"Why did you tell her that?" hissed Rainbow Dash to Twilight, who shrugged helplessly.

"What could I say? That she was our best-friend- turned-foal?" Snapped Twilight.

"Uh.. girls" said Fluttershy,looking past them.

"Seriously though? Babysitting? That's what you came up with?"

"Girls...."

Twilight ground her teeth together. "Not now Fluttershy" she said "we have to figure out a way to explain to Pinkie Pie why her parents aren't going to be around."

"I know but . . ."

"I got it!" Rainbow Dash hoof bumped the air. "We just say that after she got her cutie mark, Pinkie Pie moved to Ponyville, but after an accident, she forgot everything!" She thumped herself on the chest. "Genius if I do say so myself, which I do."

"GIRLS!!!" Fluttershy shouted, glaring at her friends. 

They all turned to her. Without saying anything else, Fluttershy pointed to where Pinkie was asleep. She seemed to be moaning and kept twisting around like she was trying to get comfortable. After a few seconds, she woke up screaming, and jumped into the mane of the nearest pony, Twilight.

Pinkie was breathing hard, and clutching Twilight's mane like it was her saving grace. Twilight wasn't really sure what to say or do, but luckily,  Fluttershy took charge.

She grabbed Pinkie Pie and put her on her back, then raced out of the room. Confused, her friends followed her, only to find her halfway singing 'hush now, quiet now' to an already sleepy Pinkie. After Pinkie nodded off, Fluttershy turned to her friends. "So . . . . you were saying Rainbow Dash?"
