Gary and Derpy wake up and see that the lake that they know so well has been polluted and that several robotlike ponies wander around.
They quickly wake up the others and they move up in the air, out of reach from the Cyrotten.
''What the hay are those things?'' Rick asks.
''I don't know Ricks, but I do know that they have something to do with whatever Jay is up against.'' His brother says. ''But I sense that there are ponies near Sweet Apple Acres. Let's find out if Jay's held captive there.''
As the group approach the Apple Farm, they see a large wall surrounding the Orchard and the barn.
Then they get shot at from behind the walls.
''Quick, dive in the middle of the Orchard. These guys have Jay for sure. Why else would they attack?''
Everypony does that and the land within the fortress.
Twilight, Cyan, Rick and Gary prepare themselves to fight as they see Discord, old but still healthy, come towards them.
Gary is the first to regain sanity, but is furious: ''What the hay were you guys shooting for? We are here to save Jay from anything that is harming him.''
''I'm sorry,'' The Draconequus apologizes. ''I didn't know Jay's brothers were coming too. And you brought...friends?''
Everypony is stunned to see Rainbow, Flutters, Twilight, and Derpy stading together with them.
Lightning and Thunder, whose carried by Lightning, walk together to Rainbow and Thunder asks: ''Are you Rainbow Dash?''
''Why'd you ask that, sports? Of course I'm Rainbow Dash!''
''Our mother is called that and she looks like you.''
Then a blue mare with greyish colored mane lands and is stunned to see a younger version of herself.
''No way!'' She says. ''Am I looking in a youth mirror or something?''
Then this world's Mane five gather around Gary and the gang and are soon joined by Discord, this world's Derpy and Dinky, Derpy's daughter.
After a while Rick says: ''Alright Y'all, it may seem lill' bit strange to see yourself in a younger state, but there's an explaination for that. We are from a different world, Jay's world to be exact. My brother and I sensed that he's in danger. We are here to save him and bring him home. He's our brother, and we want him to be save, even through him being the most independent of us all.''
Then Rick starts crying.
''He's the one who took care of us long ago. He kept us straight on the path of what is right. He is the Hero that Earth had long ago. No one is as Honest, Loyal, Generous and Kind as he is. He always made us Laugh when we were down. And no one had such great Magic as he had!''
Everypony had started crying, even the tough stallions.
''He's our brother, friend, father and husband, and we love him! That's why we are saving him!''
Discord walks towards Rick who is staring at the sunset. ''You really want to save him, don't you?''
Rick nods. ''He's something valuable to me, to us. Whatever is harming him, Derpy has sworn to beat that machine into the ground. She's the most determined to save him.''
Discord sits down and asks: ''When are you going to save him?''
''Once the sun has set, we move.''
Rick sighs.
''Jay told me once that one day we had tgo save him, instead of him saving us. That was on Equestrian grounds, not on Earth.''
Rick rises at the sight of the fainting sunlights.
''It's time.'' He says while waking his gang...
