"Hmm, hmm hmm, well, this will be fun!" Dimentio said, having a floro sapien sprout out of his head. He used his magic to teleport everyone in the room (exluding Pinkie) to Dimension-D.
"Meet the new and improved Dimentio...one that won't disobey me!" Fawful said, gleefully. "Now, kill these mustaches so we can take Pinkie AND twilight!" Fawful exclaimed.
"Sure thing, master!" Dimentio replied, snapping and putting everybody except the Bros. In a cage.
"Mario, you must defeat him!" Discord yelled.
"Who is this nut-job!?" Bowser Jr. Whined. "I WANT MY DADDY!"
"Now..." Dimentio yelled "Darkness fills the sky, the wind will blow...ladies and gentlemen, get ready for a magic show!" Dimentio then shot a magic ball at Mario, and he jumped over it. "Well well well...we've got a persistent one!" He then shot another magic ball at Mario, and he jumped over that one too.
Luigi pulled out his hammer and jumped up, trying to hit Dimentio, but he was able to float out of the way. He used his magic to create giant puppet hands that grabbed Luigi. "Well, I hate to kill you, Luigi...but what must be done must be done!" He exclaimed, mercilessly. He then started to squish Luigi.
"NO!" Mario screamed as he jumped up and grabbed Luigi's feet, and started to dangle. "Let go of my brother!"
"Ugh...irritating little plumbers..." Dimentio sighed, rolling his eyes. He then started to control the giant hand to start smashing against the walls. Mario continued to hold on as tight as he could as Dimentio shook the hand around to get rid of them. Mario was about to pull Luigi out, but suddenly another hand came out of nowhere and started to squeeze Mario. "I'll juice you like a pear!"
"No..." Twilight murmured inside her cage. "This can't be the end..." She then frantically looked around, before charging up a powerful beam. She shot it out and it sent her flying back, it then hit Dimentio and sent him against the ground, causing the hands to let go, causing the bros. To his the ground. "GUYS! ATTACK HIM WHILE HE'S DOWN!" Twilight screamed, completely winded. Mario then caught his breath enough to pull out his hammer and start whaling on Dimentio.
"DIMENTIO, YOU CAN'T LOOSE!" Fawful yelled.
"Pesky...plumbers..." Dimentio mumbled, suddenly, there was an explosion that sent Mario and Luigi flying. "I'LL SHOW YOU!" He yelled, surrounding himself in a barrier. Mario tried to jump up and wack him, but the barrier was too strong.
"W-What?" Mario exclaimed.
"Hmm hmm hmm...my my, not so tough now, now are you?" Dimentio giggled.
"TWILIGHT, WE NEED YOUR MAGIC BEAM!" Mario yelled at Twilight.
"I...will...do my best..." Twilight chocked out, completely exhausted. "I will need...some time...to rest...just avoid him...until...then..."
Mario then nodded and proceeded to dodge Dimentio's attacks. He shot a magic ball at Mario and he used his hammer to deflect it. It hit Dimentio and didn't do anything because of the force field. "Pathetic!" He yelled. Then suddenly, he split into two copies. "Can you peirce THIS illusion?"
"You have got to be kidding me..." Mario mumbled.
"One Dimentio flew over to Luigi and shot a magic ball at him, Luigi jumped over it. The other one flew over to Mario, and just as Mario was about to jump on him, he teleported behind him, and hit him.
"Mario, I'm ready!" Twilight yelled. "But I don't know witch is the real one!"
Discord then thought for a second, "Is there a way you can align them so the beam will hit both?" Mario then nodded.
"Oh, yeah right...as if I'd fall for that!" One of the Dimentios said.
Mario then grabbed his hammer and hit Dimentio, the force field created a ball around Dimentio, allowing Mario to smack him around. "Oh Dimentio, you're a pathetic chump!" Luigi yelled to the other Dimentio.
"As if that would work, mustache boy!"
"W-What did you just call me?" Luigi asked.
"I was just pointing out that ugly piece of fur waxed upon your lip!" Dimentio shrugged.
"Oh, no you didn't..." Luigi mumbled. He then ran to Dimentio.
"Oooh...I'm so scared!" Dimentio exclaimed, and ran as Luigi chased him. Mario continued to hit his and Luigi continued to chase his until they had them almost perfectly aligned.
"TWILIGHT, NOW!" Mario yelled. Twilight then shot another beam at the Dimentios, killing one and sending the other one to the ground.
"It can't end like this..." Dimentio mumbled. He then used his last resort of magic to shoot one last, powerful beam. It flew across the room and broke through Toadlee's cage, hitting him and killing him. "OW!" He shouted as it sent him on the ground.
"TOADLEE!" Everyone yelled.
"M-Mario..." Toadlee mumbled.
"What is it?" Mario asked, running up to Toadlee.
"In my final breath, I want you to tell Toadmiss, I love her..." Toadlee said, right before dying. Mario then stood up, and looked at Dimentio, angry.
"I never should've trusted you...WE never should've trusted you!" Mario yelled running up and jumping on Dimentio, finishing him off.

"Ooh..." Dimentio mumbled as his pupils disappeared and the floro sprout fell off his head. "Ow...W-What happened?"
"You lost...YOU LOST?!" Fawful screamed, angry. "How DARE YOU?"
"Calm down, Master...it wasn't my fault!"
"I don't want to hear it! Warp us out of here this instant!" Dimentio then did what he was told, and warped them back into Pinkie's sleep chamber, also getting rid of the cages.
"Let's get out of here!" Fawful yelled, flying out of the room and having Dimentio follow.
"W-What the heck was that?!" Jr. asked.
"We'll explain later..." Twilight replied. "For now, we have work to do."
Mario then walked up to Pinkie, and the stone started to glow. "What?" He asked himself. He lifted it over Pinkie and it woke her up. "Is that why Fawful had to defeat us in order to get Pinkie?" Mario thought to himself.
Pinkie then got up and yawned. "W-What's going on?" She asked. "Wait, am I...awake?" She asked, shocked.
"Yes Pinkie, you are." Twilight said.
"omigosh! you guys have to hear what we went through, it was C-U-RAAZY!" Suddenly, another stone flew from the ceiling. This time it was yellow and shaped like Fluttershy's cutie mark. It had the words: "Flutter Stone" carved into the back.
"Each one must lead to the next..." Mario said, picking it up.
"Well, for now, we need to get back to Toad Town..." Discord said, looking at Toadlee's dead body.
Later, back at Toad Town:
"WHAAAAAAAT?!" Toadmiss screamed. They where back at Toadmiss's house. "Are you kidding me?!"
"No, trust me, not even we think this would be funny..." Luigi said.
Toadmiss started to tear up. "This is all that wrenched Dimentio's fault..."
"I know, he's crazy!" Pinkie yelled. "And I don't like crazy ponies!" Everyone just looked at her "What?!"
"I'll show Dimentio..." Toadmiss said, walking over to a drawer and pulling out a giant sword.
"Wait, we actually need your help..." Mario interrupted. "We need you to watch after some of out friends, like Bowser Jr. and Pinkie."
"What...why?" She asked.
"Because, it's what Toadlee would want! We need someone to protect them against Fawful. If Dimentio does show up, then you can go berserk!"
"I...I need to avenge Toadlee..." She exclaimed, choking back her tears.
"Don't worry, we'll do it for you..." Mario replied, putting his hand on her shoulder.
She then wiped the tears from her face. "O-Okay..." She put the sword back down. "So, who am I watching?"
"Pinkie, Jr. And anyone else we find." Luigi replied.
"Aww what?" Pinkie asked. "But I wanna go!"
"We need Twilight's help on this adventure, but we can't let risk Fawful seeing all of you guys together!" Discord Explained. Pinkie then sat down on the couch. "Phooey..."

Mario pulled the Flutter Stone out and it led him through toad town, Peach's castle and to the portal to the crystal empire. "Well, back to equestria!" Mario exclaimed as they jumped into the portal.
They arrived back in the crystal palace, but this time it was fixed up. "Well, looks like Peach and Cadance managed to fix it up!" Luigi exclaimed, looking around.
"Mario, there you are!" Peach yelled, running up to Mario. She stopped to take a breath, "Have you seen Bowser anywhere?" She asked.
"Uhh, no. We did find Bowser Jr. though." He said, "Why?" He asked, cocking his head.
"He had him in a cage for when he woke up, but we found the cage empty and can't find him anywhere!" he replied.
"Uh oh..." Luigi groaned.
"Oh well..." Peach then dusted herself off, "Anyways, what brings you here?" She asked, crossing her arms.
"We're stuck finding eight special people." Mario replied, pulling out the Flutter Stone "We're following the blinking of this stone to find Fluttershy before Fawful does."
"Oh, well I wish yo luck" Peach said, planting a kiss on Mario's cheek. "And remember to keep and eye out for Bowser, I really don't want to get kidnapped again..." She sighed.
"Alright!" Twilight replied. They followed the blinking outside the tower and onto main street.
"Wow, this place is as calm and normal as ever!" Mario exclaimed. They followed the blinking to a little house at the edge of the empire. Mario then knocked on the door.
An old-looking crystal pony answered. "Oh look, another human!" She said, annoyed. "What do you want..."
"Uhh, sorry to disturb you, ma'am but we need inside your house." Mario replied.
"What for?"
"Well, uhh" Mario said, scratching the back of his head "We're following this thing called the Flutter Stone, and it says we need to come in here in order to activate a portal..."
"Yeah...sure..." She replied "And pigs fly! Get out of my face!" She tried to slam the door, but Mario put his foot and stopped it.
"Listen, we need in!" Mario exclaimed.
"Look, I've had a bad day, and I don't need you two Idiots making it any worse, now, get, out!"
"You need to let us in!" Twilight said, Moving in front of Mario.
"Oh, uhh...Princess Twilight...I didn't see you there-"
"You need to let us in! We're on royal bisnuess!" She exclaimed.
"Oh...uhh...okay..." The pony said, moving out of the way and letting them in. Mario followed the blinking into the center of the living room, and the stone forced itself out of his hand, and into the middle. It then opened another portal. "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!" She asked.
"It's the proof that pigs fly!" Mario said, before the group jumped into the portal.
"Uhh...what?" She thought, sitting down and looking confused. "HOW LONG IS THIS PORTAL GONNA SIT IN MY HOUSE?!"
Fawful looked into a crystal ball in his castle. "Those mustaches are making Fawful mad...we NEED to stop them!"
Dimentio took a deep breath "Well...maybe we could-"
"I don't wanna hear it, Dimentio!" Fawful said. "You have both lost to them!"
"Well, so have you master." Chrysalis added.
"Look, Chrysalis, you can follow them there, and at all costs, stop them!" Fawful said. "Take this!" He exclaimed, throwing Chrysalis something covered in a tarp. She then too a peek under it.
"Ooh...how did you get this?" She asked.
"Just go! And Dimentio, I've got a job for you as well..."
