A couple days later, Nightlight was waiting outside the gate to the amusement park. Nightlight was thinking of how he should spend the day at the amusement park with Pinkie Pie. How should he start the date? How should he end the date? And many more similar questions. Nightlight couldn't think straight. He was nervous to go his first date with a mare like Pinkie. "Come on, Nightlight. Pull yourself together." Nightlight said to himself. "You've got nothing to worry about." He continued to himself. 

"Heeeeeyyy!" Screamed Pinkie from across the area. She began running towards him untill eventually stopping for a fraction of a second and then jumping on top of Nightlight. She then pulled Nightlight into a hug from excitement about the upcoming date.

"Hey, Pinkie." Said Nightlight while returning the hug. Nightlight was just as excited about the date as she was, but nervous just the same.

Pinkie and Nightlight get up off the ground and start heading into the park. Nightlight looks from side to side, not knowing what to do. "Um, let's go over there first." Said Nightlight while pointing towards a path. "Maybe, there'll be some fun games and stuff that way."

A couple hours later, they return to the front of the park. "Woohoo, that was fun!!!" Exclaimed Pinkie. "Let's go there next!" She continued while pointing to a big rollercoaster. "It's my favorite ride here. I'm sure you'll love it." They head towards it and get in line.

After about, half an hour of waiting, they get on. After everypony gets on, the coaster takes off at an unimaginable speed. This sudden movement startled Nightlight, causing his mane spike. Pinkie on the other hoof, was screaming and hollering in excitement. 

About a minute or two later, it stops. They get off the coaster, Nightlight's mane still spiked and his eyes wide open. Pinkie still had her big excited smile.

5 hours later, after more games, some rides, and some food, the night was about over. Nightlight decides that going on the Ferris Wheel would be the best way to end the night. He grabs Pinkie's hoof and walks toward the Ferris Wheel with her. They get on, as did everypony else. The wheel starts going. Pinkie was tired out from the day, she lays her head on Nightlight's shoulder. Nightlight turned his head, smiled and leaned his head down on hers.

After one go around of the wheel, Pinke lifts her head, causing Nightlight to lift his. She stares in to Nightlight's big, green eyes. "Thank you for taking me out tonight, Nightlight. I had a lot of fun." She said.

"No problem,  Pinkie. I had loads of fun too. I'm glad I got to do this with you. I' have very deep feelings for you." Nightlight responded.

Pinkie blushed. "I have very deep feelings for you, Nightlight." She said. Nightlight smiled at Pinkie after hearing that. Pinkie then moved her head forward and brought Nightlight into a kiss. Nightlight without hesitation kissed back. "This has been great." She said after the kiss. "Let's do this again next weekend."
