Chapter 3: The Return

Blitz was startled by the mysterious pony who came in front of him. He took a minute to analyze the pink pony. She has puffy pinkish hair and was smiling right at him. Blitz didn’t know what to do. He was out of Ponyville for so long. He forgot to say hello to somepony.
“Well, silly billy what’s your name?” she said.
Blitz shakes his head and smiles at the pony. It's better to start fresh and start making friends. “Um, name’s Red Blitz. It’s nice to meet you miss…?” he stops in mid-sentence to see if she can introduce herself.
“Oh pff. Silly. My name’s Pinkie Pie, but my friends only called me Pinkie.” She smiled. “So you must be new cause I know everypony in Ponyville and I never seen you around,” Pinkie said bouncing in circles around him.
“Oh um. Yes, I want to move in Ponyville cause I am looking for a job as a doctor.” Blitz said.
What he thought for the moment is better not tell her that you moved away for some incident that happened three years ago. He notices that Pinkie stopped bouncing and came in front of him.
“OHMYGOSH YOU’RE MOVING IN. THAT’S GREAT!” she screams almost getting Blitz deaf.
“Well thank you. But I need a house first. Do you know where I can get one?” Blitz asks.
“Oh, of course, go to Mayor Mare. She can handle your problem. Well, I got go. I’ll see you later Blitz.” With that, she disappears in midair.
“Wait!” It was too late. Pinkie was already gone. “Where can I find the Mayor?” Sure Blitz lived there once but he never got out of his house. The only way he got out of his apartment was because of Rainbow.
He sighs and started walking down the road of Ponyville. He saw multiple ponies walking past him. He was too nervous to ask where the Mayor office was. He stops walking and saw a food stand. He looks at the delicious fruit. There were Oranges, Apples, and Grapes. Blitz turns his head and notices a purple alicorn looking at the fruit.
This got Blitz to sigh. He knew the new princess was living in Ponyville, but why does he have to see her next to the fruit stand. He took a deep breath and look at Twilight cause he knew he needed direction to the mayor. So who better to tell him than the princess herself.
He walks towards her and taps her shoulder, getting her attention.
“Hmm?” Twilight turns around.
“Um excuse me, princess. Um, I would like to ask for assistance.” Blitz said with a smile on his face.
“Oh of course. But call me Twilight. I’m still getting used to the new princess thing.” She smiled.
“Oh um okay. Um, Twilight, see I just came to Ponyville and was wondering if you know where the mayor is?” Blitz asks.
“Oh of course, she’s at the Ponyville Hall. You can find her there. Just take a right down this road mister…?” Twilight asks.
“Oh um, Red Blitz.” He introduces himself.
“Ah well, Red Blitz. I hope I helped you. Anything else you want help with?” Twilight asks.
“Oh no, nothing more thank you.” With that Blitz started to gallop down to the direction of where the Ponyville Hall was located.
Few minutes have past and Blitz made it to the Ponyville Hall. He walks towards the stairs and knocked the door three times. First knock there was no response. Second knock was a success. He heard the door being unlock and reveals a middle age mare with gray hair.
“Ah yes what can I help you, lad?” she asks.
“Oh um yes. Look, I am new in this town and was wondering if there any houses left in Ponyville?” Blitz asks.
“Why of course. Come inside and we can get started filling out the paperwork,” she said letting Blitz enter the hall.
He followed Mayor Mare to her office and Blitz saw the artifacts that were in the hall. It shows statues of the Elements of Harmony and there wilder. He notices a familiar statue. He was surprised that it was Pinkie Pie and he read the description. “Elemental Of Laughter.” He read quietly.
He continues following Mayor Mare until he got to stop when he notices a statue next to Mayor Mare’s office. It was Rainbow Dash. Just seeing her face made his heart hurt. He felt a little depressed and remembers what happened.
He pushed those thoughts away and continues to follow Mayor Mare. Few minutes of following and he arrived in the major office. The mayor was pulling out some papers.
“Okay. Well, lets start signing some papers,” she said giving him a pen.
“Oh boy,” he said sarcastic.
Another part of Ponyville, Pinkie was handing out fliers saying. ‘Welcome Party to a New Pony in Town’. She handed the fliers one by one and ended up in Sweet Apple Acres. She bounces her way to the apple doors, knocking three times. Pinkie heard somepony getting up and getting the door.
After that, she saw Applejack opening the door.
“Hey there Applejack!” Pinkie said with a happy tone.
“Well, howdy Pinkie. What brings you in Sweet Apple Acres?” Applejack said letting Pinkie inside.
“Well, I came here to give you a flier to come to my ‘Welcome To Ponyville’ party. See there’s this new stallion and he came to Ponyville to move in.” Pinkie said giving Applejack the flier.
“You don’t say?” Applejack reads the flier and then looks at Pinkie “Well, I'll be there Pinkie.”
“Thank you, Applejack. Well, I’m going to invite Rainbow to the party. Any idea where I could find her?” Pinkie looks at Applejack.
Applejack placed her hooves on her chin, thinking where could Rainbow Dash be and remember that she might be at the park with Scootaloo.
“Oh, she might be at the party with Scootaloo.”
“Thank. Well see you later Applejack and don’t be late to the party.” Pinkie said while exiting the Apple’s house.
As Pinkie walk towards the park to find Rainbow, she thought about the new stallion that came to Ponyville and wonders what is he doing now.
Back at Ponyville Hall, Blitz was filling up the last paper to his new house.
“Well thank you kind stallion. Give me a minute so I can get you a key to your house,” the Mayor said.
She got up from her desk and continues to search the cabinets for the key. She looks around the cabinets and found a key to Blitz’s house.
“Now let retract this again. Your payment of the house will be monthly. If you pay the bill to complete the house is all yours.” she said leaving the keys next to Blitz. “Would like any help on the moving?” she asks.
“Oh no, thank you.” Blitz grabs his keys and gallop out of the office.
“Well, I’m glad to say that I welcome you to Ponyville mister…?” Mayor Mare looks at Blitz.
“Oh sorry. I’m Red Blitz.” With that he exited the office and continue to his house.
He now haves a new house. Now when he gets to the house he needs to make a little grocery shopping. He thought for a moment and look up into the sky, hoping if he doesn’t bump into Rainbow. The last thing he needs right now is to feel the pain again.
