So, one day a friend asks me a would you rather question. I'm the type of guy who enjoys those types of questions, so I bite. My friend replies, would you rather spend a day with discord, or live out all your mlp birthday scenerios. I ask him what he means, and he simply shows me a picture of the game template. Pick a month pick a day a scenerio happens.
Like say your birthday is January 13, January, go to the beach with x 13, vynal scratch. I'm not much of a fan of discord by any means, that reference hog of a draconequus could've just stayed in his rock prison for all I cared. So, naturally, I chose the birthday scenerios, little did I know though, that my birthday it's self would get pretty chaotic.
Now, I'm not much of an artist, but one of mlp's beloved characters that I know I can draw is discord. That one character I don't like for anything. And the day of my birthday, I began a commission for this guy for discord...
He'd wanted it done two days after my birthday, and usually I'm one to accommodate that. However, not wanting to miss out on my birthday drawing, I finished up my work a little early. Went out to get a cake, and celebrate by my lonesome. Most of my friends live either out of state, or much further than any of us would like to drive, so cake for breakfast tomorrow.
As soon as I get home though, I find that my drawing of the slithering draconequus completely gone and a complete blank page on Adobe. Well, shit... Working over night just cos my computer spazed out on me.
"Well, hello there, nice to see you've brought cake." I hear his voice say. oh no don't tell me...
"Yes, yes. I'm here in the living world. Ready to make your birthday scenarios come true." Well shit... But then again I could handle majority of the ten I did.
"Well, to make it your birthday present," discord started. "I'm going to have to stretch time and physics, and well hallabaloo... And make you do 100 of those birthday scenerios." Well, this couldn't go totally wrong could it?
I completely black out...
When I awoke, I saw princess Celestia, she was dressed in... A pokemon champion's uniform? Looked like she was in Cynthia's get up to me, aside from her wavy mane and tail. "Call your first pokemon!" She called to me." Discord's voice is in my head now. "Just call a pokemon's name and It'll appear right in front of you." He said.
I think hard on what pokemon Celestia could have, and then I call "come on out Tyranitar!" His large body towers over me as now see that I'm a pony much like Celestia.
"Oh, really? Come out Solgaleo!"
Oh how outmatched I was here....
"Dig!" I tell Tyranitar.
Tyranitar returns from underneath the stage knocking Solgaleo down to about half health. Solgaleo now had a prime target for his solar beam. Quickly I say to tyranitar "earthquake now!" The ground shakes as Solgaleo fires his solar beam.
Tyranitar is knocked down to red health Solgaleo the same. "What heals do I have? I ask rummaging around in my saddle bags. I found that I only had four lemonade, four hyper potions two full heals and two revives.
"Well, this could get sticky real quick..." I say to myself. Quickly I think on how to rectify this, I call in a ground type "go! Flygon!"
Quickly the green dragon comes out of it's ball and Tyranitar returns to his.
"A switch eh?" Celestia says to me. "Return Solgaleo," she said majestically whisking her pokeball and calling a different one.
"Go Mew!"
A psychic type against a ground dragon type, I could turn things around. "Flygon use... " I was at a loss, I'd forgotten what sort of defenses Mew had, " Dragon pulse!"
After a powerful blue haze had hit Mew, It'd barely had a scratch on it, Flygon was down to orange health due to psychic. Quickly I say "heal tyranitar with hyper potion"
"I'm sorry Sandtrap." I say to him as I command him to use Dragon Rush. Tyranitar is now healed.
"You'll get another chance." I say right before Sandtrap, My Flygon, was psychically slammed against the wall. It was now down to red health Mew somewhere in the orange to yellow health. something shimmers against the sunlight as Mew quickly slammed Sandtrap against the wall yet again.
Celestia chuckled to herself, "hey, what do you think of my quick claw?"
"Return Sandtrap," I call. "Come back out and get your victory, Tyranitar!" and use dark pulse!" I command tossing his pokeball out there. The room fills with darkness and orbs made of that darkness fire at Mew. Mew is now down for the count.
"Good job," Celestia said smirking "I thought you wouldn't have been able to take one down," She said slyly. "Now it's on. Come out Keldeo!"
Ok, "Keldeo! Sacred sword!" Celestia said. Tyranitar was done for before I'd called another move for defense. I knew that full and well due to the four times weakness would… Tyranitar fell to the ground with a huge gash in his rocky armor "Return buddy." I recalled him. I now had to think on who's next. Me and my friends made a list of what pokemon each of the characters of mlp would have, but here, I didn't have that notebook with me. All I remembered Celestia having was Mew. I think but nothing comes to mind.
"Come on out," I think back to my best Pokemon "blazjn!" A Blaziken. on it was a mega stone. He'd never lost because he was in a nuzlocke, and for those who don't know, a nuzlocke is Pokemon played like a traditional rpg. if your pokemon/character faints/ looses a battle character gets a game over and can't be used again.
"Blazjn! Mega evolve!" My hooflet and blazjn's mega stone began glowing and just like that, he'd mega evolved. "Now! Brave bird!" The mega Pokemon delivered a mega one hit ko to celestia's pokemon. Blazjn now did a victory lap with its speed boost, though right after gripped its shoulder.
"Ooh, good job," Celestia said. "It's been over a thousand years since two of my pokemon were beat. But no more shall fall here."
"Return,Blazjn!" Call yours next Celestia!" I demand.
"Alright, come on out Xerneas!" The first fairy type legendary. I quickly recall fairy's weaknesses and call my next pokemon come on out king!" Nidoking is right by my side.
"Sludge bomb!"
"Xerneas psychic!" Celestia commanded. My king was down to red health, I remember training him so well to withstand anything. I could see anger in his eyes, and quickly I commanded "Nidoking, toxic!" Celestia's pokemon now was badly poisoned.
"That won't stop me." Celestia said angered. I said. Xerneas, psychic!" "King your sacrifice isn't in vain." I said before Xerneas struck.
I now send in Roseraid. And command her to use sludge bomb. Because of toxic damage this turn, Xerneas was knocked out.
Celestia, now troubled about this choice, says. "You know equestria wasn't as peaceful as it was when my parents ruled. You'll get a fine taste of the power kept here with this pokemon. Go! Groudon!"
Immediately after being called out, Groudon becomes encased in a sphere filled with devistating energy. That sphere slowly turns black as the fire within carves out the omega symbol. I knew then and there rose would have no luck against the likes of that power now. I tell Roseraid good job for beating Xerneas, then recall her.
"Go! Aagron!" Aggron roars as he himself knows what power he's up against. Groudon and Aggron lock eyes as both Celestia and I are are hesitant to make the first move. Primal Groudon towered over everyone here. I remembered his ability had neutralized water types but his new typing made him weak to his own typing.
Because of what Discord had said at the beginning of the battle, that whatever I think of comes true in this battle, I think long and hard about what Item Aggron should have; Megastone… or… quick claw… I found I was stuck with one option it had to be the quick claw because Mega evolution could only be used once.
The sun raged as the next move call seemed to take forever. I finally called for "Earthquake!" knowing of Primal Groudon's extra typing, Celestia on the other hoof called for precipice blades. in the harsh sunlight, the quick claw shown brightly, was this how the item worked? Earthquake hit first. though, the earthquake barely made any difference to Primal Groudon who shook it off as if it were a love tap. With primal groudon now roaring, the arena in which Celestia and I battled shook then suddenly blades of ground came up and struck aagron. Agron was now low on health. I highly doubted that things would get better, I called for a revive to Flygon; then I called for an earthquake much as celestia called for the same, primal groudon's won over mine.
Shit… I'm loosing was all I'd thought I have no clue what to do now. in a desperate attempt I throw Flygon back out knowing that it has levitate making it not too horrible for this fight.
"Good choice, though I think you're going to regret it." Celestia said.
I quickly call for a "Bulldoze!" knowing that Flygon is faster and knowing that well fire and ground don't mix well. he was now down to the red. I remembered now that Bulldoze has a speed reducing effect Groudon now ended my flagon by a Solarbeam how this match had started. I now call back in Blazjn, I quickly call for a Sky uppercut. and Blazjn out sped the titan that was Primal groudon now. he was gone. Celestia growled now knowing she was in the same boat as me.
"Heh, what a heated battle eh Celestia?" I said making a pun as I said it.
"You will pay for that pun if you loose Trainer!" she yelled back. "Come back out Solgaleo!"
Blazjn and Solgaleo now eyed each other down. it was now more less a match between a cat and a chicken… I'm sorry for thinking that. "Blazjn Firepunch!" I said determined to beat Celestia.
"Solgaleo, Zenheadbutt!" she said angrily.
both Blazjn and her Solgaleo clash in an anime like style there was now a power struggle between the two of them. "Give it everything you got!" I yelled
"Show this trainer what we do to Pun makers Solgaleo!"
The power struggle seemed to happen forever, until Blazjn had taken Solgaleo
I had two pokemon left, Celestia only one.
"You force me to bring out my thousand year old pet." she growled angrily "Go! Phillomena!"
A giant raging Ho-Oh came out. its cry shattered nearby windows.
"oh sh-" was all I could get out of my mouth before Ho-Oh
"Drill peck!" Blazjn was down now all I had left was Roseraid. I admitted defeat and called her out
"Sacred fire!" Celestia said. the whole battle field turned ablaze and as it did Rose's petals dried her leaves becoming the color of fall. Celestia laughed as I recalled Rose.
Pokemon Trainer is unable to battle,
Pokemon trainer blacked out.
I indeed black out.
As I wake up again, I find that I'm still a pony and find that my hooves are tied to four corners of a bed. the room was dark I could see stars outside. its night time. I see a long pointed horn come up from somewhere underneath the bed I now then see a wavy rainbow mane come up. "Oh no please don't tell me…" was all I said as Celestia's face came up her face showed a sadastic smile.
"Do you like bananas?" was all she said.
From the calm of the night only a blood curtailing yell could be heard from the halls of what used to be the two sister's castle in Everfree forest.
