You wake up from another nap but feel very stiff so you decide to stretch your arms out. 

You yawn, feeling the bones in your arms poping. After a minute of silence somepony walks in. It's Twilight.

"Hey." She sheepishly smiles. "How are you feeling?" She says with a hint of guilt in her tone of voice.

"A lot better than yesterday." You say.

"That's nice to hear, and again I'm so sorry I did this to you." 

"Twilight, it's okay. I know you didn't mean to send me into a tree, accidents happen you know." Before Twilight could speak again Nurse Redheart walks in.

"Hi Twilight."

"Hi there Nurse Redheart."

"What are you doing here?"

"Checking on your patient ." Twilight says then looks at you. "Do you need me to step out for a moment?"

"No. But I was going to give him his dinner." She says. Twilight looks at you then back to Nurse Redheart.

"Okay I'll let him eat." She says and walks to the door.

"See you later Twilight." You say and wave goodbye to her and she waves back.

"Okay I'll see you later." She says and leaves. After Twilight leaves the room Nurse Redheart brings you your food.

"Here's your food sweetie." She says and hands you your food.

"She said it again." You think to yourself. "Thank you and may I ask you a question." You say. You're going to see if she's in love with you or not.

"Sure."

"Do you have a special somepony."

"No, but I wish I did."

"I wish I did as well." You say. "Do you have anypony on your mind?"

"Well um.....uh.....um." She says. You can see that her cheeks turn red.

"Nurse Redheart what's wrong." You say reaching your hand out to her side. Her head turns away from you to avoid your gaze. "Who is the pony that you're in love with Nurse Redheart? It's okay to tell me." Her head slowly turns to you and she looks at you with a sad look on her face.

"You won't get mad if I tell you." She says.

"I promise." You say in a nice and gentle tone. "Now who are you in love with?"

"You." She says. "I was hoping you would like me."

You think about the decision for a moment before you finally answer. "Well you seem like a nice mare. Your cute, sweet..." As you go on you can see Nurse Redheart blushing. "...and you care for your patients so much especially me..." You continue but now your finally finishing up. "Nurse Redheart." You say and reach your hand out for her hoof to land upon it.

"Yes." She says with a look of fear and suspense.

"I would love to be your special somepony." You say a nice and gentle tone. After you said that she wrap her hooves around your neck and you wrap your arms around her neck. You stay embrace for almost a minute, but before the embrace ended Nurse Redheart whispered something into your ear.

"Thank you." After that she ends the embrace then she hands you your food then you and Nurse Redheart ate your dinner together.
