"Where do you think it is?" Starlow asked as her and Discord floated over the bogg.
"I don't even know where to begin..." Discord replied. He then started teleporting around, inside squirrel holes and underneath leaves. "Gem, where are you gem?"
"Do you really think calling it will help?" Starlow asked, irritated.
"Well, I don't know, maybe it's a living gem?" Discord replied.
Starlow just looked at him with an unamused look on her face. "Are you flipping kidding me right now?" She asked.
"Look..." Discord said, lifting a Lilly pad, "I understand more about this world more than you do, Starlow. "
"Fine..." Starlow sighed.
Discord then continued to look around for a while. He then found something shining in some tall grass. "Hey, I think I found something!" He exclaimed, before digging around and finding a diamond. "I think this might be it!" He exclaimed.
"Okay, good, let's go back to the temple entrance and hope the others found something!" Starlow replied, they then walked back to the temple.
Meanwhile:
"Well well well...looks like you're looking for this?!" The voice asked, the bros. looked behind themselves to see: Bowser Jr. He was holding one of the diamonds, and riding in his clown car.
"Bowser Jr, why are you here?!" Mario asked, rolling his eyes.
"Well, I went looking for daddy, and found some stupid portal thing, I went through and found myself in this stupid place!" He screamed.
"Look, we don't need you in our way, so give us the gem and we can save both worlds!" Mario replied, holding his hand out.
"NO! NO NO NO NO NO!!! I'M NOT GIVING IT TO YOU!" He whined. "If you want it, come and get it!" He yelled, flying by the bros.
"Ugh...this is just great!" Mario said, irritated. "Let's go after him!" Mario yelled, following Jr. They chased him through the bogg, he floated over the obstetricals, and the bros. Where forced to dodge them. "GIVE US THE GEM YOU BRAT!" Mario yelled.
"If you want it so bad, YOU CAN COME AND GET IT!" Jr. Whined, before turning his clown car around and shooting bombs at the Bros.
The bombs mostly missed the Bros. But they still had to work to dodge them. Mario used a branch as a ramp and jumped up and tried to land on Jr. "Not so fast!" Jr. Screamed, before activating the glass shield. Mario landed on top of it and pulled out his hammer, he tried to break the glass but Jr. Knocked him off before he could make any dents.
He then flew off and hit Luigi, causing them both to fall down. Mario quickly got up and looked around "Crap, we lost him!" He cried.
Luigi then looked around and saw a really big tree. "Let's climb up there and see if we can spot him!" Luigi exclaimed. Mario then nodded and they went to work on climbing the tree. Once they got to the top, they looked around and saw him tangled in some vines. They then jumped from the tree and tried to land on the glass hard enough to break it, but missed.
"Ouch!" Luigi groaned as he hit the ground. Suddenly, Mario came down and landed on Luigi.
"Ugh...STUPID VINES!" Jr. Whined, having his car blow flames and burn them off, he was then able to make an escape. Mario and Luigi where able to follow him, and they where chasing him again.
"Have some more bombs, JERKS!" He exclaimed, before shooting bombs again.
"Ugh...this is hopeless!" Mario groaned, as they dodged the bombs.
"Let's give him his bombs back!" Luigi said, evilly.
"I like it!" Mario replied as they both pulled their hammers out. They then started to smack the bombs back at him. Most of them missed, but one of them hit the car.
"NO! THIS ISN'T FAIR!" He screamed as his clown car got knocked down, and exploded as it hit the ground, sending him flying. "AHHH!" They then followed his scream, and found him lying on the ground. "Oww..." he moaned. "It's not fair, why do you poopyheads always win?"
(You can turn the music off now)
"Probably because we have good on our side!" Luigi exclaimed.
"Now, give us the diamond." Mario said aggressively, holding his hand out.
Jr. Then looked around, knowing there was no escape. He then hung his head down and handed the gem to Mario.
"Thank you!" Mario said, snatching it out of his hand. "That was easier than I thought!" Mario said, excitedly, looking back at Luigi.
"Uhh, Mario..." Mario then looked down into his hand and saw it was made of cardboard. Mario looked back at Bowser Jr. To see that he had already gotten away.
"Ugh...SON OF A BI-"
"Budge." Luigi interrupted. They then followed him into the thick treeline and bumped into Toadlee. "Oww..."
"Mario, Luigi?" Toadlee asked, scratching his head.
"Did you find anything?" Luigi asked, hopeful.
"Uhh yeah, but there's a problem." Toadlee replied. "Follow me!" He said, motioning his hand for the Bros. To follow him. He then lead them through the brush, and found Twilight holding Bowser Jr.
"There they are!" Jr. Exclaimed, pointing at the bros.
"You should be ashamed of yourself!" Twilight exclaimed, setting Jr down and walking towards the Bros. "You attacked this helpless kid for no reason!"
"No, y-you don't understand!" Mario exclaimed "He attacked us first!"
"LAIR LAIR PANTS ON FIRE!" Jr. Exclaimed, pointing at the Bros.
"He's just a little kid, looking for his dad!"
"Look, let me break something to you Twilight..." Mario said, wrapping his arm around her neck. "You see, the thing is: He's a stupid spoiled brat and he's bowser's son and all he does is whine like the despicable spoiled little bastard he is and he doesn't deserve jack!"
"How dare you?" She asked, gasping.
"Look...he's completely spot-on!" Toadlee assured.
"He has the gem, and he won't give it up!" Luigi angerly replied through gritted teeth.
"You're all poopyheads!" Jr. Yelled.
"Okay, look, they're gonna be mean, but may I have the gem?" Twilight asked, walking up to Bowser Jr.
"Fine, but only because you're nice!" He said, giving her the gem.
"And that's how you get things done!" She said, walking by the Bros. Jr. Gave them a growl when she wasn't looking. "Let's go back to the temple entrance and see if Starlow and Discord found anything."
"What about me?" Jr. Asked.
"You can come with us." Twilight said.
"Great..."Mario Luigi and Toadlee mumbled simultaneously. Jr. Blew them a raspberry when Twilight wasn't looking.
They then met Discord and Starlow at the entrance of the temple. "We found a gem!" Discord exclaimed.
"So did we!" Twilight replied. "We also found this little guy!" She exclaimed, looking down at Jr.
"What? Why are you being nice to him?!" Starlow asked.
"It's hard to explain, just drop it for now..." Mario replied.
Twilight then grabbed the gems in her magical aura, and placed them into the slots. "Annnd..." Nothing happened.
"WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Jr. Screamed. "I GAVE UP THAT GEM FOR NOTHING?!" He then ran up and started punching the temple door over and over, then the gems started glowing, and the door opened.
"Hey, one of Jr's tantrums did good for once!" Mario said. Jr then kicked his leg. "Ow..."
"Alright guys, let's go in!" Twilight exclaimed, walking into the temple. Mario then lifted the stone up and it started blinking like mad. They then got even deeper into the temple, and the stone flew out of his hand. It hit the ground and a huge pink portal came out of the gem.
"Alright, let's go!" Discord exclaimed, jumping in.
"But wait, what about finding my dad?" Jr. Screamed.
"We'll look for your dad soon, but for now we need to save our friends!" Twilight said, putting her hoof on Jr's shoulder.
"Hmph...fine..." Jr. Replied, crossing his arms. They all then jumped into the portal.
The group the flew out of the portal and found themselves in a huge colorful dimension, with a huge pink castle, with bubbles balloons and streamers floating around everywhere. There was a sign that grew a mouth and said: "Welcome to the DoubleBubble Sanctuary!"
"It's like nightmares on acid!" Luigi said, looking around.
"Oh come on...I've seen worse!" Discord said, ah well, let's find pinkie!" Discord said, warping away and Starlow going in Mario's pocket. The group walked across the long bridge and into the castle. They then arrived in and everything was as happy as can be. "This is definitely Pinkie all right..." Twilight mumbled.
They made their way though the castle, and found a giant bubble, with another sign. "Welcome to the fun fun elevator!" It said, "This can take you anywhere in the intiiiiiiire palace!"
"Can it take us to Pinkie?" Toadlee asked.
"Yuperoonie! Just walk into it and enjoy the ride!"
They then walked inside the bubble and it started to float around. They then found themselves on a huge hallway leading to a giant door that had Pinkie's cutie mark on it.
"This place is crazy!" Jr. Said.
"I know right, this is exactly what we'd expect from Pinkie Pie..." Twilight replied.
"Pfft, I bet she had control over this place!" Luigi replied, giggling.
"That could be possible..." Twilight mumbled. They then got to the door and knocked, no-one answered so they opened the door, and saw Pinkie sleeping on a weird-looking bed. "There she is, Pinkie!" Twilight yelled, just ah they where about to wake her up, someone shot a bullet at them. It missed.
"I know that voice..." Mario said.
"And the music!" Toadlee replied.
"Did you honestly think you'd beat Fawful?" He asked, coming in through a window, he had Dimentio with him.
"Oh no..." Mario groaned.
"Well, in case you haven't noticed, I'm here to get the pink pony, but you meddling mustaches got here first, but luckily you brought Twilight as well..."
"Fawful, just give it up!" Twilight yelled, she shot a magic beam at him, but he deflected it.
"Look how peaceful she looks, too bad Fawful has to wake her up from this dream!"
"Wait, everything she dreams gets projected into this world...doesn't it?" Twilight asked.
"You're smarter than Fawful thought, but you won't be alive much longer..." He then pulled out a gun and pointed it at Dimentio.
"What are you doing?!" Luigi asked.
Fawful just ignored him and shot a beam into Dimentio's head. "Gru..." Dimentio groaned, then, suddenly Dimentio's pupils turned into the swirls on Fawful's glasses. "I...have...MAGIC!" He yelled.
"Meet the new and improved Dimrntio, AKA, YOUR DOOM!" Fawful yelled.
"I...will...destroy you..." Dimentio mumbled.
"Have fun!" Fawful yelled.
