Tiny Stars Big Adventures: Finding

Some time later Starlight awoke in her bedroom.

She was still small and wondered if she would be this way until she grew up again. She inspected her tiny hooves rubbing them together as she pondered. Then a small rumbling came from her tiny tummy signaling she was hungry. After her hungry signal went off she threw off the covers feeling very well rested. Stretching like a cat she kicked out her back legs and leaped down off the bed. Unfortunately she misjudged the distance and fell to the ground landing face first with the crystal floor.

A massive red spot remained where her now bloody nose made contact from her tumble. She tried hard to hold back her tears and felt her now broken nose in her hooves. Unable to hold back she started to cry lightly from her aching nose.

"St-st-stupid *sniff* *sniff* poison j-joke *sniff* I hate this." she sobbed.

"Hein? Quel est ce bruit?" a voice called out.

Starlight looked around but her tear filled eyes could barely make out the figure of a pony at the door to her room. But she didn't need to see to know who the voice belonged to. Like an angel of mercy the mare trotted over to the fallen filly and scooped her up into her arms with a gasp.

"Oh! Vous êtes madame si mignon! Oh madame you are hurt!" Guiding Wind gasped holding the tiny filly and inspecting her nose. "Tsk, tsk, we must see your wound at once!"

"Guiding Wind. Thanks" the little unicorn said to the mare resting on her back.

"Oui madame. You're lucky to have been brought by Thunderclap. She was worried about you." the orange maid pony claimed taking her to the bathroom.

Starlight remained skeptical. Even though she remembered being brought back by Thunderclap there was no way the mare was on good terms with her. It was probably because she was a foal that the anal guardsmare showed any kindness to her in the first place. She was sure once she got older again the mare would be all over her.

Until then she'd wait.

Starlight sighed as she was lifted off the mares back and set on the counter where she was eye level with Guiding Wind. The orange mare rummaged through the cabinet finding the first aid kit and pulled it out. The tiny unicorn watched unmoving as the mare went to work pulling a nose splint out. It was like one would use for their arm or leg but meant for the nose instead. Taking great care Guiding Wind placed her larger hooves over the filly's muzzle. Starlight cringed at the touch afraid it would hurt more, but after receiving a reassuring smile from the orange mare she allowed her to continue.

"Madame this will hurt a lot." she warned the filly who looked ready to bolt at a moments notice. "Are you ready?"

"No."

"That's alright little one. By the way..." she paused with a grin.

"Wha-" *snap!* "GAHH! WHYICH YOU JOO DAT?!" the filly screamed as her nose was snapped back in place. "JAT UURT!"

Guiding Wind chuckled rubbing the tiny mane. "It's alright madame. You're fine now see?" she said turning her to face the mirror.

"Yeah." Starlight cringed rubbing her sore nose.

She then got her hoof swatted by the older mare who scolded her. "Don't touch it madame! You'll injure it again!" Guiding Wind Scolded her as she finished splinting her nose. "There. All better."

"Thanks." Starlight said nasally. "Can I see Twilight now?"

"Oui! Come along madame!"

Taking the filly on her back the maid pony walked briskly down the castle corridors until she managed to find her way to the Chamber of Harmony. Pushing the doors aside Guiding Wind entered the chamber to find Twilight, Applejack and Pinkie Pie there. Their cutie marks blinking and hovering over the Cutie Map.

"See?! See?! I told you Applejack! We're being summoned to Ponyville!" The party pony screamed happily.

"Ah see Pinkie but why is it summoning us here of all places? We live here. Why not all of us?" the farm pony asked.

"Well, Rarity is in Manehatten, and Rainbow got called away to the Academy for training and Flutters is gone for the day, plus it helps advance the plot!" the hyperactive pink pony yelled to nopony in particular.

Applejack looked back at her hyperactive friend skeptically. "Uh sure thing Pinks, I'm sure that's it."

"Madames?"

The three ponies turned to see Guiding Wind at the doorway looking rather confused. Applejack approached the mare taking off her hat. "Howdy Guiding Wind! Doing well today?"

"Oui, I am well madame. But I was looking for the princess." the mare replied back.

"Ah, well young madame Starlight is not well your majesty." Guiding Wind said making everypony wonder what she meant. At that moment they both caught a glimpse of a small purple strand of hair long the maids back.

They circled around her to see what the small strand was and were surprised to see a tiny Starlight on her back. The little filly shied away trying to hide but was grabbed by a pair of pink hooves.

"AWWW STARLIGHT YOU'RE SO CUUUTTE!"

Twilight took note of the filly on the mares back and gasped. "Starlight!? What happened to you! Thunderclap said you were tired and let you in your room."

"Gah! Get her off me!" the filly squealed trying yo escape the happy pink menace.

Applejack and Guiding Wind laughed at Starlight's expense. The pink filly growled at them trying to shove the pink face away from her own but found herself overwhelmed by the Element of Laughters grownup strength. Taking the filly from her grasp Applejack frowned at her friend saying, "Pinkie. She don't want the attention." She then put Starlight on the ground. The filly circled around the orange mares leg then stuck her tongue out at Pinkie Pie. "See?"

Pinkie gave them a sad face. "Aww sorry little Starlight."

Starlight looked away with an annoyed look. "It's fine."

"Well now that we got that all squared away what happened to ya? You're smaller than Applebloom!" Applejack said.

Twilight who stood by in stunned silence suddenly ran forward taking the filly in her arms. Like a overly protective mother she held her student in her arms crying. "Star, what happened? Why are you so small?"

"I was turned into a filly by a mare named Trixie who-"

"TRIXIE?!"
"THE HECK TRIXIE?!"
"THAT MEANIE?!"

Starlight and Guiding Wind looked concerned at the three mares. "Uhhhh...."

"Madames please! Let the little mistress speak!" the maid pony tried to say.

Quickly Starlight was lifted and placed on the maid ponies back. "I want you to take Starlight to the Spa and give her a bubble bath special it'll turn her back to normal." Twilight instructed the mare then turning away and calling out loud, "Captain Thunderclap!"

In an instant the guradmare appeared in a flash of magical light from a teleportation spell. "Yes your majesty?"

"I have a task for you-"

"Wait Twilight! I don't need a bath! I need to tell you something!" Starlight said shaking her mentors leg.

"Not now Starlight." Twilight said like a mother to her child. "This is grownup talk." Starlight complained that she wasn't a child but Twilight ignored her. "Captain Thunderclap I want you to find and detain Trixie Lulamoon-"

"No Twilight. After everything she's done she should be put on trial!" Applejack said sternly.

"What?!" Starlight screamed.

Ignoring her student Twilight continued. "AJ, please Trixie is not at fault for that and you know it!" She turned to face the Captain of her Guard. "Thunderclap, Trixie is not to be harmed. I want her brought in for questioning and I need you to make sure you're not seen."

"Will you listen to me!?" Starlight said over the yelling voices.

"Starlight not now!" Twilight scolded her. "Guiding Wind Please take her to her room and keep an eye on her." Twilight pleaded to the maid pony.

"Oui." the mares nearly snapped at the princess.

Before anything else could be said Thunderclap was out the doors on the hunt. Starlight stomped the ground angrily glowering at her friends. Sensing her anger Guiding Wind lifted her up and took Starlight to her room. After settling down Starlight pouted in her bed while they waited for Thunderclap to return with Trixie. While they waited Guiding Wind decided to keep Starlight company with casual conversation.

"So young miss I guess you've had a bad day?" she asked.

"It could have been worse I guess." she lied.

In truth this was one of the worst days she had. Not only was she being treated like a child but her mentor refused to listen to her because she was a small filly. Though her mind remained intact as an adult her age was only physical in nature. mentally she was still a mare. Seeing the filly in such distress put the earth pony maid on edge. She hated seeing young ponies suffer because of adults. She scooted close to Starlight on the bed and nuzzled her.

"Care to talk to me madame?" the mare asked patting her on the head gently.

"Sure." Starlight replied with a smile.

For the next ten minutes Starlight told her tale of her misadventure in Ponyville leading to her meeting with Trixie. She was upset being chased by Amber Anvil and her angry mob, but she was mostly upset by Trixie's plan to use her and get a reward out of it with Twilight. She would use it later if she needed too against the mare if she needed to.

After she explained everything Guiding Wind looked very upset at what she was told. Shaking her head she stood up and rufled her silk skirt making it flutter and revealing her undergarments. Starlight quickly averted her gaze as the older mare began to rant to herself.

"So disappointing. Je suis venu à Ponyville attend chacun d'être aimante et tolérable . Mais il semble que certains sont encore ... moyenne!" she yelled, stomping the crystal floor with an exhausted look. Panting she took a moment to recompose herself by taking a deep calming breath. Her body which had been shaking was now still and her voice calm and clear. "Sorry madame. I hate it when ponies are so, intolerable. They should be ashamed of themselves."

The mare then turned to Starlight. "Please don't follow their ignorant ways madame. Learn from then and become a better pony than you already are. It's not worth driving ponies apart for any reason. And this Trixie sounds horrible!"

"Well, she wasn't really that bad. I think she just needs help." the filly said sadly. "Maybe she needs a friend to guide her."

Just then the sounds of two familiar voices echoed in the hallway. Starlight ran to the door and in her tiny body and to levitate herself to the door knob to turn it. Her whole body glowed lifting her and she grabbed the knob with her hooves and twisted her entire body. A following click signaled the door was open and she flew out swiftly with a disgruntled mare behind her.

"Oi! Madame! Wait please! You should stay with me!" Guiding Wind cried following the elusive filly.

Ignoring her, Starlight flew down the hall and turned left just in time to see Trixie being hauled off down a corridor to the Harmony Chamber under Thunderclaps magical aura. "Will you shut up you dumb mare?!" the brown mare yelled at her prisoner.

"How dare you!" the azure mare screamed, kicking in protest. "Trixie demands you explain yourself at once! Trixie won't tolerate this abuse! She did nothing wrong!"

The brown mare ignored her prisoner, except for a slight mishap with Trixie hitting her head on the doors as they passed through to the main chamber where Twilight and her friends Applejack and Pinkie were. Starlight flew as fast as she could down the halls as the doors closed. *Thunk!* Starlight flew right into the closed doors falling to the ground in a daze before toppling over her own hooves. Guiding Wind, now having caught up, gasped at the sight of the filly sized indentation on the doors and the passed out Starlight on the ground.

She ran over to the fallen filly. Scooping her up in her arms and shaking her gently she whispered into her ear, "Madame, êtes-vous d'accord?"

"Nghnnn. What happened?"

"Oh! Madame you're alright! Thank goodness!" the mare exclaimed hugging her.

"I need to get inside. Please Guiding Wind?" the filly gave the mare her best puppy dog eyes melting her already soft heart to mush.

"Oh, alright madame. Only for you." she smiled taking the pink filly on her back and opening the doors just in time to catch Twilight saying, "Trixie Lulamoon. You are not on trial here. I just have some questions for you. Answer truthfully and you will not be punished. Lie to me, and I will know if you do, and you'll be severally punished."

"Trixie has done nothing wrong!" the mare screamed out loud. "Trixie is innocent!"

At the need of her words a small sigil appeared beneath her glowing red with a loud *gong*. Twilight and her friends frowned at the unicorn unaware of the ponies watching from the side lines. Trixie cringed at the sight of the sigil and didn't say another word. Then Twilight shook her head and asked, "Trixie, can you please not lie to me? I forgave you once, don't make me regret it. Please. Tell e what happened and why you're here."

Looking rather scared, Trixie usual arrogance melted away under the intense glares from all who were present. She was so rattled that she even dropped her third pony persona."Uh, I well, Trixie is... " Opting on truth to get herself out of this mess the mare swallowed her pride saying, "You see Trixie was passing through when her trailer broke-"
