Twilight and Solarium have been dating for about three years now. The ponies of Equestria were getting used to the fact that Solarium had a special somepony. Although, a lot of mares were not all that happy about it. At the moment Twilight and Solarium were in his study in the Castle that the Twilight knew at the Castle of The Two Sisters, but in this time frame, it was called The Everfree Castle. They were by the fireplace both reading some books. Twilight was reading a book that was in her infinity book that she had recently placed into it. While Solarium was reading the book that he got earlier from twilight for the last Hearth's Warming. All the while holding Twilight in a wing embrace. Even though this was not what others would consider very romantic. Solarium would have to admit Twilight's idea, of a perfect date was very enjoyable. The two have been doing this many times, but each time was more special than the last. Sure, the two went out on dates and such, but they were simple dates like a simple picnic and such. Sure they went out on very extravagant dates once in awhile and did enjoy them. But if they tried to do too many of them in multiple successions like every other date. It just didn't work out. Because those kinds of dates became overwhelming at times for Twilight. This was a trait that Solarium like about her. He didn't need to do too much to please her and can focus more on loving her and when he did think of doing something special. It felt far better than what normal couples would do one special dates and occasions. Which reminded him that tomorrow was Hearts and Hooves day. He had planned something extra special for Twilight tomorrow. Which he has been keeping it a secret from her this whole entire time. At some point Twilight started looking up towards him. Noticing a look in his eyes that she'd gotten to know quite well knowing that he was up to something. She decided to investigate. "I know that look what are you up to?"
At hearing this Solarium chuckled. "I'm sorry dear. But I do not know what you're talking about."
Twilight quirked one of her eyebrows. "Really because that look your eyes telling me you're up to something."
"What look?"
"You know exactly what I'm talking about."
The two kept staring at each other before they burst into laughter. "But seriously, what are you up to?"
"If I was planning something which I'm not. I wouldn't be tell you anything because I would like to keep it as a surprise."
At hearing this Twilight gave out a little pout that Solarium thought was just adorable. So he leaned down to kiss Twilight, which she returned the kiss as well. They did this for a little bit before they parted lips at that moment, someone knocked at the door. "Twilight dear brother. It's time for supper."
"All right Luna were coming. Come on Twilight, we don't want to keep her in the others waiting now do we?"
And nodded her head in agreement and they went off to the dining room for supper. Everyone began to eat and everything was normal until Luna decided to ask the question. "So are you two lovebirds excited for tomorrow?"
At hearing this Twilight gave doubt a quizzical look when also Solarium froze. "Luna, what's tomorrow?"
"Twilight, tomorrow is Hearts and Hooves day."
"I thought I was next week. Good thing I was, prepared ahead of time in selecting a gift for Solarium last week."
Just then Twilight realized what that glint in Solarium's eyes was for. "All right, Solarium what you got plan tomorrow?"
"I do not know what you're talking about?"
"Oh no you used that card are ready in your private steady. That look in your eyes that you were showing in the steady. It was you thinking about what you have plan tomorrow for us don't you dare lie to me on that."
At hearing this Solarium knew that he was caught and if he tried a denied any farther. It would upset Twilight and he never wanted to see her upset. "Yes, I got something planned for to us tomorrow, but I want it to be a surprise so you're just going to have to wait and see."
At hearing this Twilight sighed in defeat. "Fine, you win."
At hearing this, everyone at the table besides Twilight. Began to chuckle in amusement soon after Twilight joined in. The next day after they ate breakfast. Solarium had everything packed for his little surprise and went to find Twilight. When all the while Twilight was looking for him. While carrying her Hearts and Hooves day present. Solarium was just going down the hallway when Twilight noticed the end of his tail. At first she was planning on just calling out to him to let him know that she was right behind him. But then started thinking that since Nightmare Night didn't exist... Also, she wanted to see how he would react if she came up from behind him. She decides to try to scare him instead. So she tiptoed behind him and as he stopped for a moment to debate where to look next. Twilight flapped her wings as quietly as she could and then grabbed him by the shoulder, saying. "What you're doing?!"
At this Solarium jumped in surprise. He did not have the experience that his future self Celestia had. So he was quite easy to surprise compare in comparison. He did not pick up that trade of not being surprised and knowing when somebody is around him. Until around the time Celestia and Luna defeated Discord. So soon after this happened he whipped his head towards Twilight. "By my own sun, you scared me."
At hearing this Twilight began to chuckle. "Sorry, but I couldn't resist. Anyways, happy Hearts and Hooves day."
And with that Twilight presented us small box to him. At seeing this Solarium took hold of the box with his magic and unwrapped it. To see that it was, filled with balls that smelled like chocolate cake before. Solarium could ask what they were Twilight did him to it. "There cake truffles you see in my time there are some parts of Equestria. Has a tradition for mare's to make chocolate for the stallion that they like. Also in my timeframe ponies got like creative with cake. So I just made a chocolate cake then turned them into a couple. Another way you can do it is turn them into cake pop which is comical lollipop. But instead of the candy part it has cake on it instead. Do you like it?"
"Yes I do very much. Thank you Twilight now are you ready for your Hearts and Hooves day present?"
At hearing this Twilight nodded her head. "Then follow me."
The two walk together for a while. Until the reached the chariot platform wearer some Royal guards were waiting for them. Seeing this Twilight began to wonder if Solarium was going to take her to Canterlot, but didn't ask, since she knew that more than likely Solarium would not answer her question. So she just got on the chariot and as soon as both of them were in the chariot the guards began to fly off with them. As they were traveling by carriage. Twilight looked around the scenery was breathtaking at first. During their journey to wherever Solarium was planning on taking her. Twilight thought that her guess on where they were going was true. Since they were heading towards the mountains. But then they flew past Canterlot, so she began to start to think up one other place Solarium could be taking her. "Solarium are you taking me to the Crystal Empire?"
"No, I'm not there is a place I know that I think you would like. It seems like we're heading to the Crystal Empire, but pretty soon we're going to make a turn."
At hearing this Twilight nodded and just as Solarium said. They did make a turn at some point. They ended up in of forest. Surrounded by the mountains at this point the guards that were pulling the chariot started lowering down a little bit. Not much but enough for Twilight notice. Which normally means that there are close to their destination. But not close enough to start a full on landing. So she began to look around to see if she could see where they were going to land. Eventually she looked straight ahead once more and gasped at what she saw.

Celestia was in the Royal archives. Even though at some point Celestia and Luna lived at the Castle of The two sisters. All Royal legal affairs happened in Canterlot. Since that was where Celestia and Luna's parents considered home. The reason why Celestia was in the Royal archives was because she needed to start gathering old documents. For starters, the documents that had any mention of Solarium becoming Celestia. As well as the rules that allowed her to remain as Celestia. This was because there was a catch. The catch was if Celestia ever found Twilight Shimmer again. As in the future, not the time that she first met Twilight. And learned her real name not Twilight shimmer, but her real part after Twilight. And now that she knows that Twilight Shimmer is Twilight Sparkle. To be honest, it should have been obvious to Celestia. She should have realized it after Twilight met Sunset. That Twilight just took the last part of Sunsets Name and use it as part of her own. Which more than likely was, meant to be a hint for Celestia, but she paid no heed to the hint. But she couldn't keep thinking about it because she had to follow with the catch. Since she is an Alicorn of her word so she has to pull all these documents show them to the Council, then tell the news media about this. Upon which, she would announce that she would no longer going to be Celestia anymore, but Solarium once again. She was not all that sure she was ready to go back to being a stallion. "I am so not looking forward with dealing with the Council the Royal Council. The Council of this time are not as open-minded as their ancestors. I don't even want to think what Prince Blueblood is going to say up about all this. Then there the whole media asking a bazillion and then some questions. About how I could be really a stallion and why I became a mare in the first place. It's going to be hectic for a while. I'm pretty sure Discords going to enjoy it. Knowing my luck as soon as I let out that one bit of detail mares all over will want her or him. It's gonna take a long time for me to refer to myself as Solarium again."
At this Celestia started looking for the one other set of documents she needed as well. These were all about Twilight as well. Celestia was not looking forward to this when she finally announced it. Especially the fact that she will also have to deal with Cadence, Shining, Spike, Twilight's parents and friends. Then she also has to contact her parents as well. "I know Cadence is gonna be all giddy finding out that Twilight and I have a romantic relationship. Although it still will be awkward her finding out I'm really a stallion and not mare. Shining Armor, Nightlight, and Twilight Velvet going to go all protective. As soon as they learn about our relationship. Then if I tell them that some creepy unicorn killed Twilight in the past, they're all gonna be heartbroken. I don't even know how Spikes going to react. Pinkie pie will probably one of for a party... Until she hears part about the creepy unicorn killing Twilight. Applejack is gonna be really mad at me for some time for and calling me a liar for a while. Rainbow Dash is probably going to want to beat me up. For letting the unicorn hurt Twilight in the first place. Fluttershy is probably gonna just cry the whole time. Rarity will probably want to flirt with me until she finds out that I've already been taken by Twilight. Then as soon as she hears that a creepy unicorn killed Twilight. She's gonna probably start shouting out and I quote. *This. Is. The. Worst. Possible. Thing. That. Could. Happen!* And then she'll summon a fainting couch out of nowhere and pass out on it. And I'm not looking forward to whatever Discord has up his sleeves when he finds out."
It was not going to be fun, along with the fact that. Discord was going to find out that she could already see many ways Discord could use this to aggravate her.
