“Sorry” I said without looking up.
“It’s ok I was just looking for you.” I recognized that voice it was Flash.
“Why were you looking for me?” I asked.
“I was wondering if...” he shuffled his hoof around in the dirt “If you would like to go to Hals’ Hay burgers tonight”
“I’d love to, how about 6:00?”
“That’s sounds great.”
I continued on to Twilight's house. But with a bit of a skip in my step. As I entered Pinkie screamed and Rarity rushed behind some of her costumes.
“Why are you late you’re never late” Pinkie screamed.
“Flash stopped me.” every pony gasped.
“Darling, what happened there you look startled.”
“I’m not startled just excited, he asked me to go to Hals’ Hay burgers with him tonight.” Every pony screamed with excitement except Twilight.
"Oh my gosh you have no idea how long I've been waiting for this. One day he came up to me and asked me if you liked him!" Rarity screamed.
"How did you respond to that?" I questioned.
"I just shrugged my shoulders."
KNOCK
I jumped and quickly headed to the door.
"Hello" it was Flutter shy "Sorry I'm late some of the animals got out."

"Guess what, guess what!" Pinkie screamed jumping up and down.
"What?" Flutter Shy asked.
"Flash asked Makua to go to Hal's Hay burgers tonight!"
I blushed.
"Yay" Flutter Shy replied.

Later that day around 5:30
"Okay so this dress brings out your eye color, but this one... I don't know anymore." Rarity screamed.
"It's fine, I wont wear either. It's that simple, anyway I don't know if Flash would like me in a dress."
"Please, Please, Please." Rarity begged.
"Fine."
Before I knew it Flash was there. I took a deep breath and opened the door.
"You look amazing." He gasped.
"Why, thank you shall we continue on."
"We shall." We both laughed.

"That's when Twilight pushed me in." I said laughing.
"Wow it seems like you and Twilight are inseparable."
"We are" I said as I got up.
"Would you like me to walk you home?" Flash asked nervously.
"I would love that."
As we approached my house. Flash looked into my eyes, and I looked into his.
We both leaned in slowly.

"I'm sorry, I just..." I didn't let him finish.
"It's okay, since were already at my place would you like to stay for a while?"

It was a while later and we were both getting tired. I looked at the clock it was 2am.
"Don't you think you should be getting home?" I questioned. He looked up at the clock.
"Yeah, probably considering I should get some sleep."
"I had a wonderful time tonight I hope we can do it some other time."
"I had a wonderful time to how about Friday?"
"That would be great." I replied.
"Then I'll see you Friday at my house. 6:00 sound good."

"Makua, Makua, MAKUA!!!!!!!!!" Pinkie screamed in my ears.
"What?" I asked not so nicely.
"It's time to wake up sleepy head. We are having a party in honor of you first date with Flash so come on!"
"Fine." I said throwing a pillow at Pinkie.
After eating so much cake I thought I would exploded, and talking about the kissing scene so many times it seemed fake. Every pony began to leave one by one until only Flutter Shy was left.
"Makua, have you noticed that Twilights been acting weird lately."
"Now that you say it. She has been acting weird, you don't think it could be something about Flash."
"It's got to be, ever since he asked you out she's been acting weird."
"It will be fine I hope, but any way thanks for helping me clean up."
"No problem." Flutter Shy said as she walked out the door

Days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months but still each time I see him my heart stops. I love him but I can't say that aloud. I know he loves me so why am I holding back. I guess I'm afraid that he will reject me just like Twilight did. I didn't mean to hurt her but I did. I don't know if anything will be the same between us again. I thought she was my friend. As I wrote this down in my diary I began to cry. Flash walked in without knocking like he usually did.
"What's wrong?" He asked.

"There's something wrong you're crying"
"I just stubbed my hoof."
"That's not what happened I can tell. Babe if there is anything wrong you can tell me"
"I know." He walked closer to me and hugged me. we quickly kissed then he sat down.
"It's about Twilight she won't even talk to me. It's like she hates me. I didn't change did I. Because if I did tell me." I said looking into his eyes .
"You never changed you're still the same old Makua that I fell in love with then. I want to tell you something...'
"Wait I have something to say to you first I love you."

We both leaned in and kissed for what seemed like forever.
