	Twilight took her friends to go meet these newcomers to Ponyville. I had no interest other than trying to find out why there haven't been more Pokemon in Equestria. I look through the books in Twilight's library for about an hour but, I'm not able to find anything. Suddenly there a massive explosion from outside. I rush outside and see three fillies with a Pokemon being attacked by a flying squid and pumpkin. I quickly figure out that they're being attacked by an Inkay and a Gourgeist. I rush to the fillies side and find that a Pikachu is trying to defend them as well

"Two on one isn't a fair fight, so take me on!" I yell

The Two attacking Pokemon blast beams of energy at me but are blocked by a bolt of lightning from the Pikachu. I counter with a flamethrower attack that striking down the Gourgeist. The Inkay tackles me to the ground using foul play. The Pikachu knocks the Inkay off using an iron tail attack. The Inkay lands on top of the Gourgeist and Pikachu jump in the air. Then unleashing a massive thunderbolt attack at both of them. A massive explosion is created launching the attackers out of sight.

"Are you alright?" I ask the fillies

The all start talking extremely fast and are overlapping each other's sentences, so I can't even understand what they are saying.

"Pikachu could you get their attention with a small thundershock?" I ask Pikachu

Pikachu then shocks the fillies with a thundershock attack but made it weak enough so it wouldn't hurt them.

"Okay, now can one of you explain what is going on?" I ask the fillies

"My sister and her friends have been kidnapped by these things calling themselves Team Rocket!" One filly explains with a panicked tone.

"Oh no... I should have told everyone about all the dangers of my world. Where are they now and where did you get the Pikachu?" I ask them

"There at Sweet Apple Acres and they stole this Pikachu that we freed from them, but then they captured my sister and all her friends." one explains

"Also, I never got your names?" I ask

"This is Sweetie Bell, Scootaloo, and I'm Applebloom. We're the Cutie Mark Crusaders." They introduce themselves

"Hey! You don't have a cutie mark too. Want to join our team and save our friends?" Scootaloo asks

"Of course, I'll help you save your friends, but what's a cutie mark?" I ask

They gasp in disbelief. I'm still new here and it seems I have a lot to learn about this new world.

"A cutie mark is the best thing ever. They show to the world who you are and your special talent. How have you never heard of them before?" They ask

"Pokemon doesn't have cutie marks, but we do have this thing called an ability and type. My ability is called blaze and Pikachu's is static. I'm a fire type and he is an electric type. I'm Quilava by the way." I explain

"Maby we could get a Pokemon cutie mark, but first let's save our friends," Applebloom says

"First we must prepare for this battle, so meet me at the library." I explain
