I woke up the next morning, and turned to Luna, to find her not there. I looked around the room, then I heard a crash from the kitchen. I walked down to the kitchen, and there was Luna, holding an apple, on the ground. When she saw me, she dropped the apple and slithered to me.
I sighed and picked her up, and my hand through her hair. I looked at the day and realized it was Saturday. I picked up the apple, and headed to the living room. I placed her on the couch and gave her the apple, went to my movies, and grabbed The Invisible Man, then I placed it into my dvd player and sat down on my couch.
After the commercials were over, Luna gave me the core, I got up and threw it away. As soon as I sat down, Luna got onto my lap. Half way through the movie, I start dozing off, then I heard someone say, “Dada.” My eyes shot wide open, and looked around, then my rested on Luna, staring up at me, then she said, “Dada.” I smiled, and said, as I stroked her back, “Yeah, I’m your dad.” and thought to myself, in 36 hours, she learned how to slither and talk, they grow up too fast. Then we finished the movie.
After the movie, I looked at the clock, it was 11:53. I walked to the kitchen, to grab some lunch, and turned around to see Luna getting off the couch and start following me. I grabbed the bread and cheese, and started making two cheese sandwiches. When I got to the table, I was blinded by a blue light. I reached out and grabbed my doctor who sonic screwdriver keychain, placed her sandwich and said, “remember, don’t eat too quick.” She looked at me, smiled, and took a bite.
After lunch, we headed back to the living room, I got on my ps3, to finish Lego Batman, and Luna relax, on my lap, and watch me play. After 2 and a half hour, I finished the game. I set the controller down and looked at Luna. She was napping on my lap, and by the stories and comics I read and the reference, she can nap for a while. I picked her up and placed her on the couch, and head to my room to get dressed.
After I got dressed, I grabbed my car keys, and walked out the door. I got into my car and drove to Gamestop. As I was driving, I thought about lamias and Luna. I read some lamias are able to hypnotized living creatures, and I wondered if Luna will be able to do that. When I got there, I walked in, got the usual greeting, and walked to the ps3 area. I looked at the games and grabbed Lego Star Wars the complete edition, Soul Calibur 4, Motorstorm, Call of Duty, a headset, and an another remote. I walked to the cashier, handed the person my card and my money, then I grabbed my stuff and headed for my car.
When I got home, I opened the door and was attacked. Luna leaped at me from the couch, crying. I held her close to my body, stroked her hair, and said, “What’s wrong?”
She said, crying, “When I woke up, I didn’t see you by me. I thought you left me.”
I said, while still stroking her hair, “I just went to get more games, and as long as I live I will never leave you”
