Ch;2
Aria woke up with a start. “Stupid alarm clock!” She grumbled, pounding her fist on it to stop it. The clock read 8:00 AM, Aria was never a morning person. She dragged herself out of bed and moped her way to the kitchen, where Sonata, who has been up since 6:00 AM making breakfast. Adagio was polity sitting in her chair, waiting patiently for her meal.
Shortly after Atria plopped herself down in a chair, Sonata served breakfast to them. Adagio had her regular French toast, Sonata, a waffle, and Aria, eggs with a side of bacon. Again, Aria didn't care for her table manners, and once again, Adagio picked up on that because of her. They weren't very far into their argument when they were stopped by seeing Sonata pour POUNDS of syrup on her waffle. “Uh, do you want some waffle with your syrup?” Aria snickered.
“That will give you so many cavities, Sonata” Adagio said rather crossly.
“I can't eat my breakfast without it!” Sonata complained, reaching for the powdered sugar.
“NO!” Adagio said, slapping her younger sister's hand. “That will just make matters worse.”
“ You already bounce off the walls! Any more sugar will send you flying through the roof!” Aria exaggerated.
“Well that's not true!” Sonata replied worried.
“Oh. yes Sonata!” Aria teased. “One bite of that waffle could send you to the moon!” Aria snickered.
“That's enough girls! Just eat your waffles how it is Sonata. It won't send you to the moon.” Adagio said.
“Ugh! Do you have to ruin everything Adagio?!” Aria hissed. Adagio always rained on her parade and always shutting her down when she was having fun.
“Yes. Its not fair to your sister.” Adagio stated. She preferred to hear the truth at all times, but she won't necessarily tell it.
“Whatever.” Aria grumbled. “I'm going to my room”
“No, you're not! Were all headed back to school. I want a closer look at the portal.” Adagio said with a mischievous smile.
“Why can't you go? Me and Sonata could stay here!” Aria spat, not happy with her older sister.
“That's out of the question! You two are a disaster just waiting to happen.”
“FINE! But lets make it quick.” Aria said, figuring that it was useless to argue.
“Good!” Adagio said perkily. “Now lets go.”
“But I'm not done with my waffle!” Sonata wined.
“Take it with you!” Adagio and Aria said in one voice, closing the door behind them.
Sonata scrambled to get her shoes on, grabbed her soggy, half-eaten waffle, and ran after her siblings.

The girls soon arrived at Canterlot High. “It’s school on a Saturday! That's the worst!” Aria wined. She was not fond of school, or her sisters.
“You two just get out of my way!” Adagio boomed, shoving her younger sisters aside. “I need a closer look at the portal.”
“Whatever Adagio! Just make this be quick!” Aria grumbled. She then lounged on one of the park benches nearby and pulled out her phone.
Sonata then sat next to her, sitting up straight and eating her drenched waffle.
Aria cleared her throat. No response. Again, she tried, but a little louder. No effect. Aria had enough. She said “Do you mind?!”
“Do I mind what?” Sonata said baffled.
“Can you, like, move?!” Aria yelled. She never liked to share.
“Just say so! There's no need to get angry!” Sonata said crossly, as she stood up and marched away. “Ill just tell Adagio that you made me do something against my will again.” Sonata said with a smirk.
“NO!” Aria shouted with a petrified look on her face. “You can sit here” she said grumpily.
“Thank you!” Sonata chirped. “That's very nice”
“Your the worst” Aria snickered.
“NO! You are!” Sonata teased.
“Be quiet ladies! I think I found something!” Adagio screamed with excitement. She healed up a jagged, mirror shard. “Look through it!”
Aria and Sonata made a mad dash to Adagio. Inside the fragment, the sirens saw a deep purple library like room with what appeared to be the rainbooms in their pony form! Adagio tried to put her hand through it, but it was rejected. “Let me try!” Aria said, anxious to get home. She tried, but was rejected as well.
“You're doing it wrong!” Sonata fussed. “You have to do it like this!” she said as she tried to put her foot through the mirror piece. Just like her sisters, she was rejected, and fell over! Aria burst out laughing! Slapstick is her favorite of humor. “It's not funny!” Sonata wined, sitting up and rubbing her head.
“It's a little funny.” Adagio said, giving Sonata her hand and smiling.
“Look!” Aria gasped. “Its going away!”
The two girls looked at the fading mirror. “No no no no no no no!” Adagio said with terror. “It's not supposed to end like this!”
Just as she finished her sentence, the mirror was reflective and magicless.
“Can we go home now?” Aria said. She was done trying.
“Please?” Sonata chimed in.
“Ok.” Adagio said spiritless. “It's over.”
