"MARIO!" The deep shrill voice echoed from the entrance. "You finally woke up!" Bowser said, as he walked into the room.
"Oh, come on Bowser don't start with me!" Mario said, rolling his eyes.
"We have unfinished binuess!"
"Look, you saw Fawful. Let me go and we can work together to destroy him...wait a minute, didn't you get sucked into Equestria too?"
"Hu, Fawful? what the heck are you talking about you idiot?!"
"Didn't you see, I was saving the princess then Fawful came and sucked us into a portal!"
"Like I said: too many mushrooms." Private whispered to the others, causing them to giggle.
"Shut up, Minions!" Bowser screamed. "How the hell do you expect Fawful to come back? he said he was done with evil!"
"yeah, that's what I thought! but apparently he returned!"
"Oh yeah...TRUE! And purple unicorns exist too! you're gonna sit in this cell so I can capture the princess!" Bowser said, before letting Mario finish he stormed off. "COME MINIONS!"
"Roger!" Paraplonk said, saluting Bowser, as the three followed him out.
"Damn you Bowser, Damn you Fawful..." Mario Mumbled as he looked out the window of his cell. watching as Bowser, the elite trio, and Kamek all trotted across the path and twords Peach's castle. "Why does this have to happen?" then suddenly, a light appeared behind Mario, and in a little bubble was a slightly transperant...Celestia! with yellow glowing at her horn.
"M-Mario...can you hear me?" Celestia asked.
"Uh...yeah! yeah I can!"
"Good, I have some important information and not much time!"
"Oh, okay I'll listen, unless of coarse I do need to lay off the Mushrooms..." Mario said, rubbing his chin.
"My name is Princess Celestia, Now as you know, there's someone named Fawful, and he's up to no good!"
"Yeah, I know!"
"He's traveling through the dimensions, causing all kinds of trouble!"
"Can you tell me something I don't already know?"
"Okay, there is something called the Infastar, there's one in our world and one in your world, he's trying to get his hands on them...they're so powerful that he can use them to mush both worlds together, creating a horrid unstable world, with no Harmony or Happiness!"
"Oh, okay...but wait, why doesn't bowser remember when Fawful attacked us?"
"Becuse, not only did the spheres send you to your world, they sent you back in time too! I think Fawful tampered with them...he knows where up to something! and from what I can gather, he's not alone!"
"Not alone?! who's with him?!"
"Well, he has the changeling queen, queen Chrysalis! and some Jester guy we can't figure out!"
"What's a Changeling?"
"You'll find out..."
Lemmie guess...I gotta stop them!"
"Unfortunately yes...we can't quite locate the whereabouts of the mane six, Spike, or your friend Dreambert... though...so It's up to you and your brother!"
"But how do we get out of this castle? and what are we supposed to do?"
"There's a temple that holds the infastars for both worlds, I'm sending someone to help you find them...I'm loosing connection...he'll be...there...soon..." the bubble then diapered.
"Who did she send?" Mario then sat there for a minute, then a magic light appeared in the middle of the room, it inflated rapidly before...poppping. but nothing appeared? "Uhh...hello?" then something appeared under Mario's hat.
"Ugh...the trip here was a rough one!" Discord then popped out from under Mario's hat, and grew out from his hair, wearing his hat. "Ugh...when Celestia sent me to this Dank castle, I didn't know she meant THIS dank..." Discord said, before taking Mario's hat off and putting it back on Mario.
"Who are you?" Mario asked, with both confusion and fear in his voice.
"I am Discord, spirit of chaos!" Discord said "Although some might call me the spirit of fun, too!" Discord said, winking at Mario. "And you're uhh...Mario I presume?" Discord asked, looking at a scroll.
"Uhh...yeah, are you the person Celestia sent?"
"The one and only, okay, so I suppose I've got to help you defeat this Fawful guy..." Discord said.
"But you aren't a pony!" Mario exclaimed.
"Equestria is full of magical creatures, just like your world." Discord said, walking away wail shrugging. "Either way, this chapter has been full of enough dialogue, let's get on with the action!" Discord then appeared under Mario, causing him to ride him. "Watch this!" Discord then turned flat, and slipped through the bars.
"woah, I wish I could do that!" Mario said, smiling.
"MARIO!" Luigi yelled, on the other side of the room was Luigi's cell. "But M-Mario...what is that?" Luigi asked, clearly terrified.
"Oh, poor old Discord..." Discord said. "I didn't do anything to deserve such treatment!" Discord said, wiping his eyes with a handkerchief.
"It's okay Luigi, he's here to help us!" Mario said.
"Oh good...I guess..." Luigi mumbled. Discord then flattened and saved Luigi the same way, causing him to ride him as well.
"MARIO!" they heard the voice echo from the halls.
"STARLOW!" Mario yelled. "Discord, that way!" Mario exclaimed, pointing down the hall.
"Oh, fine..." Discord then slithered down the hall, much like a snake. right before getting to Starlow's cage, he dissapeared.
"Uhh...hello?" Starlow asked, looking confused.
then right behind her, Discord appeared. "I gotta save you now, right?" Discord asked.
"AHH!" Sratlow screamed, right before Discord grabbed her...and slipped through the bars. he went into a slide position and caused Mario and Luigi to slide down him. "WHO IS THAT?! and where is Dreambert?!" Starlow asked
"I'll explain once we get out of the castle, let's just go!" Mario exlaimed. the group then made their way out of the castle.
Meanwhile in the Equestria Infastar temple:
"I HAVE CHORTLES!" Fawful yelled, standing over the infastar.
"Yes, you do have Chortles, my new master!" said...Dimentio! "now, can I please squeeze the life out these eight now?" Dimentio asked, floating twords a cage, holding the Mane six, Spike and Dreambert.
"You won't get away with this!" yelled Rainbow Dash.
"Mario and Luigi will stop the three of you, and you won't get away with this!" Twilight yelled, stomping her hoof against the ground.
"Oh yes we will..." said Chrysalis, walking twords Twilight, and rubbing Twilight's chin, with her hoof...causing Twilight to blow out of her nose.
"I...HAVE...POWER!" Fawful yelled, as he grabbed the infastar "I have the first infastar...now we must go to the mushroom kingdom and get that one!" Fawful said.
"Yes my lord..." said queen Chrysalis. "but what about these nussesnces?" Chrysalis asked, pointing at the cage.
"Dimentio, you can have the dealing with them!" Fawful said.
"Why thank you, my master..." Dimentio exclaimed. " I will meet you in Dimension-D in a little bit!" Dimentio said, wile snapping and sending the ponies and pi'illo to Demension-D. "ciao!" he said as he followed Fawful and Chrysalis out the door...
"HOW ARE WE GONNA ESCAPE?" Rainbow yelled. the eight of them where trapped in Demension-D.
"I don't know, I don't know how we'll stop them either...I didn't research the infastar as much as I should've..." Twilight said...
Apple jack then scratched the back of her head. "And what was that nonsense about another infastar they where talkin' about?"
"I don't know...but where just gonna have to trust the Plumbers for now..." Twilight said.
"Yeah, they can do anything!" Dreambert yelled. I've seen them acomplish anything they wanted, easy hard, stupid, important...they are up to the challenge for sure!" Dreambert said, raising his voice.
"I hope..." mumbled Fluttershy.
Meanwhile outside of Bowser's castle:
"...and so, that's what happened" Said Mario. they where sitting on rocks aligned in a circle.
"Oh, I see...so I wonder where the ponies are..." Luigi said, again scared.
"Well, where never gonna get those infastars by just sitting around!" Starlow exclaimed.
"Let's-a-go!" Mario yelled.
"Okeydokey!" followed Luigi. they all got up and started walking along the path, besides for Discord. "Come on Discord!" Luigi yelled.
"Oh, all right..." Discord replied, holding a stick with a marshmallow over a pool of lava. he then warped it away and crossed his arms.
the group then walked across the path, not sure where their next destination was gonna be...
