Upon hearing this, everyone was, confused and Twilight Velvet decided to ask the question. "What do you mean Celestia was not Celestia back all those years ago?"
At this Celestia sighed. "They're saying I was not a mare back all those years ago. In truth I'm really a stallion in disguise my name is Celestia. However, my real name is Solarium."

And hearing this. Everyone's mouths went agape they didn't know what to think. Especially the Council because they began to wonder how in all of Equestria, there no record of this! Especially from their ancestors private records. That was until King Artemis decided to but in. "Let me explain the situation with Twilight first, then you guys can ask questions about it. Then the issue with Twilight and Solarium becoming Celestia. Are, mixed together in some ways."
At hearing this, everyone look towards each other. Before turning back towards King Artemis, all of them nodding their heads in agreement. "As I was saying Solarium found Twilight in the ever free forest. He and Luna decide to let her stay at the Everfree Castle. You all know it as the Castle of the two sisters. During this time Canterlot Castle was where Cosmos and I resided in eventually. The day before the first Hearts Warming that Twilight with their. Solarium and Twilight decided to go out with each other. And become each other special some pony's."
At hearing this and everyone's mouth were agape and they began to stare at Celestia. Seeing this Artemis sighed knowing that in all likelihood, he would not be able to go any farther until their questions had been, answered about this topic. "Okay, ether Celestia or I'll call you by name or your appearance and you can ask Celestia a question. Okay first one, Twilight Velvet."
"When you took my daughter was your student did you fall in love with her?"
"Under normal circumstances a Alicorn stallion can tell who their soulmates are. And know where they are 24 seven after they meet them for the first time. But with the fact that I met Twilight old herself in approximately 1200 years ago. I did not believe she existed yet in our time. And if the Alicorn stallion believes that his true love is dead or otherwise does not exist. The sensing ability does not work. Unless they start believing that their true love is alive again. Furthermore, I literally thought that Twilight shimmer was Twilight sparkle's niece or grandniece. So no I was not romantically in love with Twilight sparkle when she was growing up."
As soon as Celestia answered the question. Night Light's hoof went down because it was the same question. "Cadence your question."
"I'm happy that you and Twilight found each other since I'm all about truelove and such. But it's going to be really weird when she gets back to our time."
"I made a promise to her that no matter what our relationship is in our time. Or in the past we will work it out and I will do everything in my power to have it all work out. I was willing to make it work, and she is the reason why I became a mare in the first place."
At hearing this, everyone gave her a puzzled look. So Cosmos decided to explain it to them for Celestia. "You see a crazy unicorn try to kill Solarium. The spell that was, meant to kill Solarium but hit Twilight instead. we are hoping that somehow, someway we were able to make her back into this time frame, and she is not really dead."
At hearing this all Twilight's loved one's began crying. Because they start fearing the worst for her. Cosmos felt guilty for having to say that but she decided to press on. "During when this if it happens, the two were still together. In fact, they were married and before anyone asks about that. We will speak about that in a moment, but please, let me finish."
When they heard Cosmos statement about to asking about the whole marriage thing. For now they all put their hoofs down. "Thank you. Anyway, Solarium tried to mourn for Twilight's death. Which, while he got some time to mourn for her because everyone felt sorry for his loss. After only a little while, mares, especially the high nobility would try to comfort him. And I mean they try to break into his room and try to proclaim their love to him. It was bad. So Solarium decided that he would turn himself into a mare. He talked to the Royal Council about it along with Artemis and me. Because a lot of the council members own daughters were making a fool of themselves and with in a so many ways dishonoring their names by their behavior. The Council agreed to let Solarium become Celestia, but there was a catch. If Solarium ever found out the identity of Twilight shimmer and find out her real name. He has to go back to being a stallion. Which intertwined with another agreement, the one involving the wedding. The agreement was: as soon as Twilight shimmer went back to her time frame. She would have to let Solarium know that it was her and they had to do a remarriage. That actually is the general sense of everything we really need to talk about so you can ask as many questions as you want. But before we do that. I believe Celestia has the documents relating to those two agreements."
Celestia nodded her head and levitated the documents to the Council. The Council began reading them while Shining decided to ask his own question. "Is there any chance that Twilight survived that attack and just somehow returned to our time?"
At hearing this Luna, Celestia, Cosmos and Artemis all looked glum. Artemis took the initiative to speak. "I am sorry, I have no idea how the gem works. The only one who can answer that now is Discord."
At hearing this, everyone look towards Discord who knew what they wanted to know. "As I told Luna, there could be two identical rainbow matrix gems in appearance but can do two different things then that the other and there are some that do the same exact thing, but look completely different from each other. Now I've have encountered three different types of rainbow matrix gems that specialize in time travel. But I do not want to say anything until I know which one. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up nor do I want to discourage anyone. All I want everyone to keep an open mind until I know. Which unfortunately since I have and use this device in over 4000 years. It is a bit slow on the intake and I can't use any of my magic because it will just wreck the machine. My best suggestion is have some Royal guards. Guard this with their lives until the analyzing is over. I'll let you know as soon as I see the results."
At hearing this, everyone nodded their heads in agreement. At that moment the head of the Council decided to speak next. "Well, all these documents check clear. But we would like Celestia to stay as Celestia. At least until we get done talking to the news media. So why don't we have it where Celestia can remain as Celestia and don't have to transform back into Solarium. Until we know what is Princess Twilight fate
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement and Celestia cleared her throat. "Well, the Council and I need to start talking to the news media about this. But you're welcome to stay until we know for a fact what happened to Twilight. Luna, can you show to where they can stay and meet me in the news conference room?"
At hearing this Luna nodded her head. "Certainly come on everybody."
Just then Cosmos good up. "Solarium your father and I are coming with you. Pinkie would you mind watching the twins for us?"
"Of course I love watching the cake twins! Or is it the Royal twins now?"
As the rest of the element bearers, Spike and Twilight's family followed Luna. Just then Fluttershy just thought of something. "Um Princess Luna how long did Solarium and Twilight date each other before he popped the wedding question to her?"
At hearing this, everyone look towards Luna for the answer. Which they were quite surprised that Cadence didn't even bother to ask this question. "Oh, they dated for three years before Solarium asked Twilight to marry him."
At hearing that they all nodded their heads and continued following Luna to the sleeping quarters they would use during their stay.
