//------------------------------// // Chapter 2 // Story: Eight heads are better than one // by Kit-San //------------------------------// Perhaps sleeping wasn't the best thing, despite the fact I been looking forward to sleep for a such a long time that I don't even care to define that desire. The reason as to why it was a bad idea, is because fate decided to be a jerk and had Luna not be in castle when I cursed it. To say she was pissed that I petrified her sister is an understatement. "Orochi!!" A voice echoed in my mind, before it's owner, that being Luna, appeared before me. "Luna? Hmmm... that's right, you were.... What her plot....Nightmare Moon?.... I suppose you finally came to your senses?" I spoke to which she replied "Nay, t'was the Elements Of Harmony that us free, but that's not-" before I interrupted, my fire helm tilting "The Elements Of what now?" Luna had recoiled like I had asked her to commit suicide, and because well they're ponies, that reaction is understandable, seeing as suicide is very rare in Equstria. "How can thee not knowest of the very thing that defeats thou?!" She shout. I snorted "Two things: one: no one talks like that anymore, two: Sunbutt used a Cockatrice." She shook her head before glaring at me. "No matter, thou will return Celestia-" "To her normal state? Nah pass.." she glared at me harder " You will I am the princess of the night and you wil-" I roared out in anger "THE SAME PRINCESS THAT TRIED TO BRING A ETERNAL NIGHT" I bellowed " Which I might say... was a terrible idea from the beginning! WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING!? IF YOU HAD SUCCEEDED THEN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE PERISHED!" If she wasn't taken back by my roar she is now. "W-what do you mean?" Her eyes wide in fear, her ye olden speech stopping. "Without the sun, Equstria and any neighboring nations would have frozen to death, if starvation didn't get to them first. Not only but the other half of the world would burn!" I explained "W-w-what?" The pony was now on the verge of tears, which normally I'd feel bad, but my angry ruled over my sympathy. "The sun doesn't simply vanishe, it appears on the other side of the world, meaning it would be a eternal Day!" The tears now flowed freely, snapping me out of my rage. Taking in a deep breath I stated calmly "I trust you can rise the sun?" She shook her head "Fine... I'll remove the curse, I rather not have the world end, but a warning..... leave me alone, no matter the reason, even if you or your ponies are dieing. I'll no part of it. Do I make myself clear?" She nodded, a little confused and shocked at the conditions "Now... BE GONE!" I roared as she was thrown out of my mind. 'Perhaps I shouldn't have blown up at her like that' I thought to my self, before shaking my heads. "Hmm, she shouldn't have been so arrogant, er or is it ignorant? (Yes this is a question), but I could have been a little more gentle..." My mind then began to rest. ----------- Waking up I thought to myself 'I don't expect Celestia to upheld the deal, in that case I'll put a different curse, one that can let her raise the sun and keep her from attacking me. Grinning to myself I left and turned into a black cloud then headed to Canterlot. ------ Appearing in the throne room, I began to remove the curse while placing another on celestia. Once finished she wobbled a little bit, before her eyes settled on me "This only because I don't want the world to be destroyed. You better withheld the deal." I said before leaving before she can question me. "Sister!" A voice rang out as a blue blur embraced Celestia "Luna, what did he mean by deal?" Luna then looked down in shame. ------- Returning to the old castle I decided to get some practice in and try to some work limps. Results where... nonexistent. No paper wearing apes bowing to me and getting to work. Sighing in disappointment, I then move some carp to make some more room, as well as using my Earth Helm to strengthen well, ceiling and columns. After which I make use the Water Helm to make a small pool. I may be a demonic serpent but I like my water. Finishing up I felt something bounce off of my head, hard. Wincing in slight pain, I looked over the object, at first thinking it was a rock, but looking closely is was a....
