

"I'll be back." Robonyan said as he gave a thumbs up as strangely sank into lava.
