Pinkie started tugging on her hair. "Oh no! This is bad! This is really, really bad!"

"Great! Now what are we going to do?!" Rainbow yelled. 

"Should we just run?" Spike asked.

"It's best if we should." Twilight agreed with Spike.

"Sunburst! Sunburst, where are you?!" A voice yelled.

Sunburst turned seeing a girl with dark skin, white and gray hair and blue eyes wearing blue and white armor calling for him. Then he turned to the others. "Everyone follow me!" He ran with the others following him.

"Sunburst! Where did you go?!" The girl yelled.

"Over here!" Sunburst yelled.

The girl turned to the others. "The guardians. And humans?"

"Hey there." Axel said getting a punch in the arm from Olivia.

"Night Glider, where is Twinkleshine and Gilda?" Sunburst asked.

"Twinkleshine? Gilda?" Jesse asked.

"Follow me!" Night Glider ran with the others following them.





They ran out of the castle and ran behind a tree seeing two girls. One with pink hair and teal eyes wearing white, pink and blue armor. And the other with white and purple hair and gold eyes wearing brown and yellow armor.

"Oh, thank goodness you're okay." The girl with pink hair said in relief.

The girl with white and purple hair turned to the humans. "And...humans?!"

"Uh, hi." Petra said.

Sunset looked behind her and saw the Supernova. "Run!"

The humans and Equestrians started running.

Lukas stopped and turned to Sunset. "Sunset," He pointed behind him. "They're falling behind!"

Sunset turned and saw Twilight trying to help Soren walk. "Twilight, you have to go faster!"

"He's too weak!" Twilight yelled. "We need to find a way out of this disaster."

"We can't get away from the Supernova on foot." Jesse said. "There's always the horses."

Sunset turned and saw the horses. "Jesse, you genius!"

The Order and Equestrians ran to the horses and got on them. 

"Wait! What about us?" Ivor asked.

Twilight turned to Sunburst.

"Twilight, what about Ivor and Soren?" Sunburst asked. "We can't just leave them."

"I'll get Ivor." Twilight said.

"Then I got Soren."

Twilight helped Ivor get on the horse. Sunburst did the same to Soren.

"Wait, Sunburst!" Night Glider yelled. "What about us?"

"You three get back to the Crystal Empire." Sunburst commanded. "We'll meet you there."

Night Glider, Twinkleshine and Glida nodded and ran.

The horses started running as the Supernova followed them.

Rainbow looked at the horse. "Come on, you stupid horse! Go faster!"

"Axel was right!" Jesse yelled. "That is even more uglier than the Wither Storm!"

Sunset rolled her eyes.

Spike was hanging on to the tail of the horse. "Twilight! I'm slipping!"

Ivor turned and grabbed Spike. 

"Thanks."

"This is the worst day of my life!" Fluttershy yelled.

"Rainbow, look out!" Lukas yelled.

Rainbow turned and saw the tractor beam of the Supernova as she moved the horse to the right.

"Applejack, stop horse-back steering!" Olivia yelled.

"Sorry, Sugarcube." Applejack said.

Coloratura looked behind her. "It's getting closer!"

A tentacle was about to hit Pinkie's horse, but the horse jumped over it. Another was about to hit Rarity, but she ducked.

"This is THE. Worst. Possible. THING!" Rarity yelled.

"Can we talk drama later?" Petra asked in annoyance.

Jesse looked over Sunset and saw a bridge. "We have to cross that bridge!"

Sunset nodded. "Everyone, cross the-" The bridge got destroyed when the Supernova's tractor beam sucked it in. "Bridge."

Everyone stopped and looked at the Supernova.

"Oh, this is bad." Lukas said.

Fluttershy whistled as six Endermen appeared.

"Endermen!" Soren said.

Fluttershy turned to two Endermen. "You two: get some blocks and rebuild the bridge."

The two Endermen saluted and teleported away. 

Soren turned to Fluttershy. "How are you doing that? How are they obeying you?"

"It just takes an act of kindness to make them do what you want." Fluttershy said.

The two Endermen came back with a dozen stone blocks and started rebuilding the bridge. As they finished, Fluttershy told the Endermen to keep the Supernova distracted as they nodded and turned to the Supernova.

The horses continued running.

Pinkie had her hands in the air. "Wheeeee! Woohoo!" She was about to fall over, but she held on to the reins. "Oops. Almost fell over."





Celestia woke up. Sweat fell from her face as she got out of bed and looked out the window, seeing the Supernova from far away. "No." She ran out of her room and entered the room Gabriel and Magnus were sleeping in. "You two get up. This is an emergency."

Magnus sat up and rubbed his eyes. "What?"

Celestia ran to another room where the Ocelots were sleeping. "All of you get up. This is serious."

The Ocelots woke up with a groan.

"It's only twelve in the morning." Gill whined. "What's so serious about it?"

"The Supernova has risen." Celestia ran out of the room.

"What?" Maya asked.





The humans and Equestrians were now hiding in a cave.

"We made it!" Rainbow exclaimed. "We actually made it alive!"

Spike sat next to Soren. "Hey there. Soren, right?"

Soren turned to Spike and nodded.

"Something tells me that the Alliance took your heart."

"And it was painful." Soren said. "Very, very painful." He coughed.

Olivia looked at Soren. "How could this happen? Why is the Alliance doing this? Why do they want us gone?"

"The Alliance is doing this because they want revenge." Sunset said letting out a sigh. "This is all my fault. I'm the reason why they want revenge." 

Twilight looked at Sunset. "Sunset, it-"

"You guys can blame me all you want!" Sunset yelled, crossing her arms and leaning on the cave's wall. "Go ahead. I don't really care anymore."

"Hey. It's not your fault." Petra replied. "You don't have to blame yourself every time."

"Petra is right, darling. Don't be like that." Rarity said. "Just keep your spirits high and we'll find a way out of this mess."

"Yeah. Stay positive." Fluttershy said.

Rainbow growled with anger. "Getting emotional and dramatic isn't getting us anywhere! How could this have happened?! Why is that stupid beast alive right now?!" Rainbow turned to Ivor. "You! You were there! Why didn't you do something?! Why didn't you stop Chrysalis from raising the Supernova?!"

"There was nothing else I could do about it." Ivor said. "I was all out of options. She was psychotic."

"You were all out of options?!" Rainbow yelled and growled. "This is all your fault! If you haven't just did something about it, none of this would have happened! You just made matters even worse!"

"Rainbow, leave Ivor out of this." Jesse said. "It's not his fault. He might have created the Wither Storm, but he can help us. Just give him a chance."

Rainbow growled and stomped out of the cave.

"Is she always like this?" Soren asked.

"You have no idea, Soren." Applejack said.

Pinkie took out a purple squeeze bottle and started sucking what was inside of it with her mouth.

Axel looked at Pinkie. "What is that?"

"It's frosting." Pinkie said. "It always calms me down." Pinkie pulled out a blue squeeze bottle. "Want some?"

Axel took the squeeze bottle and started sucking the frosting. "Wow. You're right. This is calming."

Sunset turned and saw Sunburst walk out of the cave. She followed as she went outside. "Sunburst!" She saw the Supernova from far away and turned seeing Sunburst looking at the sky. She walked up to him and sat next to him. "Sunburst, I understand that Starlight was the greatest friend someone like you could ever have. But now that's she's been corrupted-"

"It's not that, Sunset Shimmer." Sunburst said. "I'm worried. About the world." He turned to Sunset. "The world is counting on you, Sunset Shimmer. Everything and everyone we know and love is about to be gone."

"What makes you think that I'm the only person the world needs?" Sunset asked.

"I don't think. I know."

Sunset looked behind her and saw Jesse walk out of the cave. "Just came here to get some air?"

Jesse nodded and joined the two. Then he sat next to Sunset. "I just wanted to look out for you. And Rainbow. What seems to be eating her?"

"Probably what has happened." Sunburst said. "That could be what's making her miserable."

Jesse sighed. "Great. First the Wither Storm, and now this. I mean, my friends and I, we lost two people in our lives.  Ellegaard, Reuben, now I wonder who are we going to lose next."

"Who's Ellegaard?" Sunset asked.

"A deceased member of the last Order of the Stone." Jesse answered. "She was killed by the Wither Storm."

"Whoever this Reuben is, he was a good friend." Sunburst said.

"He's a pig." Sunset explained.

"Oh." Sunburst got up and walked back into the cave.

Sunset looked at her hand as a cyan light glowed around it. Then she let out a sigh. "Sunburst said that I was the only thing the world was depending on. But, I'm not sure is he's right. Jesse, do you think he's correct?"

"I don't know." Jesse said. "All I know is that we're only doing this for my kind and yours. We're only doing this for the world. But now that we're out of options, what are we going to do?"

"Same here." Sunset saw the light around her hand fade. "If only there was another way."

As Jesse felt a slight pain in his head, he placed a hand on his forehead, getting Sunset's attention.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I just have a little headache. Trixie really got me good."

Sunset shrugged. "You'll be okay."

"Are you sure that is going to work?" A voice from far away asked.

"I'm not sure, but it's worth the try." Another voice from far away answered.

Jesse and Sunset heard the voices as they got up and followed the conversation.

"Listen. I know that this is the only option we have, but I'm not sure going to the Crystal Empire is going to be our only option. I'm not saying that you're stupid, but are you sure?"

"Oh, of course I'm sure. The Crystal Empire IS a good idea. Trust me."

Jesse and Sunset looked over a tree and saw Rainbow talking to a man with brown hair, a white beard, and his sclera was bright yellow and his irises were red. He was wearing a mismatched suit, brown torso, bright yellow left sleeve, sunflower yellow right sleeve, one side of his pants was tan and the other was green and black shoes.

"Well, okay." Rainbow crossed her arms. "But if this doesn't work, it's your fault."

"Discord?" Sunset walked out of the darkness getting Rainbow and the man's attention. "What are you doing here? Are you hiding too?"

"I came to help my old friends." Discord said. "Ah, I can sense you brought a friend." He was now holding Jesse, who was now shocked and confused, by the leg.

Sunset looked behind her.

"W-W-What?!" Jesse yelled in shock. "H-How did I get here?!"

Discord dropped Jesse. "As I was saying,"

"Ow."

"I have a better idea. It involves going to the Crystal Empire and being prepared for battle."

"You just spilled the beans." Rainbow scolded.

"That's the point of explaining."

Jesse sat up and turned to Sunset. "You know this guy?"

"Everyone knows Discord." Sunset explained. "He can do chaotic things."

"Ah, now I understand." Jesse got up on his feet.

Discord looked at Jesse. "Jesse, leader of the Order of the Stone." He shook Jesse's hand. "I'm your biggest fan! I heard that you and your beloved friends took down that three-headed monster! Whatever you call that thing."

"The Wither Storm."

"Ah, yes, the Wither Storm. Say, mind if I..." Discord took out an arm. "Give you a hand?"

Jesse turned to his right and saw the his right arm is gone. He screamed. "My arm!" He turned to Discord. "How are you doing that?!"

"See? Chaos magic." Sunset whispered.

Discord laughed and pointed the arm at Jesse, which was now pointing at him. "I guess you never seen chaos magic before."

"Um, no." Jesse stammered.

"Well, now you do." Discord tossed the arm to Jesse.

"Thanks." Jesse placed his arm back in his regular spot and moved his shoulder. "Hurts, but feels weird. Put that on my weird things list." He turned to Rainbow. "So, about Discord's plan, what are we going to do?"

"It's pretty simple." Rainbow said. "All we have to do is get to the Crystal Empire and get prepared for battle."

Jesse nodded. "That's not a bad idea. Should we tell the others?"

"It's best if we tell them." Sunset agreed.

The four started walking to the cave. As they reached the cave, Jesse explained Discord's plan from going to the Crystal Empire, then getting prepared for battle, and going to bring the battle to the Alliance.

"Hey! That's a great idea!" Olivia exclaimed. "Don't know where the Crystal Empire is, but it's worth a try."

"Discord and I will take all of you there." Sunburst said.

"But, what about Soren?" Lukas asked. "He's too weak without his heart."

"Well, there's always Zecora." Pinkie suggested.

"Zecora. I met her once on my way to the Crystal Empire." Ivor said. "I'll take Soren there. But I can't go to her place alone."

"I'll come with you." Coloratura suggested. "I've been there many times."

Ivor nodded with agreement.

"Rara, are you sure?" Applejack asked. 

Coloratura turned to Applejack and nodded. "It's worth a shot, AJ. I have to come with him."

Applejack sighed. "Alright, but be careful."

Olivia turned to Applejack. "AJ?"

"Coloratura also gave Applejack a nickname." Rainbow whispered.

Everyone walked out of the cave and went on the horses.

Rainbow turned to Ivor. "Hey, Ivor?"

Ivor looked at Rainbow. 

"Um, I'm sorry for what I said."

"I know." 

Coloratura went on her horse. "Let's go."

Ivor, Soren and Coloratura started walking to Zecora's while the Order, guardians, Sunset and Sunburst walk to the Crystal Empire.

Sunburst looked at the Supernova from far away. "I hope you'll be okay, old friend. Please be okay."
