//------------------------------// // Chapter 15: The Castle of the Alliance Part 2 // Story: Rise of the Equestrians // by Doodle Note //------------------------------// Twilight and Spike were rummaging through chests for useful stuff to use for later. "Okay," Spike took out three wood blocks. "Some wood," Then pulled out a pair of stone swords. "Stone swords." Then a piece of redstone. "Huh. Redstone. I'll give this to Olivia later." Then smiled as he pulled out a bone. "Finally! Something to chew on!" Spike started chewing on the bone. Twilight pulled out three wood bows. "I guess we'll use these for later." Then pulled out a potato. She was wondering why was a potato in a chest full of bows, but she shrugged and took a bite of it. "Well, at least I found some food." She said with her mouth full as she turned to Spike. "Hey, Spike, what did you find in that chest?" Spike stopped chewing on the bone. "Wood, stone swords, redstone, and this bone. I guess there was a skeleton here and an Alliance member took care of it." Twilight swallowed and laughed. "I did find some bows. And this potato." "Who would keep a potato down here?" Spike asked. Twilight shrugged. "But, don't worry! It's still good." Spike laughed. "Well, I'm glad that Jesse got us back home safe and sound. I mean, we get to see our friends again. You even got to see Shining Armor and Cadance again. You even got to see Celestia again." Twilight frowned. "Yeah, but there is one person missing that I was wanting to see again." Spike looked at Twilight. "Is it...?" Twilight nodded. Spike frowned, walked up to Twilight and sat next to her. "Hey, I understand that he was everything to you. I mean, Night Light and Twilight Velvet trusted him, Shining Armor trusted him, Candance trusted him, everyone did. Especially you and me." "He was more than everything, Spike. He was the kindest person I've ever met. He had a heart of gold." "Well, at least he wasn't freaked out about your eyes." Spike smiled. Twilight laughed and picked up Spike. "Get over here." Fluttershy and Coloratura walked out of the hallway into a dark room full of nothing but torches. Coloratura took a torch off a wall. "Wow. This place sure is dark. But something tells me that we're being watched. But I don't know who's watching us." She turned to Fluttershy. "Ever felt like you were being watched, Flutters?" "Yes. But just as you said, I don't know who's watching us." "Probably a ghost." Coloratura teased. "Don't say that!" Fluttershy yelled. Then calmed down a bit. "Too much?" "Actually, that didn't hurt." The two turned and saw someone standing in front of them. They got closer and closer as the light from the torch revealed a girl wearing black, purple, blue and green armor. The two got closer to the girl and recognized her. It was Starlight Glimmer. Coloratura sighed in relief. "Starlight, you're okay. We thought you were, you know, dead." Starlight turned around and opened her eyes, revealing that her sclera was now green with purple wisps flowing out of them. Her irises were still blue. Fluttershy gasped. "Oh no." Coloratura backed up. "Starlight? Are you okay?" Starlight pulled out a cyan sword and slowly walked up to Fluttershy and Coloratura. "Starlight, why are you looking at us like that?" Coloratura wanted to know. "She's been corrupted." Fluttershy said. Coloratura looked at Fluttershy. "What do you mean?" "Sombra." Coloratura gasped in shock. Sunset was still sobbing, thinking that what has happened was all her fault. She looked at Jesse. "Jesse, I'm so sorry. This is all my fault. I-I was the one who got you stunned. Why can't the Alliance just listen to me?" Sunset then started hearing footsteps that sounded like running from far away. Then she heard the door close and get locked, then heard the footsteps again and heard them get closer. "Hello?" She called. What came out of the dark was a man with long black hair and a beard and dark blue eyes (I guess) wearing an olive coat and pants and black shoes running up to the two. The man stops running and placed his hands on his knees, trying to catch his breath. He looked behind him and sighed. "That was close." He turned in front of him and saw Sunset and Jesse. He first walked up to Sunset and pulled out a gold sword. "Hold still." He slashed the chain as it shattered and disappeared. Sunset looked at her wrist, then at the man. "Um, uh, thank you." The man turned to Jesse and walked up to him. As he went closer, he went on one knee and waved his hand at Jesse's face. "Hmm." He pulled out a blue potion and poured all of it into Jesse's mouth. Sunset got up and joined the man. "What are you doing?" The man lifted a finger, telling Sunset to wait. Jesse's eyes faded back to green as he gasped for air and sat up. He placed his hand on his head. "What happened?" He turned to Sunset. "Sunset, what happened?" Sunset was about to speak, but didn't know what to say. Jesse turned and noticed the man. "Ivor?" He got up by himself. "What are you doing here?" "I'm hiding." Ivor said. "From who?" Sunset asked. "The leaders of the Alliance of Darkness." Ivor answered. "They want me destroyed!" "They want all of us to be destroyed." Jesse held his chest in pain. "Whatever Trixie did to me, that seriously hurts!" Ivor turned to Sunset. "Sunset Shimmer, correct?" Sunset nodded. "That's me." "I heard a lot about you, Sunset. Your past, the battle between you and the guardians, your betrayal against the Alliance, everything." "It's true that I betrayed the Alliance. Everything you heard about me is true. I was also told lies for the rest of my life." "But why do they want you destroyed?" Jesse asked. "Just like they want Sunset to be destroyed?" Ivor sighed. "Do any of you know the story of the human who talked to Princess Celestia about the Order of the Stone?" Sunset and Jesse nodded. "Well, that human," Ivor paused, then spoke again. "That was me." "You're the one who told Celestia about me and the others?" Jesse asked, then he started coughing. "Okay, this is starting to hurt even more." "Three weeks ago, I was in my lair searching for something extraordinary." Ivor told. "But then, one book, which was never read, caught my eye. The Book of Equestria. On the back of the book, it said not to read, but I was curious. I read everything in the book, the history, the two rulers of Equestria, the guardians, the Alliance, everything. But then, one page caught my eye. A prophecy. Which stated seven Equestrians and five humans will step into a symboled circle, which can take down the Supernova. Five of the symbols of the circle looked familiar as an idea popped into my head. So I decided to get to Equestria to give the ruler the solution. It took days for me to get there. And just as I know it, I finally arrived. And soon, I was talking to Celestia about the Order. I bet you two know the rest of the story." Sunset nodded. "Sunset told me everything." Jesse said. "Except for that part." "Go on." "I decided to stay in Equestria for a while." Ivor continued. "Jumping from one nation of the land to another, my curiosity always got the best of me. Soon, I found an empire made of nothing but crystals called the Crystal Empire. Even the civilians were crystal-y. But one night, an invasion of Changelings occurred and took me away. But that's when I met the three leaders of the Alliance. Then I realized I wasn't the only human held hostage." "Who else was there?" Jesse asked. Ivor stayed silent. Then spoke again. "How can I say this?" He clenched his fists and turned back to the two. "They even got Soren! And his heart! The last one they needed for the Supernova!" Sunset gasped. "WHAT?!" Jesse exclaimed. "But how?!" "I don't know." Ivor said. "They probably found him in the End." "Wait, who's Soren?" Sunset asked. "One remaining member of the last Order of the Stone." Jesse answered. "Oh." "Let's go and stop them from raising that blasted Supernova." Ivor started walking with the two following them. "How do you even know him?" Sunset whispered? "He created the Wither Storm and gave me and the others this super-cool armor." Jesse pulled out his sword. "He even had a book that enchanted this sword." "That explains why it was glowing." "If only there was a way to communicate with the others." Ivor took out a crystal and tossed it to Jesse. "That is a Communication Crystal. Used to contact other Equestrians from far away, better known as a Crystal Walkie-Talkie." Jesse saw the crystal glow orange. "It's contacting Applejack's crystal! Applejack! Olivia! Can you two hear me?" "W-What? Jesse, is that you?" Applejack called from the crystal. "It's me! And Olivia, you're not going to believe this, but Ivor is here!" "He is?" Olivia asked through the crystal. "Well, can you help us for a moment?" "What's going on with you two?" Sunset asked. "Well, we kind of have a problem here." Olivia answered. "We have some good news and some bad news." "Good news is, we're put in no harm." Applejack added. "And the bad news?" Sunset asked again. "The Changelings found us and we're being held prisoner." Olivia said. "In other good news, we found Soren. But in other bad news, he's in a weak state." "WHAT?!" Sunset and Jesse yelled. Applejack and Olivia were tied up in chains hanging above a circle with 99 colorful hearts surrounding a small blue egg in a cage on the ground. The Changelings were laughing at them. "Pinata!" One of the Changelings teased. "Well, looks like the end, partner." Applejack said. "Yeah. The end of our own lives." Olivia turned to a man with ginger hair, beard and a mustache wearing white armor from below, who's eyes were bloodshot, his skin was pale, and he had bags in his eyes. His hands were also in chains. "Poor Soren. He didn't stand a chance against a single stupid Changeling. If Ellegaard were here, she'd take down a whole bunch of these stupid impostors with all of her dazzling contraptions." "Who's Ellegaard?" Applejack asked. "A deceased member of the last Order of the Stone." Olivia answered. Five Changelings were in a conga line. "They're both a pinata. They're both a pinata." "If I hear the word pinata again, I swear!" Olivia threatened. "That's right! I said it! Are you happy now?!" Olivia started moving in the chains. "You all want a piece of me, huh?! You all want a piece of my mind?!" "Whoa! Whoa! Settle down there, Sugarcube." Applejack said seeing Olivia calm down. "Deep breaths. Deep, deep breaths." Olivia started taking a deep breath. "Okay, I'm calm now." "Pinata!" Another Changeling shouted. "Okay, you all asked for it!" Olivia yelled. Lukas tied up the Changeling to a pillar. "There. That should keep you." The Changeling muffled in anger. "What's that? I'm no match for the Alliance you said?" Lukas teased. "Pfft. Trust me, I've been through worse than just a stupid Alliance." Rainbow opened a chest. "Let's see. Ten bows, five diamonds, and," She pulled out a gem. "A Crystal Walkie-Talkie! Score!" Lukas walked up to Rainbow. "Mind if I borrow that?" "Sure." Rainbow gave the gem to Lukas as the gem glowed pink. "And then I said 'Hey, Ma! Cupcake? They're made with love. And rocks!'" Pinkie said. Axel laughed. "Hello? Pinkie? Axel?" A voice called. Pinkie pulled out a gem and saw it glowing bright blue. "Hello?" "Guys! It's Lukas!" "Lukas? How did you get in there?" Axel asked. "I didn't. Rainbow found this Communication Crystal and I'm using it to contact you guys." "What's your twenty?" Axel asked again. "Well, we found a room of Crystal Prisons, and we're holding a Changeling hostage." Rainbow answered through the crystal. "And he's too stubborn to tell us where is the Supernova!" "You?" Lukas asked. "We're still in the hallway." Pinkie answered. "We haven't found a way out yet." Axel and Pinkie heard an explosion behind them as they turned seeing lots of smoke. The smoke cleared, revealing a roughed-up Coloratura. Then they turned to the hole in the wall and saw Starlight walk out. Pinkie gasped. "Starlight! It's great to see you again!" Starlight turned to Pinkie, putting her in shock. Pinkie screamed and ran behind Axel. "She's been corrupted!" Then they saw Fluttershy fly out of the hole, land on the ground and deactivate her wings. "Starlight, Sombra's corrupting you!" Fluttershy yelled. "You have to fight back!" Starlight turned to Fluttershy and shot a ball of magic at her, but she dodged and slid on the ground to Axel and Pinkie. Axel helped up Fluttershy. "What's up with Starlight? She looks freaky now." "Sombra's taking over her! I try to get her back, but any move I make doesn't work!" Fluttershy yelled. "Even an act of kindness doesn't work." "Guys! Is everything okay?" Lukas called. "Well, we kind of found Coloratura, Fluttershy and a corrupted Starlight." Pinkie replied. "Starlight?! She's alive?!" Rainbow yelled. "Uh huh. But do us a favor and HELP US!" "Okay. We're on our-" Axel, Pinkie and Fluttershy heard an explosion from the crystal. "What's going on?" Axel asked. "The Mane-iac is here!" Rainbow yelled. "She found us!" Fluttershy gasped. "I'm not afraid of you!" Lukas yelled. The three then heard evil laughter. Then they heard Rainbow and Lukas scream in pain as the crystal's light faded. "Look's like we're on our own." Fluttershy said. Pinkie's bracelets turned into cannons. "We might be on our own here, but we have to save Starlight from Sombra's control!" Fluttershy took out her sword. "Right!" Axel took out TNT. "Gotcha!" Rarity and Petra found a way out of the room into a hallway. Petra, who now has a black eye and a broken leg, was now limping after a battle with Adagio, but Rarity decided to help her get moving. "Wow. Adagio was strong in her siren form, but in her humanoid form, she's even stronger." Petra said. "And her attacks are very painful." "Well, Adagio IS Adagio." Rarity replied. "She's even stronger than the other Dazzlings." "Why do they even call themselves the Dazzlings anyway?" "Let's just say the leaders of the Alliance gave them the name from childhood. They called them their 'Little Dazzlings'. They can sing, but they have a different strength level. Aria's is average, Sonata's is low, and Adagio's is higher than the other two." "That explains why she was physically stronger." Rarity nodded. The two started hearing footsteps from far away. Petra took out her sword and Rarity took out her ice spear. They jumped in front of the source of the footsteps and screamed, seeing Sunset, Jesse and Ivor scream. Petra wore a face of surprise. "Ivor?" "Petra?" Ivor asked. "Okay, things just got even more awkward." Sunset said seeing Jesse nod in agreement. "Wait, you know him?" Rarity asked. "He's the guy who created the Wither Storm." Petra explained. Jesse looked at Petra. "Hey, what happened to you?" "Let's just say that Adagio came and roughed me up." Petra looked at Ivor. "But, what are you doing here?" "The Alliance is looking for me." Ivor explained. "They want me destroyed, just like they want Sunset destroyed." "Somebody help us!" A voice screamed. Jesse took out the gem. "Hello? Anyone there?" "Jesse! Help us!" Another voice yelled. "Axel? What's going on?" "We found Starlight! She's been corrupted by this Sombra guy!" "Starlight's alive?" Sunset asked. "We're in the hallway Pinkie and Axel are in right now!" Fluttershy shouted. "You have to help us!" They started hearing Pinkie, Axel and Fluttershy scream as the light faded. "Axel? Axel!" Jesse shouted. "Pinkie? Fluttershy?" Sunset shouted. "Starlight Glimmer." Ivor said. "I saw her! She was in chains. And Sombra corrupted her!" "We have to help them!" Sunset ran with the others following them. Jesse took out the crystal seeing it glow blue. "Lukas! Rainbow! Can you hear me?!" Lukas weakly opened his eyes and saw himself chained up hanging from the ceiling. He tried to shake himself out of the chains' grasp, but they were tight. "Oh, good. You're finally awake." A voice said. Lukas turned and saw Olivia and Applejack in chains. Then he turned and saw Rainbow next to him. "Where are we?" "A room filled with the hearts the Alliance took and the Supernova egg." Rainbow said. Lukas looked down and saw the colorful hearts and a blue egg in a cage on the ground. "Whoa." "Whoa, indeed." Applejack added. Lukas then turned and saw a weakened Soren from below. "Soren! What happened to him?" "They took his heart." Olivia said. Lukas pulled his arm out of the chains with the crystal in his hand. "Axel? Can you hear me?" No one answered. "Jesse? Can you hear me?" "Lukas? Are you okay?" Jesse asked from the crystal. "I'm fine. Rainbow and I are in the same problem Applejack and Olivia are in." "Listen! Ivor is with us right now! He's hiding from the Alliance because they want him destroyed!" "What?! But how?!" "He's been in Equestria for a while. Which explains why we couldn't find him three weeks ago." "Um, can you do us a favor and GET US OUT OF HERE?!?!" Rainbow yelled. "Where are you?" Jesse wanted to know. "A room filled with the hearts the Alliance took and the Supernova egg." Lukas answered. "You're not going to believe this but-" "I know. Soren is with you guys. We'll be there right away." The light from the crystal faded. Applejack sighed. "I wonder who's next." After Twilight and Spike got the supplies they needed, they walked out of the room and continued the walk in another hallway. Spike continued chewing on the bone he just found. Twilight turned to Spike. "Spike, do you still have that Crystal Walkie-Talkie you found?" Spike took out a gem and tossed it to Twilight. Twilight caught the gem as it glowed dark purple. "Rarity, can you hear me?" "Twilight? Is that you?" Rarity called from the crystal. "Rarity, what's going on? Where are you?" "In a hallway running to save the others." Petra answered for Rarity. "What? The others are in danger?" Spike asked. "We're going to save them right now!" Jesse yelled. "We could use some help for us to save them!" "Alright, we're coming." Twilight said seeing the light faded as she picked up Spike and ran to get to the others. "What are we going to do?" Spike asked in concern. "Fight for the world." Twilight answered. Sunset, Jesse, Petra, Rarity and Ivor ran out of the hallway and found themselves in a room filled with 99 colorful hearts and a blue egg in a cage on the ground. "J-J-Jesse!" A voice yelled. Jesse turned and saw a weakened Soren sitting down with his hands in chains. "Soren!" "Y-You have to g-get out of here!" Soren stuttered. "I-I-I-I-It's a trap!" Sunset turned and saw many Changelings run into the room. "Jesse!" The others turned to what Sunset was seeing as they saw Queen Chrysalis, King Sombra, and Lord Tirek walk into the room. Sunset gasped in fear. "Hello, Sunset Shimmer." Chrysalis said menacingly. "We meet again." Jesse glared. "Where are our friends?" "Jesse!" A voice yelled. The five turned and saw Axel, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Coloratura, Applejack, Olivia, Lukas, and Rainbow wrapped in chains hanging from the ceiling. Sombra laughed. "It's obvious that we even found another of your friends." They turned seeing two Changelings walk in with Twilight and Spike. One was holding Spike and the other was holding Twilight. Tirek turned to Trixie. "Trixie! Restraint them!" Trixie used magic to wrap the five with chains and sent them up to the ceiling with the others. She was about to do the same thing with Twilight, but Chrysalis stopped her. "You don't have to restraint Twilight and her mutt, Trixie." Chrysalis said. "Hey! Who are you calling a mutt?!" Spike yelled. Sunset turned and saw the corrupted Starlight. "Starlight! You have to fight Sombra's corruption! He's using you!" Starlight stayed silent. Sonata looked up at Jesse. "Um, human? Before we get to destroy you, can I have your autograph?" Jesse was now confused. "What? You want my stupid autograph even when you're evil?" Sonata nodded. "Mm hmm." Jesse sighed. "Fine. But after all of this is over." "Okey dokey!" "Gosh, she doesn't make any sense." Chrysalis turned to Adagio. "Adagio, pass me the heart." Adagio gives a red human heart to Chrysalis as the Changeling Queen takes it from her. Sunset shook her head. "No! Don't do this! You don't know what you're doing!" Chrysalis walked up to the egg as the cage the egg was in started floating. "We've been waiting for this for two years! Soon we will have our revenge and destroy humans and Equestrians once and for all!" Tirek pulled out a bucket of popcorn. "This is gonna be good." "Are you going to share that?" Sombra asked pointing to the popcorn. Tirek rolled his eyes and gives the bucket to Sombra. "I can't watch!" Pinkie closed her eyes. Spike covered his eyes with his ears. As Chrysalis was going to place the heart on top of the cage, a ball of yellow light blew her away from the cage, leaving her screaming as she landed on the Mane-iac. The Order, Ivor, Soren and Equestrians were now confused. "What was that?" Olivia asked. Rainbow looked up. "Look!" The others turned seeing a guy with dark orange hair and blue eyes wearing an orange coat and pants, a brown belt holding two daggers, brown boots, black gloves, and a dark orange mask covering his mouth and nose jump through an open window and land on the ground with no damage. The Changelings turned to the guy. Chrysalis got up on her feet and saw the guy. So did Sombra and Tirek. "Seize that intruder!" Chrysalis yelled with anger. The Changelings ran up to the guy to fight him. So did the two that were holding Spike and Twilight, which meant they let them go. The guy took out two swords and ran to fight the Changelings. "Who is that?" Olivia wanted to know. "Go, Sunburst, go!" The guardians shouted. "Sunburst?" Petra asked. "A childhood friend of Starlight." Coloratura answered. "Oh." Sunburst turned to the chained up Equestrians and humans and shot a ball of magic at the chains, making them fade as they fell to the ground. Sunset got up and pulled out her sword. "Come on, guys. We have a battle to participate in." The others got up and pulled out they're weapons. Twilight pulled out her sword as Spike growled. Then they ran to fight the Alliance. Rainbow ran to Aria to fight her. "Hey, Aria!" She yelled getting Aria's attention. "Why don't you get over here and fight?!" Aria laughed and threw off her cloak, revealing her black, purple and green armor. "I love a good battle." Rainbow lit her hands with lightning and ran to fight Aria. Aria did the same. Lukas was aiming his bow looking for someone to shoot. As he turned to his left, he saw a Changeling run up to him with a spear as the Changeling threw it at him. Lukas braced himself, but he didn't feel the spear hit him. He opened his eyes seeing a red force field in front of his. "What?" He pulled out Rainbow's crystal, which was now glowing. "But, how is this...?" He then looked at his hands, which now had a red light around them. He pulled out his bow and started aiming again as he shot the arrow at the Changeling, which hit the Changeling with an explosion of light. "Okay, now I'm loving this!" Pinkie was trying to hit Sonata, but every time she shot her, she always missed. "Come on, you scaly meanie! Get dunked on already!" "No thanks." Sonata said. "I've been dunked on so many times. But can I get dunked on next-" She felt something hit her back as she looked behind herself seeing a block of TNT stuck to her back that was about to explode. "Oh, this is bad. This is very, very-" The TNT already exploded, which sent Sonata to her regular form as she fell to the ground. She was now wearing black, blue and indigo armor. "Ow." Sonata looked up and saw Axel in front of her. "Get dunked on!" Axel exclaimed. "Why?" Petra was looking for someone to fight as she turned seeing Adagio behind her. "Still hurt?" Adagio asked. Petra glared. Rarity turned to Petra and tossed her crystal to her as Petra caught it and the gauntlets of magic appeared on her wrists again. "Not even close." Petra growled. Adagio and Petra ran to each other to fight. Adagio lit her hands with magic and shot a beam of magic at Petra, but Petra dodged every attack Adagio gave her. Adagio smirked. "I've beaten you once. I'll beat you again." "I'd like to see you try!" Petra yelled with anger. As Adagio was about to use her magic on Petra, she started to create a ball of magic, but Petra punched her in the face. She glared at Petra. "You could've ruined my beautiful face!" Petra was confused, but she shook her head and continued fighting. Sunset and Jesse backed up and bumped into each other, then they looked behind themselves seeing each other. "Good thing I have you by my side!" Jesse added. "Same." Sunset then saw the light on her chest. Jesse got shocked seeing the light on her chest again, but then he noticed a white light on his chest. "No way." The two turned and joined hands. As a bunch of Changelings closed up at them, they were blown away after one of them was about to hit them with a sword. The two looked around and saw the Changelings weakened. "Whatever that was, that was pretty intense." Jesse said. "Yeah. Pretty intense." Sunset replied looking over Jesse. "Jesse, behind you!" Jesse turned around seeing a Changeling running up to him, but Sunburst came and kicked him down. Sunburst turned to Sunset. "Sunset Shimmer, we meet again. Where have you been?" "I'll explain later." Sunset said. The three turned and saw the corrupted Starlight walking up to them. Sunburst shook his head. "Starlight? W-What have they done to you?" "She's been corrupted!" Jesse pulled out his sword. "Sunburst, right?" Sunburst nodded. "Name's Jesse. It's pretty obvious that I'm a human." Sunburst nodded again and took out his two swords. "Starlight, whatever has corrupted you, you have to fight it!" Starlight stopped and looked at Sunburst. She blinked as the wisps in her eyes faded. "Sunburst. Help me." The wisps in her eyes came back as she pulled out her sword and ran to fight the three. Sunset and Jesse ran to fight Starlight as they started fighting. Sunburst shook his head. "What are you doing?" Jesse turned to Sunburst. "Don't just stand there, Sunburst! Help us!" "But she's my friend!" Sunset got pushed and fell to the ground and she turned to Sunburst. "Not anymore." She was about to throw magic at Starlight, but Starlight pushed her away, making her hit a wall and fall to the ground. Chrysalis turned and saw the heart on the ground as she picked it up and ran to the cage. Ivor turned and saw Chrysalis. "Oh, no you don't!" He ran to stop Chrysalis. As he reached her, he took hold of the heart as Chrysalis turned into him. Sunset opened her eyes and saw the two Ivors fighting over the heart. She got up and ran to them. "Give me that heart!" One Ivor yelled. "Never!" The other yelled. Sunset finally reached the fight between the two Ivors. "Um, uh." One Ivor kicked the other off him. "Get away from me, mutant!" Sunset pulled out her stone sword, getting the two Ivors' attention. "Throw the sword, Sunset!" One Ivor demanded. "Don't listen to him!" The other yelled. "He's the Changeling!" Sunset was scared and confused. "I-I-I don't know who's who!" Sunburst turned. "But I do." He looked at the two Ivors as his vision turned blue. In his vision, he saw a heart on each Ivor. One was red and the other was green. Sunburst lit his hand with magic and threw it at the Ivor at the right, who turned back into Chrysalis. Ivor had the heart in his hands and ran to give it to Soren, but Chrysalis stopped him with magic and pulled him back to her. "You're not going anywhere, human." Chrysalis took the heart from Ivor and pushed him away. She ran to the cage and placed the heart on top of it as everyone stopped what they were doing. She backed up seeing the colorful hearts fly to the cage. All the hearts flew into the cage as it opened and the egg started floating out of his cage. "What's going on?" Olivia asked. The Mane-iac laughed. "It's happening! It's really happening!" The egg flew out of the building and blew up outside. The humans and Equestrians ran out of the building and saw a dark blue monster with tentacles and a blue eye with a tractor beam. "We're too late." Petra said. "It still looks even uglier than the Wither Storm." Axel added. "AXEL!" The others yelled. "What? I'm just saying."
