Chapter 2: Blue Haired Beast
Rainbow looked around the building. There are so many ponies! She thought to herself. Pinkie stepped next to her, and Celestia knows what Octavia is doing. A pony rudely bumped into Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash shoved the short, small mare aside, causing him to spill all his books. Rainbow Dash smirked in victory. The little mare gave Rainbow a scared glance, then he scurried away.
"What'd you do that for Dashie?" Pinkie asked.
"He was in my way." Rainbow muttered in response.
Rainbow Dash flapped her wings lightly to float in the air. She remained floating for a couple seconds, flapping her wings softly. She examined the social classes of the school. The nerds seemed to be the lowest, while the pretty mares and stallions seemed to be at the top, along with the jocks. Then there where the averages, the wierdos, the goths, and the outcasts.
A mare ran up to Dashie and Pinkie. "OhmiCelestias, OhmiCelestias, OhmiCelestias!!!!!" The mare screamed.
"Err...May we help you?" Rainbow Dash questioned, looking at the mare.
The mare had a green mane and a yellow body. Her cutie mark was a lady bug on a leaf. "Hi! I'm Lady Bug! I'm have the major of Animal and Plant interactions!" The mare informally told the two super stars, who gave eachother looks.
"Are you guys the real Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash!??!!?" The mare asked loudly.
"As a matter of fact-e-o, we are!" Pinkie said, happy to talk to a fan.
"OHMICELESTIAS!!!!!!!! IM GOING TO A SCHOOL WITH THE RAINBOW DASH AND PINKIE PIE!!!" The green-maned pony screamed as loud as she could.
"Um...yeah...lucky you?" Rainbow replied.
"THE RAINBOW DASH AND PINKIE PIE! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!" The mare screamed again, and all at once, Iike a gigantic group of parasprites, mares and stallions from all social class systems of this school ran towards Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, squealing in joy.
"OMC!!! ITS RAINBOW DAAAAAAAAAASH!" One mare with a blue body and purple mane screamed loudly.
"PINKIE PIE!! OMC, DATE ME!" An obsessed Pinkie Pie stallion screamed.
"WHAT THE BUCK! YOU HAVE TO BE BUCKING KIDDING ME! BUCK, BUCK, BUUUUUUUUCK!" A language obsessive mare screamed.
"Can I have either of you in a bed with me?" A stallion with a pink body and yellow hair shouted loudly, causing Pinkie to give him a disturbed look. Rainbow Dash chuckled. Obsessive pony I guess. Rainbow thought to herself. Although, I can't help but feel extremely awkward over this situation. Rainbow Dash chuckled again, when a whole group of mares shouted,
"PINKIE! TELL US A JOKE!"
"I WILL IF I CAN HAVE SOME QUIET PLEASE!" Pinkie responded.
All at once, all of the ponies in the hallway became quiet. A wave of silent bliss had passed over them all, just to hear Rainbow's best friend tell a joke.
"Well, this is one of my favorites..." Pinkie said, as the crowd erupted into cheers.
"Pinkie! Pinkie! Pinkie! Pinkie!" The crowd called out.
"Ok, ok. Calm down. I'll tell all of you silly-billies."
The crowd errupted into cheers once more.
"What did the pirate say on his 80th birthday?" Pinkie asked the crowd.
"What?" Everyone echoed back.
"Aye matey!" Pinkie responded, then bursted into laughter.
"Pinkie." The whole crowd groaned in sync.
Rainbow Dash giggled slightly at the crowd. Pinkie is the only mare she knows that has that kind of effect on people.
"What is going on here!" A stallion's voice roared. "All of you, are late to class! The teachers have been missing half of their students."
"Sorry, Principle Staples." Another stallion's voice echoed through the crowd, as he stepped out of the large clump of ponies. Principle Staples had a grey body and untamed white hair. His cutie mark was of a stapler stapling together pieces of paper.
The stallion who had stepped up to talk with the principle was the handsomest, hottest, and most greatest looking stallion Rainbow Dash had ever seen. She could feel herself drooling over him. She quickly whipped away the saliva pouring out of her mouth.
The stallion had a very light blue body, navy hair, and gorgeous blue eyes. OhmiCelestia, I am staring at the hottest blue haired beast... Rainbow thought to herself.
Pinkie must have caught Rainbow drooling, because she nudged her hard when the Blue Haired Beast made his way over to Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash.
"You see," He was saying, "These two lovely ladies where giving us jokes and games. But this is all my fault, one hundred percent."
He's taking the blame for Pinkie and I. He's taking the blame for me. Rainbow Dash thought to herself, and she could feel her cheeks turning red.
"How so?" Principle Staples asked Blue Haired Beast.
"I was begging them to show me some jokes and games and answer questions, and they agreed. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have. Please punish me, and not them." Blue Haired Beast said, and Rainbow could feel her cheeks growing redder every second.
"Sir...it wa-" Rainbow Dash began, before Blue Haired Beast shot her a look, telling her not to continue. "Nevermind."
"Thank you Soarin, I appreciate your honesty. There will be an after school detention every Wednesday for the next two months." Principle Staples said, a look of disappointment etched on his face.
Soarin... Rainbow thought to herself. Soarin is the name of the Blue Haired Beast.
"All of you! Get to class!" Principle Staples shouted at the students.
Rainbow Dash trotted away, as a hoof touched her on the shoulder. She turned around, her snout close to Soarin's. She blushed.
"Thank you, Soarin." Blue Haired Beast told her, his hoof still on her shoulder.
"Eh, it was nice of you I guess." Rainbow Dash told Soarin. "But I can take care of myself."
"I'm sure you can." Soarin responded, "But your a girl, and I find that hard to believe."
Rainbow Dash's tempature started to rise. She hated it when stallions didn't appreciate all the work that mares do!
"Gender doesn't prove anything!" Rainbow Dash shot at him.
"Oh, it doesn't?"
"No, it doesn't!"
"Well, talk to society.
"Why would I talk to somepony invisible?"
"Because your going crazy if you think I'm not pissed at you."
"Why the buck would you be pissed at me?"
"Because I just helped someone who didn't deserve it." Soarin ended, and with that, Rainbow Dash walked away, totally pissed and furious.
Celesita damnit! I can't believe I actually thought, that for one second, he was hot. Rainbow Dash thought to herself, as she trotted to Flight History, her first period.
