Further in the distance pony's cheered and filly's jumped and played on the decks of the ship. The ship was heading for a new world as it said in the news papers.

I woke up to a alarm and smacked it multiple times till I hit the snooze button. "Another day, another work day.." I said as I sat up.
I should probably tell you who I am right? Well my name is Olive. I was that pony that sat on the side streets and played my guitar. I considered it a job for me when I started accepting song requests... As I walked down the stairs I saw my room mate. "Morning Dove.." I said with a tired tone. 

"Olive your already up for breakfast?" Said Dove with a shocked tone. On and did I mention Dove? She's my room mate, and cook, and well everything for all chores.

"What is for breakfast anyways?" I was said with a tired yawn. She passed me her cup of coffe, as always I said no. "Cearal I am not in the mood for cooking" she said. We exited the building and headed for the bus stop later.
We Arrived and waited, waited..., oh and did I mention waiting? Finally the bus arrived full of ponies which forced us to stay up on our hoofs in the bus. 

"It's never this crowded in the buses!" Dove yelled in a pissed off mood. I got her silent then over heard a group of ponies. I was interested and trotted over as happy as can be and asked if I could join in. Then they said piss off, how nice.
I noticed that at least ninety nine percent of this bus was pissed off, or at least to my brain thinks so.

"Dove I don't think your the only pissed pony." I said to her.

"I guess your right" Dove said back. 

"Reason why is cause some new ponies from outside of the republic had arrived." A random stallion said to us. When I looked over I noticed he was not just a random helpfull pony.

"Um mind telling us who you are?" Dove said. 

"My name is Teral. Teral yer." Teral said. When he said this i realized that this was the mayor's son.

"Wait what I thought the mayor and important ponies stayed out of public eye." I said. 

"I like to see how everything I going up near, its more accurate going my self then a guard." Teral said. 

"So now that out of the way, what about ponies out from the republic?" Dove said. "Well I was told they come from some land named Equestria I don't really know."

Teral said. "Heh, Dove?" I said. 

"Yea?" Dove awnsered back to me.

"Is it fine if we go to the docks so we can see if this is true." I said with curiosity.

"Sure, I was planing to stay with you while you play." Dove said. 

"Is it fine if I tag along?" Teral said. OK that was probably the first time a pony in high power that wanted to go with us to do something.

"Sure!" Dove said cheerfully.

We trotted from the bus stop to the docks. "Dove, Teral want to get something to eat while we wait?" I said. 

"Olive did even eat your breakfast." Said Dove. 

"Nope" I said. As I was about to go to Sertive's garden a ship arrived at harbor. 

"That must be them I guess?" Said Dove. Ponies began stepping out, and dang they were very bright colored. Most steamian ponies are a dark color, its rare to see some pony brightly colored like Dove. I expected something more, but they were just like us but more colourful. Later we ate at the garden and wen't home.

"See ya later Teral!" I said. 

"Maybe we might get to meet at town square soon." He said. 

"Yea." Said dove. I opened the door for Dove and we played some cards and wen't to bed.

I woke up to a crash in the middle of the night. I ran to check on Dove, she was fine. I got my trusty flash light and grabed a random frying pan. "Hello?" I said. No response, now that was weird. It was either prankers outside or I was insane. I saw something move across the living room. Now this was creepy, and annoying. I started swinging randomly, making sure I did not hit any vases or objects. What ever it was it was gone, the window was opened and showed quite easily that some pony or something passed through it. I closed it and put the frying pan down and wen't back to sleep.
