Zakaht is also the ruler of the kingdom of Ethorea, a gigantic Crislan made floating continent. 
It is held in the air by massive propellers also made by Crislan. Despite what you might think though, the kingdom isn't entirely pegasi, using Crislan magic he can create air based vehicles for one to pilot to the ground. Ethorea has been in existence for 1700 years.
A new age starts every 500 years, Ethorea is now in the fourth age. Ethoreans also speak the ancient language of the dragons.
