The gang made their way across the balcony, and back to the staircase. Mario struck the bottom of the block, opening the staircase. They walked up to the top, and saw a long hall, much like the previous two. "I've never actually been in there, "Rainbow said, scratching the back of her head. "I've always had a bad feeling about it..."
"Stay here," Twilight said. "We'll be back, but you don't need to see what's back here."
Rainbow wasn't sure if she could trust Twilight, but nodded hoping her gut feeling was correct. The trio walked down the hall and opened the blue door with Dash's cutie mark. They found Dash sleeping there, and Mario lifted the stone and woke Rainbow up. "Whoa...where am I?!" She asked, rubbing her eyes. She focused and saw the trio standing there. "What's going on...have you defeated Fawful yet?"
"We'll explain on the way home." Mario exclaimed.
"What? am I still dreaming, because I did have a pretty crazy dream..." She thought, rubbing her chin.
Suddenly, and orange stone with AppleJack's cutie mark. It had Apple Opal written on the back. Mario then leaned down and picked it up.
"Let's go..." Mario said, as they walked out the door.
Fawful watched them through the orb. "Damn, they got the Rainbow one too?!" He then screamed through gritted teeth, as he punched the table the orb was on. "You know what, now that Dimentio gathered 'them' up, I'll send them after those mustaches..." Fawful then evilly laughed.

The group arrived at Toadmiss' house. "Let's hope things are calmer this time..." Mario thought, before opening the door. This time Fluttershy and Bowser jr. where asleep on the couch, Toadmiss was reading a book and Pinkie was cooking in the kitchen. "Hi guys! Looks like things are lot less, 'chaotic' this time" He exclaimed.
"Yup! I-well, Fluttershy has Jr. under control." Toadmiss replied, shutting the book and jumping off the recliner. "So how was it?"
"Well, we got Rainbow Dash!" Mario exclaimed as Rainbow walked in.
"Hey guys!" Rainbow exclaimed.
Fluttershy was then woken up from her slumber, she rubbed her eyes and yawned, before hopping off the couch. "Well, hi Rainbow Dash." She softly said.
Suddenly, Pinkie Pie appeared next to Mario. "HEY! You want some cupcakes before you head out?!" She asked, talking super fast. Before Mario had time to think, she shoved one in his mouth.
"Mmm" He then smiled in approval.
"DOWN THE HATCH!" She screamed, shoving one in Luigi's mouth, and he had a similar reaction.
"Alright guys, you should probably head out now!" Toadmiss exclaimed. "You may wanna get a head start against Fawful!" She continued.
"Will do!" Mario nodded, before him Luigi and Twilight headed out the door.
"Where to now?" Twilight asked.
"Let's see..." Mario said as he pulled out the stone. It was very very softly blinking. They followed it through Toad Town and got to the base of Festive Frost Mountain. They then followed the blinking to the right and into the forest, known as 'Wooded woods'
"Not this place..." Luigi groaned. The forest was foggy and everything was dark. "Wait, is this the forest that Dimentio was poisoning?" Luigi added, slightly shivering.
"I guess this answers our question..." Mario exclaimed, looking down into a poisoned pond.
Luigi then rubbed his chin, "Yeah, well hopefully-" He then fell into a pit that was covered with leaves. "WHO SET THIS UP?!" He screamed, after landing roughly on the bottom.
"I'll fly down and get you..." Twilight groaned.
As Twilight flew down into the pit, there where two people hiding in the bushes. "Is that a pony?" The short one asked.
"I think it is, bro." The tall one said, the two people where: Wario and Waluigi. "So, uh...why are we following them around again?" Waluigi asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Because, they're being followed around by that horse, that's even weird for Mushroom Kingdom standards." Wario replied. "I think they're up to something again..."
"Yes, I agree, shall we follow them?" Waluigi smugly replied.
"Yes, we shall..."
"Wee hee hee..."
"Wa haa haa..."
Twilight then flew from the pit, carrying Luigi on her back. He then jumped off, and dusted himself off. "For the record, That trap was really well hidden!" Luigi exclaimed.
"Sure..." Mario replied, rolling his eyes.
Mario and Twilight then started laughing. "Pfft..." Luigi groaned, crossing his arms. "Let's just continue..." He exclaimed. They then continued through the woods, until they found Wiggler's tree house.
"Whoa..." Twilight mumbled at the sight of it.
"Oh yeah, that's where Wiggler lives!" Mario exclaimed.
"Wiggler...he's the worm who we fought on the mountain, isn't he?" Twilight asked, tapping her chin.
"Yes he is!" Mario replied. They then followed the blinking inside, and upstairs. Once they got to the top of the tree, they found Wiggler and Dimentio.
"Wiggler, said, get out!" Screamed Wiggler.
"Hmm now, does the little Wiggler think he can hurt me?" Dimentio exclaimed.
Wiggler then turned red, "WIGGLER CAN HURT YOU!!!" He screamed, running up and trying to attack Dimentio. Dimentio then shot magic at Wiggler, sending all of his segments flying into the unknown.
"HURP!"
"HEY!" Mario exclaimed.
"Oh looks, it's the plumbers!" Dimentio smugly said. "Enjoy this!" He screamed, shooting a magic ball at Twilight.
"AHH!" She screamed.
"Now, my work here is done!" Dimentio exclaimed. "Enjoy your disabled wing, ciao!" He then warped away.
"Disabled wing?" Luigi asked, looking back at Twilight.
"Oww...I-I'm fine..." She moaned. "He just, disabled my wing..."
"Are you gonna be okay?" Mario asked, with concern in his voice.
"Yeah, I'll be fine..."
They then turned their attention back to Wiggler.
"Wiggler, are you okay?" Mario asked.
"Yeah, Wiggler's fine. But he needs his segments..."
"Here, we'll..." Mario then stood and thought for a minute. "Dimentio had to have done that for a reason.
"BECAUSE HE'S A BULLY!" Wiggler screamed, enraged.
Mario then continued to think. He pulled out the stone, and held it high in the air. the stone started blinking more rapidly than ever. He noticed a small platform made of bark, that could easily fit a portal. "The portal is up there! But with Twilight's broken wing, we can't reach it." Mario said.
"Wait, so how are we gonna get up?" Luigi asked.
"By finding Wiggler's segments, of coarse!" Mario replied.
"Oh, that makes sense!" Twilight exclaimed. "He's the only one who can reach! Wiggler, we'll find your segments!"
"Really?! YAY!" Wiggler exclaimed. "Be careful! They like to play just like Wiggler!"
"Alright! C'mon guys, times-a-wastin'!" Mario exclaimed. The group then walked down the tree house and back outside. "Alright, let's get started...we have a lot of ground to cover!" They then walked to the left, and through another portion of the poisoned forest.
"Look what he did to the place!" Luigi exclaimed, looking around.
"This is like Sticker Star all over again..." Mario replied.
They then found a chasm of the forest, and one of Wiggler's segments was taking a nap there. Mario then loked back at the group and put his finger up to his mouth, indicating that the need to be quiet. Mario then snuck up to the segment, and right before pouncing, Popple and Rookie jumped out from the bushes and took the segment. They had the floro sprouts in their heads, much like Dimentio did when he was brainwashed.
"Well, this explains what happened to Bowser..." Mario thought.
"Master Fawful will be pleased!" Popple exclaimed.
"Yes, Master Popple!" Rookie replied.
"What? Popple and Rookie?" Mario asked, in shock.
"Now, let's get this back to master Fawful!" Popple exclaimed.
"NO! We need that!" Mario exclaimed.
"Oh, well look who it is! Get outta my face!" Popple exclaimed.
"NO! We need that segment!"
"Well, what should we do, boss?!" Rookie asked.
"Well, we settle this like men!" Popple exclaimed.
"I guess we will..." Mario replied.
"Let's get Started!"
Popple then ran up to Mario as fast as he could. Mario tried to hit him with his hammer, but Popple was too fast, and he swiped Mario's hammer. He then smacked Mario with it. He lifted his arms up to hit him again, but Mario was able to grab his heammer from Popple, and snatch it back, and smack Popple.
Meanwhile, Rookie blew flame at Luigi, and he jumped over it, and landed on Rookie's head. He held on to his horns as Rookie flailed around, trying to get Luigi off. while he was distracted, Twilight shot a magic beam at him, causing him to fall on his back like a turtle. Luigi and Twilight then started jumping on him.
Popple then noticed this, and ran over to Luigi and Twilight, and jumped up, and kicked Luigi in the face, knocking him off. He then jumped off, snatched Luigi's hammer, jumped back on, and smacked Twilight, knocking her off. He then nodded at Rookie, and Rookie went into his shell. Popple then jumped off, and used the hammer to turn Rookie right side up again, and smacked the shell at the trio.
Mario pulled his hammer out and smacked the shell back, and Popple pancaked, and smacked Rookie back. Mario and Popple continued this cycle until Popple missed. The shell hit him and sent him flying into the air, and sent Rookie into a tree. Mario moved under Popple and held his hammer out, and smacked him, sending him flying into Rookie.
"OW!" He screamed. He then grabbed Rookie's shell and tried to pull it out of the tree.
Twilight then shot more magic at Popple. Suddenly, Rookie's head arms and legs popped out of the shell, and he used them to pull himself out of the tree.
"Yo, rookie, ya wanna use our new bros attack?" Popple asked.
"Aww yeah..." Rookie replied. He then grabbed Popple and used his helicopter arms to fling Popple around, and throw him at the trio. Mario used his hammer to hit Popple back, and he hit Rookie.
Luigi ran up and jumped on Rookie's head, doing a double jump. Popple then pulled out Luigi's hammer (witch he still has) and ran up to Luigi, and smacked him. Luigi tried to snatch his hammer back, but Popple kept rapidly hitting him. Twilight ran up behind Popple and bucked him, sending him flying.
As he flew, he dropped Luigi's hammer, and Luigi ran up and grabbed his hammer. He then did a spin attack and flew back and hit Rookie. Rookie then grabbed Luigi's hammer, and threw it with Luigi still holding on. Twilight saw this and used her magic to catch Luigi midair, and have him land softly of the ground.
"ROOKIE! NEW BROS ATTACK!" Popple exclaimed, running up to Rookie. He then jumped and Rookie caught him. He then jumped up holding Popple, and Popple punched the ground, causing a shockwave. The bros. ran and jumped over the shockwave, and jumped up. Mario landed on Rookie, and Luigi landed on Popple, and they finished them off...

Popple and Rookie lied on the ground. "Ow...I can't believe we got beat by you Palookas..." Popple moaned.
"This is bad..." Rookie replied. Popple then jumped to his feet.
"We're not done with ya!" Popple exclaimed. "C'mon Rookie!"
"Yes boss!" They then ran off into the distance.
Mario Luigi and Twilight ran up to the Wiggler segment. It jumped up and down twice.
"Hey, you wanna play a game?" Mario asked it, with a nice attitude. It then jumped up and down in excitement. "Alright, go back to the Wiggler head back at the treehouse! We'll be there to play soon!" The segment then jumped up and down, before running off. "One down, three to go." Mario smugly said, brushing his hands together.
"Alright, let's continue." Twilight said. They then continued down the path through the woods. There was a poisoned pond and they jumped across the platforms sticking out. They did this until they got to the other side of the pond. Once there, they looked into the distance, and saw the second Wiggler segment.
"There it is!" Luigi exclaimed. As they ran up to it, they noticed an equestria portal right next to it.
"Don't you dare..." Mario strongly said.
The segment then jumped into the portal.
"UGH!" The trio exclaimed at the same time. They then followed it into the portal.
"Hey bro...shall we follow the into the portal?" Waluigi asked. Wario.
"Yes! Let's go..."
