"I got a job at a candy store in Canterlot I decided it fit well with my cutie mark. After a few days I met this nice mare name Lyra Heartstrings after having her visit the shop multiple times and we became friends. She seems nice but she does have her faults one of which is the weird way she sits. In fact our legs don't normally bend that way."

"I found out more about this Lyra. She is only a year younger than me and her special talent is playing a stringed instrument called a lyre. Looks like her name was good one huh?"
"Anyway these past days have been uneventful but Lyra makes it a bit more bearable."

"I don't know how but Lyra some how knows about humans. She even knows the words everybody, somebody, everyone, people, humankind, homo homo sapiens and even about cars. I don't know how she knows about the one human who visited us twenty years ago. All of the evidence was burned, not even some of the ponies in our agency know about it. For now I'll play dumb."

"I have some form of good news, Lyra invited me to stay over at her house. She is a nice mare no doubt. The way she plays the Lyre makes me feel warm inside, uh anyway I haven't heard anything from my fellow agents I hope they're doing okay."

"It's been nearly two months after my last audio diary. I went to one of Lyra's concerts yesterday, she did an amazing job. The way her dress made her shine in the moonlight... um she also played a duet with a talented cellist named Octavia Melody. She deserved a standing ovation."

"Lyra and I moved away from Canterlot to a small town named Ponyville. In my opinion it's a better location for she and I to live, not to mention it's better to keep my secret."
"I wonder what if I'll open a candy shop. I'm starting to get really good at making candy. Looks like the surgery must of worked better than I thought."

"Nightmare Moon has returned and she kidnapped Princess Celestia luckily she was quickly defeated and Princess Celestia came back this time with her little sister, Princess Luna. If you saw how shocked Lyra was! She looked so cute er I mean... ugh whatever."
19 months 14 days and 6 hours after the incident.
"We have our first day of snowfall. It was beautiful the way the snowflakes danced in the wind. I never seen anything like it, Canterlot does receive snowfall but nothing like Ponyville."
"As immature as it was Lyra and had a snowball fight. I never knew fighting with snowballs could be so fun. Lyra had an advantage with her horn but it didn't matter she was no match for my razor sharp reflexes but I let her win, huh normally I hate losing."

"Yesterday was officially the first day of winter, but there was a huge snow storm and we were trapped inside our house. Normally I would hate being contained but Lyra made it pretty fun, we read horror stories, we made s'mores over the fireplace, we even slept in sleeping bags. That mare she is a bundle of joy and I can't get enough of her."

"Lyra talks a lot but she never seems annoying, our conversations are usually one sided but they can go on for hours. Sometimes I zone out as I stare at her beautiful golden eyes that shine like the sun... whoa where did that come from?"

Lyra and I went to Canterlot for Hearth's Warming Eve. We saw all sorts of things even an eight foot candy cane."
"We ended our visit by watching a play acted out by the elements of harmony themselves. As entertaining as it was the story was completely not true, but if ponies did find out they would probably never look at themselves in the mirror again."
20 months 2 days and 19 hours after the incident.
"I haven't been feeling too well. Looks like walking out in the snow with just a scarf really wasn't a good idea. Luckily Lyra was there to take care of me. She made me soup, she sat next to me every night, she even kissed my cheek before I went to sleep. Weird I feel like I have a fever when I think about it. I might need to consult a doctor."
20 months 10 days and 12 hours after the incident.
"I talked to a doctor about that fever, I also seem to have slight mood swings, sometimes I have butterflies in my chest. The doctor said that I was fine and I should not worry about it. I can't stop thinking about Lyra and I don't know why.
21 months 12 days 3 hours after the incident.
"Lyra and I went on a double date with these two stallions. Normally I would try to make an effort with him but I couldn't stop staring at Lyra and how happy she was with her date, it made my heart feel cold. The date was a failure but I couldn't help but feel happy it was over."

"Well in order to wrap up winter we had to do it the earth pony way. It was fun and we had a large musical number. This town is crazy but I love it."

Lyra and I walked to a pond and we sat on a bench overlooking the entire pond. It was magical. I don't know why but I had the urge to kiss her. Is that weird? I hope she doesn't think its weird."

"I made a huge mistake. When Lyra was sleeping I walked up to her and I...I kissed her. Her soft lips felt like heaven. My gosh I took advantage of my friend. What's wrong with me, if she found out she would kick me out. Why am I so stupid? Why did I kiss her?"

"I told Lyra what I did. I thought she was going to kick me out but she didn't. You wouldn't believe me if I told you but she wrapped her hooves around my neck and she kissed me. I never felt so happy in my life. Tomorrow we're going on a date. Oh my gosh I can't believe it! I'm going on a date with my best friend. I never been on a date with a mare before. My heart is beating in my chest! Tomorrow is taking an eternity!
