At the Doom Raiders' Hideout, Sonata Dusk was pacing around her room, thinking about Knight Light. She knows her mission is distract him while the others let the location of Sunscraper Spire slip into the hands of the Skylanders. Sonata knew that her and her sisters' goal was to feed on the magic on Skylands once the Doom Raiders conquer it, but after she looked at a picture of Knight Light on her desk, she couldn't help but feel that what she is doing...might be wrong. She immediately thought back to the first time they encountered the Skylanders, which were only genetic human versions of the original Skylanders. And then she thought back to a certain ability that they did,
"They...used their elemental powers to obtain the ability that defeated us back in their mind. They are strong, stronger than we expected that would've been."
She soon thought back to her recent visit to the mansion, "Knight Light is a kind Trap Master of the Light Element. But there is always something about him that made me feel confident about him succeeding in joining up with the others."
She tried to think of something else until she saw a small scaled version of the Trap Master and clutched the Light Element necklace that Knight Light gave her. She realized,
"I...think I'm falling for him! Not pretend, For Real!" She looked at another picture that was taken on Tuesday of her and Knight Light eating a taco. The Dazzling decided to overlook her perspective of being with the Doom Raiders...it wasn't until she had to go visit Knight Light and decided to wait until she got back.
Meanwhile on the outskirts of the mansion, EQG Drobot decided to give Nightshade a little briefing on his mission as they exited the gyro-copter,
"Okay, Now here's the mission, you need to locate a letter that we placed in there that is meant for Knight Light. It will most likely be in Sonata Dusk's possession since we saw her silently take it. Find her and observe her movements, if you have a clear position, you pickpocket the letter and place it somewhere where Knight Light can find it."
Nightshade stated, "Simple enough." EQG Drobot activated Stealth Mode on his copter as he told the thief,
"I'm going in there as well. As your back-up." "Back-up? I've robbed several mansions like this, this shall be trivial." replied Nightshade.
EQG Drobot explained, "You would need someone to listen in and plus..." He pushed a button as he suddenly turned into Adagio Dazzle, "Sonata Dusk won't recognize me in her sister's form."
Nightshade was stunned as he spoke, "Total Shape shifting system in your suit? Quite efficient for this infiltration."
EQG Drobot's Adagio form smiled as he said in her voice, "One of the many prototypes that were in my arsenal."
Nightshade asked, "Are you sure that it will work?" EQG Drobot said, "Hey, this system can fool my own mother if it has to."
Nightshade chuckled as he vanished, "Well, your mother will have to wait." He pointed to a distant Sonata Dusk, "You've got to fool our Siren friend over there."
As Sonata approached the mansion, she spotted Adagio which was odd to why her sister was here. She approached her sister and asked,
"Adagio, What are you doing here?" Adagio replied, "I was seeing that your task is going well."
Sonata replied, "Well, you see...it is going well, but I ran into a little snag."
Adagio asked, "And that is?"
Sonata realized, "I'll tell you about it later. Right now, I need to visit Knight Light...unless you want to join me."
Adagio agreed as she replied, "I will join you."
Sonata nodded as she and Adagio entered the mansion unaware that Adagio was actually EQG Drobot in disguise.
Nightshade managed to make it into the mansion as he silently tailed Sonata and the disguised EQG Drobot. He knew that infiltration was going according to plan and stuck to the shadows as he silently whispered into his headset,
"Nightshade to Overwatch, Infiltration successful." Flynn was on the other line, with his leg healed up and flying he spoke, "Righty-O, Nightshade. I'm betting that Siren girl is inside as well. Quite strange, they sing and those who listen get hypnotized, pretty freaky stuff there."
Cali soon spoke, "Alright Nightshade, you need to keep close tabs on Sonata's movements. Knight Mare already told you about this Siren falling in love with Knight Light for real thing, if you see anything that can prove her point, let us know."
Nightshade replied, "I appreciate this exchange of information and in deed Knight Mare told me about this little predicament. Dro has already disguised himself as Adagio Dazzle which is Sonata's sister and leader of the Dazzlings. But I have a terrible feeling about his disguise, there is no telling if the real Adagio shows up."
Cali stated, "Spy Rise is down in the turret which he rigged as a makeshift long-distance surveillance camera. If anyone show up, we'll send the recon data to Dro's helmet so he can take cover. But if the real Dazzlings show up, his cover is blown."
Nightshade nodded before ending conversation, "Got it, Nightshade out."
He continued to tail the two until they arrived at the backyard of the mansion that had statues of various Skylanders and in the center of the yard, Knight Light was in the middle surrounded by test dummies as started by swinging his sword in a circle destroying a group of dummies in the process. The Trap Master jumped into the air using his powerful wings and dropped down to the ground slamming his sword on the ground in the middle of a dummy group. He soon raised his hand at another dummy group and rainbows of light emerged destroying another group in the process. He combined his powers so he could use his sword on the last group and used his rainbows on the last few. After it was all said and done, Knight Light stood up with his sword pommel reaching the ground and surveyed the damage that he has done.
It was a total carnage of several dummy parts that strewn all over the training field as he turned around and noticed Sonata Dusk waving at him, she also brought one more person, another girl who had yellow skin and orange hair that looked like a mix at that point. The Trap Master flew over to Sonata and the visitor as he spoke,
"Hello Sonata, it's great to see you again." He turned to the new visitor, "Who is this?" Sonata replied, "This is Adagio Dazzle, she's my sister."
Adagio looked at the Trap Master, "Sonata speaks very highly of you." The Trap Master blushed, "I know, it's embarrassing."
Sonata Dusk soon looked ashamed like she was going to reveal who she truly was. But with Adagio around she couldn't risk it. Which Nightshade noticed as he contacted Dro to go somewhere else and leave them alone for a while. After that, Dro left Sonata and Knight Light alone and met up with the thief as he turned back to normal waiting to see what Sonata was going to do.
Sonata brought out the letter that they were looking for and gave it to Knight Light, "This was addressed to you, specifically." As the Trap Master opened the letter, he read with confusion,
"Knight Light,
I've found out that you were spotted not very far from our new HQ, Skylander Academy. We were writing you this to ask about where were you until now. We all miss you, but reunions will have to wait. The Doom Raiders are back, although Luminous is imprisoned in Sunscraper Spire, they will try to free him. Skylands needs our help and we also need your help. The Academy is not far from here.
Your friend, Knight Mare" The Trap Master was confused since that this was the same letter that he lost on the day he and Sonata first met. He spotted several handprints on the letter as he recognized them,
"Knight Mare, Snap Shot, Wildfire, Tuff Luck, Wallop, Krypt King, Gusto, Enigma, and Gearshift. I remember these prints." He asked, " Sonata, where did you find this?"
The siren replied sadly, "I took it from you yesterday when you were distracted." Knight Light asked, "They were here?" Sonata replied with tears, "They are still here."
Knight Light didn't know what was going on, "I don't know what is going on? Why didn't you tell me about this?" All of a sudden, a flash of light slammed down in front of them and a light-blue alicorn stallion with a white mane, beard and tail, wearing a silver-horned helmet, a blue robe and an amulet that Knight Light recognizes as the alicorn spoke,
"That is because that she wasn't supposed to tell you. But as Knight Mare predicted, Love can change a Siren's perspective." He directed his attention to Sonata,
"You were sent here by the Doom Raiders to distract Knight Light to keep him away from Sunscraper Spire." The shocked Trap Master looked at the siren,
"You're a Doom Raider?" Sonata looked down to the ground as she rubbed her arm, knowing that her cover is blown, she looked at the Trap Master and Portal Master, "I am a Doom Raider, but since I failed, I don't want to face them again. I'm done with the Doom Raiders."
Nightshade and EQG Drobot appeared as the human Drobot asked, "If you're quitting the Doom Raiders, where would you go?" Sonata thought about this and realized that she has nowhere left to go and decided,
"I'll go with you, guys. I'm joining the Skylanders." EQG Drobot asked, "Why do you want to join the Skylanders?" Sonata replied, "I know I tried to kill you, but I'm tired of being with a group of bad guys. Since my sisters are really onboard with their plan, I was onboard until I met Knight Light, that's when I realized that there's a beautiful world out there and now I want to be a hero."
The Portal Master replied, "You are very more unusual than the other two. You are more misunderstood, not evil."
Sonata nodded, "You're right, I am misunderstood. But, who are you?" The Portal Master chuckled, "I forgot my manners, I am Eon, one of the three Portal Masters who have watched over the Portal Network from Equestria. And I accept your offer to joining the Skylanders."
The siren was shocked, "Wait, I'm a Skylander now!?" Eon shook his head, "Not yet, we have to first create a Soul Gem which would possess your element and become the source of your power." He gazed at the red jewel around her neck, "That amulet you wear is the source of your hypnotizing songs, but a Soul Gem is a special type of gem, that holds your power as a Skylander."
Sonata asked, "How do I get a Soul Gem?" Eon smiled, "You will know soon enough. We should return to the Portal Chamber and undergo the..." All of a sudden, Flynn's Ship appeared as Cali shouted,
"The ceremony will have to wait. Buzz contacted us and told us that Mags and the Mini-Skylanders went to Sunscraper Spire to find out more about the Light Element."
Sonata realized, "Their going into s Trap at the Spire!" Master Eon was shocked as he placed his wing against his head, "My worst fears have been realized. There is no time to waste, Sonata Dusk, Knight Light, you two and the Chosen Four must go to Sunscraper Spire and stop the Mini-Skylanders from releasing Luminous. If they already released him..."
Knight Light unsheathed his sword, "We'll have to battle Luminous himself." EQG Drobot pressed a button on his gauntlet as the Gyro-copter appeared from above as the canopy opened as Eon spoke,
"Dro, contact the others, tell them to meet you three at Sunscraper Spire." He looked at Knight Light and Sonata Dusk as they boarded the craft, "The Mini-Skylanders are relatively new and they do not know the dangers of Sunscraper Spire."
Knight Light nodded, "We will stop Luminous." Sonata asked, "But who are the Chosen Four?"
EQG Drobot spoke, "The Chosen Four is basically a term that was used to describe our me and my friends origins back home. None of us mind it, but it's just, Dro, Spy, Terry and Camo to you."
The canopy closed as the copter took off as Eon said before returning to the Portal Chamber, "Good Luck, Skylanders."
As the copter was in it's mid-air refueling phase, EQG Drobot decided to contact the other EQG Skylanders,
"Echo 2 to Echo 1, Spy, are you there?"
EQG Legendary Spyro's voice came on the line, "I hear you loud and clear, Dro. Heard about the infiltration. We're actually kind of shocked."
"That Sonata Dusk decided to join the Skylanders?"
"Exactly, but if Master Eon trusts her judgment, then so will I."
"Okay, I need you and the others to meet us at Sunscraper Spire. The Mini-Skylanders are being drawn into a trap!"
"We're launching from the Academy Hanger, right now. We'll meet you at the Spire, time is of the essence."
"Got it, Dro out!" After that, Flynn's voice came on the line, "Everything's A-Okay for fuel. Disconnect." The fuel slot disconnected with the refueling nozzle as the copter swerved passed Flynn's Ship. EQG Drobot looked at his passengers,
"Let's go stop Luminous!" Knight Light spoke as the copter sped up, "Sunscraper Spire Dead Ahead!"
During the flight to the Spire, EQG Drobot set the craft to Auto-pilot as Sonata started to ask Knight Light, "What is the history of Sunscraper Spire?"
Knight Light remembered, "Sunscraper Spire is a prison for the most dangerous villains of the Light Realm until Malefor's Conflict. The Light Realm wasn't involved in the war until the Radiant City was attacked by the Apes with Luminous leading the Ape Army. He was after the Starlight, the source of the city's energy, the Apes kept most of the city's armies occupied while Luminous retrieved the Starlight. But, he was not counting on me being there, he did not realize that I was the guardian of the Starlight. Knowing how this would end, we took to the skies and fought an epic battle for several days until I emerged victorious. But Luminous got away with his army.
When the Trap Team assaulted the Doom Raiders' Hideout, I fought Luminous again and defeated him. After the battle, I took him to Sunscraper Spire and sealed him inside, never to free himself. And with his powers stored within those seals, he would not be a problem. Then came the Assault on Cloudcracker Prison, the explosion followed by myself being frozen for several years."
Sonata decided to admit, "When Nightshade found you, you were frozen in the Crystal Empire in suspended animation."
Knight Light replied, "So he chipped my frozen form out and brought me here to be awakened."
Sonata asked, "How did you know?"
"Being frozen in crystal gives a lot to think about." stated Knight Light.
EQG Drobot spoke, "So I've contacted the rest of Echo Squadron and they will meet us at Sunscraper Spire."
Sonata asked, "Echo Squadron?" EQG Drobot replied, "That's the name of our air team. Spy leads Echo Squadron."
Sonata decided to ask, "What did that girl mean by 'ceremony?' Does have something to do with becoming a Skylander?"
EQG Drobot pulled out his Soul Gem, "This is a Soul Gem, it holds the elemental ability of a Skylander and is the source of his or her power. The ceremony is technically the creation of a Soul Gem. But we shall speak more of this when we stop Luminous."
Knight Light spoke, "We should be getting close to..." All of sudden a voice cried out, "Echo 3 to Echo 2. Dro, are you close to Sunscraper Spire?"
EQG Drobot replied, "Pretty close, Terry." EQG Terrafin said, "Good, because you might wanna see this. And it's not good." They all looked forward as three more Gyro-Copters joined up as they approached Sunscraper Spire as they saw four Light Energy beams connect with the tower itself as the center ring started spinning while discharging its energy. This sent a shock to Knight Light,
"I'm afraid, we are too late. Luminous is free!"
EQG Drobot replied, "Luminous might be free, but I guess we'll have to go to Plan B."
Sonata asked, "So we have to fight Luminous?" Knight Light replied, "His powers have returned, but he is ambitious. He would do anything to prevent capture again."
EQG Drobot decided, "We'll have to drop out of the copter over the center tower. But first..." He reached into a weapons locker and pulled out a V-shaped guitar that he built and handed it to the Ex-Dazzling, "Take this, it's a prototype weapon that can help you defend yourself against Luminous.
Sonata looked at her weapon, "This is a guitar, how is it supposed to defend me?"
EQG Drobot pulled up a schematic of the Battle Guitar, "The Battle Guitar Mk.1 is a prototype device combining ranged weaponry and sword and shield tactics. The Neck of the Guitar can detach from the main body when the upper left tuner is turned, the strings also detach and merge into a sword. While the body of the guitar changes into a shield automatically after the neck detaches. The V-Shaped Shield is also used as a blaster with the trigger placed on the body on the bottom side of the guitar."
Sonata turned the upper left tuner as the neck detached and merged into a sword as the body, now attached to her left arm turned into a shield. As the trigger and blaster ability powered up as the sword started to glow a bright white. It was odd at first until Sonata realized,
"This is incredible, can I really do this?" EQG Drobot smiled, "There's only one way to find out." He pushed a button on the dashboard which caused all three of them to drop out of the aircraft, while the rest follow up.
Meanwhile, the Mini-Skylanders have reached the Super Bounce Pad that leads to the tower. But as they were about to use it, a flash of light occurred and Dark Spyro emerged in its wake. Spry asked,
"What are you doing here, Dark Spyro?"
Dark Spyro replied, "You guys are being pulled into a trap!" Terrabite asked, "Whachu talkin' about, Dark?"
Dark Spyro stated, "Sunscraper Spire is Luminous' Prison and now you've released him! He's been leading you guys to the four seals to free him this whole time!"
Trigger Snappy spoke, "Mags was..." Dark Spyro interrupted, "Being impersonated by Luminous!"
Breeze asked, "How would know that the Mags we saw was Luminous?"
Barkley realized, "Come to think of it, she was acting strange when we activated the first and second beam."
Eye-Small stated, "When we got curious, she didn't want us to think that she is some bad guy trying to escape a prison."
Weeruptor spoke, "That's what I thought she said. *burp*"
Dark Spyro shook his head, "Now we need to prevent Luminous from escaping. Let's go see what 'Mags' wanted us to see." They used the Super Bounce-Pad which sprung them into the tower as Dark Spyro and the Mini-Skylanders landed in the center of the room as Mags approached, which wasn't as obvious to Dark Spyro due to his eyesight,
"Since you were kind enough to turn the Light Energy beams onto the Spire, I thought you should all be the first to see the wonderful thing that just happened!"
She soon smirked evilly as she slammed her staff down, revealing the real mastermind behind this scheme as the bright figure spoke,
"Hah, the one you thought was Mags was none other than me..."
"LUMINOUS, YOU'RE SHORT TIME OF FREEDOM IS OVER!!" said a voice that was familiar to the Evil Overlord of the Light Element as he looked up and saw the familiar flapping wings of a certain Trap Master. Luminous was shocked,
"Knight Light, how very long has it been since you stuffed me in here?"
"While you were in here, the war has long since been over and I was in suspended animation." spoke Knight Light as he dropped to the ground.
Luminous sprung out three shields that circled around him as he spoke, "Are you ready, Knight Light, to take on my power that your friends unwittingly help me to generate?"
Knight Light smiled, "Yes...WE are!" At that moment, the Chosen Four dropped down to the ground with Sonata Dusk wielding her Battle Guitar with the shield up.
Luminous floated into the air while firing his light beams at the group as they dispersed. Knight Light told the group, "Luminous stops his attacks to recharge, when he stops, his shields go down!"
EQG Drobot scanned the data, "I got it! Once his defense is down, we all attack him at the same time!"
Everyone agreed as Luminous stopped his attack and defense fell, Knight Light slashed his scimitar, the Chosen Four managed to attack Luminous with Magic, Tech, Earth and Life attacks before the Light Doom Raider teleported away as he soon shouted as crystals began falling,
"The Stars shall rain down on you!" As the crystals landed and stuck out of the ground, Terrabite punched and broke the crystal, sending it back to Luminous and shattering one of his shields as Luminous started his beam attack again. He spoke,
"Time to see the Light, Skylanders!" Several Crystal dropped down as Knight Light destroyed a few and shattered two of Luminous' three shields. EQG Drobot spotted a window of opportunity as he brought his glove up and said,
"Double Barrel Blasters!" His Mechanical Wings formed around his hands created the two Barrel Blasters from before as he fired onto Luminous as the Doom Raider spoke,
"I wasn't expecting that!" EQG Drobot's blasters turned back to wings as he spoke, "Then we'll surprise you!"
EQG Camo flung his Vine Whip at Luminous' Arm as the Doom Raider was pulled to the ground and swung around like a toy and tossed back to the ground. Luminous retaliated with a Light beam that knocked a charging EQG Terrafin to the ground. But he managed to stand up and fight.
Luminous knew that if things don't go his way, he would surely be defeated. He called down more crystal shards which the Skylanders shattered, with a stray shard scraping against Dark Spyro as the dragon winced in pain, but still got up. So the Doom Raider decided to speak,
"You know what just occurred to me? I haven't shown you the massive power your friends have unwittingly helped me to generate." He turned around and floated across the bridge as he spoke, "Come Skylanders, right this way. Ooh, this is going to be sweet..."
Knight Light and the others followed as Luminous waited at the edge of a battle arena as four statues emerged with Luminous in the center of the statues as he used his Light Powers to generate it into the statues as two light beams fired. EQG Legendary Spyro and Knight Light looked at Luminous' attack as the Trap Master spoke,
"His attack is very powerful and difficult to dodge. The fact is that he is starting to grow desperate to defeat us."
EQG Legendary Spyro asked, "Could we redirect the light beam to reflect it back onto Luminous?"
Knight Light was about to reply until Luminous started his regular beam attack as they dodged them. He decided to speak while dodging, "We could, but we need to destroy those statues that are generating the beam. We also need a shield to deflect it!"
The human Skylander nodded as he smashed a falling crystal although a shard of it left a cut on his wrist as some blood dripped from it, "But I doubt Wildfire would be of any help at the moment since he's still recovering from his headache!"
EQG Terrafin asked while landing a few hits on an undefended Luminous, "What about Sonata? She's got that Battle Guitar!"
EQG Drobot realized as he smashed as statue, "Of course!" He called to the Ex-Dazzling, "Sonata, When that beam attack occurs, Use the shield to reflect it back onto Luminous!"
Sonata started to wobble in shock, "I...I don't think I...could..." EQG Legendary Spyro shouted as he clutched his left wrist in pain, "Listen Sonata, You're a Skylander now! No matter how scared you are, You can do this! Think about never seeing us again or better yet, think about never seeing Knight Light again if we fail!"
That suddenly jolted her mind into order as she spotted Luminous, just about to unleash his Mega Beam Attack with Knight Light caught in the crossfire. Instantly, she gripped her sword, eyes turning red with anger as she sped towards Knight Light as the she went in front of the Trap Master with her Battle Shield deflecting the beam as her blue translucent Siren wings appeared which generated the power of Light and reflecting it towards Luminous as the Doom Raider saw this,
"What the...." He was instantly blasted by his own attack and it actually hurt more than he generates it. Soon enough, he was encased in a dome of energy. Sonata Dusk lowered her shield as her wings disappeared, she panted in exhaustion knowing that Knight Light was safe as the rest of the group came to her as EQG Drobot spoke,
"Nice job, Sonata!" EQG Legendary Spyro stated, "That's what a display of power feels like."
Sonata replied, "That was astonishing. I never thought my powers would be like that...I absorbed Luminous' power and sent it back to him."
EQG Camo stated, "Probably from your Siren powers." EQG Terrafin spoke, "Well, I guess I owe you five dollars now."
Knight Light smiled, "Now, what to do with Luminous." EQG Legendary Spyro knew what to do as the Princesses appeared in a hologram, "Use a Light Trap on Luminous."
Luminous spoke from the dome, "Don't worry, I am sure your choice would fall on you soon."
Celestia replied, "And it has!" A thump of energy occurred as a yellowish white vortex emerged right in front of Luminous. He looked at it, took off his helmet revealing his round yellow head as he spoke,
"I must head towards the Light without fear!" He tossed his helmet towards the vortex as he ran towards it as well, "Even in defeat, I shall shine like a STTTTTTTTTTTTTTTAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The vortex faded as Celestia held the trap containing Luminous as the villain spoke from the trap, "Uh, How is this going to effect the status of my evil plan? I assume negatively, but I thought I would check."
Celestia spoke, "You are trapped within Traptanium, Luminous. And I know how much you fear the dark even your own shadow."
Luna soon stated, "I suggest leaving him in my room for a couple of days, sister."
Luminous replied, "The embodiments of Night and Day!? Uh...well...I suppose I've seen the light...not wanting to be blasted by my own power again. I am at your service, your highnesses."
Knight Light looked shocked as the holograms faded, "He actually accepted his fate better than when I sealed him in here." EQG Drobot replied, "It's rare. Anyways, let's go to the Portal Chamber and make our friend, Sonata Dusk into an official Skylander."
Dark Spyro and the Mini-Skylanders approached as the dragon replied, "I couldn't agree more." He looked up to the sky, "Princesses, Pull us out!" And they all disappeared in a flash of light.
At the Doom Raiders' Hideout, Dr. Krankcase couldn't believe the day that he is having right now. Not only have the Skylanders have cut off their supply of green goo to power the Stinkocity for the Ultimate Weapon, their plan of freeing Luminous has failed and the worst part of all, is Sonata Dusk betraying the Doom Raiders to join the Skylanders! Not only will the remaining two Dazzlings not like this, but the Golden Queen wouldn't like any of it!
As he sped up the steps to the throne, Dr. Krankcase occasionally saw Wolfgang always having the troll, Glumshanks wave that fan at the werewolf. The scientist often agreed with Nightshade about 'putting the mutt in his place.' But now that the thief was captured, he still agreed with his funny negative statements towards Wolfgang. But now he turned his attention towards the Golden Queen, who was looking at that same picture of Krypt King, he soon spoke,
"Problem, My Queen. The Skylanders have cut off our supply of slimy green goo!" Wolfgang blandly stated, "If you ask me, we're better off without all that stench!"
Krankcase scientifically stated, "Stinkocity to be exact. And believe it or not, it's one of the most powerful forces in Skylands." Wolfgang ignored his statement and nagged,
"Blah, blah, it still smells horrible!" The scientist soon continued, "Anyway, without enough stinkocity to start the reaction, our Ultimate Weapon will simply WILL NOT work!"
The Golden Queen was really angry about this, "Are you telling me? YOU FAILED, DR. KRANKCASE!"
Dr. Krankcase actually had more, "No, no, no, I still have more bad news!" The Queen kept her staff trained on him as he spoke,
"Luminous was captured by the Skylanders...and Knight Light was among them!!" All of a sudden, Adagio Dazzle and Aria Blaze appeared as the leader spoke,
"I thought Sonata was supposed to distract him!" Krankcase pulled out a recon drone that he sent to the spire, "Well, that's the thing, the drone recorded this when Luminous was defeated." He played the recording that showed Luminous' Mega Light Beam being used against him as the image of a very familiar siren standing with a shield up in front of the very Light Trap Master they had to distract. Aria Blaze replied in rage,
"That Taco-Eating Traitor!! She ditched us for them!" The Golden Queen was way beyond total rage when she saw this recording, "So she has Betrayed us! And now what do have to say for this?!"
Dr. Krankcase decided to reveal a Plan B, "I have a solution to all of this!" He held up a piece of stinky cheese, "We can replace the Stinky Goo with this!"
Wolfgang sniffed the cheese and said, "That's not near as stinky enough!" Krankcase stated, "It will be in the next 5 to 10 years." He explained his plan, "All we need to do is to bury this thing, go into the future and bring it back. By then, the stinkocity vector would be off the charts!"
Adagio asked, "I'll leave the stinky cheese chase for Wolfgang. But what are we going to do about Sonata's betrayal?"
Dr. Krankcase pressed a button on the recon drone which popped out a singed strand of yellow hair, a black dragon scale and a vial of dragon blood. He soon explained,
"I came up with this project just if any of the three of you had second thoughts. Since Sonata left, the recon drone recovered these three samples of DNA from the EQG Legendary Spyro and Dark Spyro. If the study of the four's origins are correct, we can create an evil version of the leader of the four."
Aria asked, "A Darker version, are you serious?" Krankcase replied, "Certainly serious."
Adagio realized, "If he would fight for us, he would be a suitable replacement."
Krankcase smiled at this, but realized one fatal flaw in his future cheese solution, "But about the cheese plan, naturally to travel through time...We're gonna need a Portal Master."
Wolfgang spoke, "What? Is that all? I hate to inform ya, mate. There's only One Portal Master in Skylands, Kaos. And we just gave him the boot!" The Golden Queen soon spoke, "What are you waiting for? Both of You! Retrieve Kaos...at once. I WANT THAT CHEESE!" She soon reminded the Dazzlings, "And as for you two, I Want that Super-Soldier created at once!"
Dr. Krankcase spoke, "The Birthing Tank where the final phase takes place, is in my new lab...its at Kaos' Wilikin Factory."
The Queen angrily stated, "Then get it done! I don't want those Skylanders delaying us any longer!"
They all acknowledged this and left the throne room leaving the Golden Queen alone with the exception of Glumshanks as the leader of the Doom Raiders looked at the Krypt King picture,
"It will soon be over, Krypt King. Once I have Skylands, you will have no option to bend to me!"
As the group appeared in the Portal Chamber, Knight Light and Sonata were in awe at the whole set up. They just stepped off the Traptanium Portal of Power as they approached the Royal Sisters along with their human versions as Sonata recognized them,
"You were with them?" Principal Celestia replied, "Just as you decided to join them. That was a brave thing you did."
Knight Light met up with his other Trap Team companions as they reunited with each other. Master Eon soon approached Sonata as he smiled,
"I am very proud of you for what you did at Sunscraper Spire. The Battle Guitar worked its charms as well as your abilities as a Siren."
Sonata asked, "But what about this ceremony?" Eon nodded, "I suppose it's time for you to join our ranks."
As all Skylanders gathered around, as Eon pulled out a beaker containing the elemental serum. He spoke to Sonata,
"Sonata Dusk, You have been called upon to obtain an Element of Skylands. To harness a single element, to control and hold it within your very soul." He handed her the beaker, "And from this moment forth..." The Siren drank the serum, "You are a Skylander."
After this, Sonata's hands started to glow bright yellow as she felt a piece of herself separate from her physical form as she fell to her knees. When she looked up, she saw a translucent version of herself glowing a yellowish-white as it soon shifted into the symbol of the Light Element before shifting into a gem. As soon as it was completed, the gem soon floated into Sonata's hands as she looked in shock. Eon smiled as she got up,
"It is finished. Welcome, Sonata Dusk of the Light Element."
They all cheered as they saw their former enemy become a Skylander. But now is not the time to celebrate. As Eon saw Kaos appear as the little guy spoke,
"Eon, this is no time to celebrate...I just received a postcard from my old Wilikin Factory announcing its re-opening...Under New Management. It's got to be those stupid Doom Raiders! Oh, This is the last straw!"
The Alicorn Stallion nodded, "Of course, it is, Kaos." He turned to Sonata, "Go with the Chosen Four to the Wilikin Factory and find out what they are up to. You are now a member of the Echo Squadron."
Kaos soon spoke, "HOLD IT, EON! SHE's now on OUR SIDE?" Celestia soon stepped in, "She is, Kaos! Keep in mind that you also agreed to help us."
The little guy shrugged, "Fine, but I'm going with them. It's time those Gloom Raiders were taught a lesson. And when I teach a lesson, brother, it stays taught!"
Soon enough, the Chosen Four, Kaos and Sonata jumped into the portal with the boys shouting, "COWABUNGA!!!"
