Chapter 2: Miia-
Eggs, that was what Miia smelled when she woke up. It was a very familiar smell it was to her. Then she realized that she was on a couch (or something because her face was still in a pillow). 'Wait, why am I on a couch. The last thing I remember was that I was outside and fighting off frostbite and hibernation.' Miia then tried to stretch out her tail but could feel it wrapped in a blanket, so the only thing that happened was the blanket getting ruffled around and the that ruffling making an oddly loud sound. 
As she tried to wiggle her snake tail out of the blanket that was tied very tightly around it and also cutting of some blood circulation, Miia thought that she heard something and stopped wiggling and also somehow getting the blanket lose. She then turned around to lay on her back and slowly opened her eyes.
As Miia opened her eyes, she also sat up on the couch thing that was far to small for her. Then, while she was observing her surroundings, Miia heard a faint sound; it sounded like a squeak, and it had come from behind her. After deciding to see what it was, Miia turned around and peaked her head over the back of the couch.
What she saw was surprising. On the floor there was a tiny yellow pegasus with a light-pink mane and some kind of markings on its flank. It wasn't odd or frightening to Miia that she was looking at a pegasus, though she had never seen one before, she had heard about them and knew that they lived somewhere near Italy and Greece. What surprised her was its body and mane color, size, and the marks on its flank. 
As Miia tried to touch it, the pegasus screamed and curled into a tight little ball faster then Miia could even blink. 
Then when Miia was about to try to talk to the pegasus, her stomach made a loud rumble sound. "Um, is there something that I can eat?" When the stranger asked this, Fluttershy unfurled herself and tried to answer the question. "Um um um,  I was just cooking some eggs, would you like some." Fluttershy asked while trying to stay confident and not run. At this, Miia nodded and watched as the pegasus walk/trotted away into the room that the good scent was coming from. When the pegasus came back into the room, it had it's wings spread out and had a plate with food on each wing. When it slid one of the plates of eggs onto Miia's lap, Miia started to eat it quickly. 
While Miia ate the food on the plate, Fluttershy watched and slowly ate her food as well and when she was in a comfortable mode, Fluttershy spoke up. "Um excuse me, I I'm Fluttershy, but would you mind telling me what your name is." Fluttershy said. "My name is Miia!" the snake girl-thing said proudly.
