Charming Thunder's shuttle landed at the scrapyard of various destroyed war machines. He walked down the ramp and entered the area to find something useful to rebuild Omega Supreme. The shuttle left as he went further in the scrapyard. He then came across a damaged YT-2400. It was his from his escape from Canterlot. "Such good memories," Charming Thunder said. His medallion then glowed as his eyes turned completely blue. He used his unicorn magic to take the hull of the ship and they began to shape, fold, and mending together. After a few minutes, all the parts were together and created a half created Omega Supreme. "Now for that crashed Star Destroyer that had a superlaser." He focused on his magic on the location of the crashed ship and teleported himself and half of Omega Supreme to the location of the destroyed Star Destroyer.

At the wreckage of the crashed star destroyer, Charming Thunder arrived and used his magic to use the wreckage along with its superlaser connect to Omega Supreme. After five more minutes, the pieces became one with it and he was completely built. Charming Thunder made sure that it follows his orders and that he alone can control him. A symbol appears on Omega's chest resembling the symbol on Charming Thunder's medallion. He climbed up to his head and entered his mind.
Charming Thunder appeared in Omega Supreme's computer core. His avatar was still himself as he looked at the menu button and saw everything on how to use Omega. He touched the A.I adjutant he installed and he became the very being of Omega. His eyes opened and he sees everything what Omega is seeing. He IS Omega Supreme now, so he had complete control over him. To test, he clenched his left hand and looked out. He had the radar, infrared, everything. He also had the cannon in his other arm that resembles the superlaser from the crashed destroyer and his battleship form. He then transformed into a long battleship and plotted a course back to Canterlot.

At Canterlot, Omega Supreme approached the kingdom as a transmission came in from the Super Star Destroyer. "Unidentified vessel, please state your business or be shot down," the admiral said.
"I AM OMEGA SUPREME," Charming Thunder replied with Omega's voice. "I HAVE COME TO HELP FIGHT AGAINST THE PHANTOM CONSORTIUM."
"So be it. You may approach." Charming Thunder puts the battleship to a halt and teleports to the castle. He enters Celestia's throne room and approaches.
"Thank goodness it was you, nephew," Celestia said. "What was that? Another one of Danny's creations?"
"Not exactly," Charming Thunder replied. "Meet Omega Supreme. Its armor is the same as my YT-2400 and the Star Destroyer equipped with the superlaser like the Death Star. Primus believes that he could help defeat Trypticon and the Phantom Consortium."
"Does it pose a threat?"
"I have him in my control I assure you."
"Good. I have something to report from the king of the griffins and his spies. Danny is there and I need you to tell the king to contact me for....his failure."
"Giving up already?"
"I believe so."
"I'll head to him right away, but take a shuttle to the kingdom. If they detect a shuttle from the empire, they will know I am coming. I will return to Ponyville then."
"Be careful."
"If its a trap, I will be cautious. Oh and one more thing. Dusk has somehow been spying using Twilight's mind. Be cautious of others. I think that my other friends might be involved. When I return to Ponyville, I will block their minds from Dusk."
"Do what you must. Just don't hurt them."
"I tend to use my magic the same way I did to my wife."

At the griffin king's throne room, the king discussed his report to one of his messengers. "I have exhausted every resource to find out about the Consortium," the king said. "But there is nothing to be found. What more does the princesses expect?"
"They expect Danny to be punished, your highness," the messenger explained. "Charming Thunder's fleet was destroyed by the Consortium and he takes that somewhat....personally."
"Look, I doubled patrols, set up checkpoints at other towns, and established curfews. But honestly, I don't know what else to do."
"Perhaps that is the problem," Charming Thunder's voice said. The king looked up to see him at the door with a little bit of anger in his eyes.
"King Charming!! I-I didn't know you were here. I--"
"You lack imagination, your highness. When it comes to producing results and allowing the Consortium to enter and allow Danny become emperor."
"Your highness, with all do respect, you and the princesses are asking for something impossible. Even if they left their are of my kingdom then--"
"If the Consortium has left, we must draw them back. And if they are here, we must draw them out. The empire will squeeze the kingdom. Until somepony reveals the whereabouts of Danny."
"I'm sorry, Charming Thunder. I am just a public official. I have no experience when it comes to something like this."
"You can explain that to the princesses when you contact them." Charming Thunder turned away and began to leave the room.
"Contact....them?"
"They expect you today to account for your failure."
"But...I'm sorry. I did the best I could." Charming Thunder did not respond as he left the throne room as he was about to return to Ponyville.

Back at the castle, Twilight and Charming Thunder were alone having a private conversation in the throne room. "I have made a plan if Dusk ever returns," Charming Thunder said. A droid walked up to them and changed into Twilight Sparkle then back to its original form.
"A droid that changes into anypony?" Twilight said. "Just like a changeling."
"This droid will take over to disguise as you while you visit Canterlot. Once things are under control, I will contact you."
"I hope you are right." Twilight then walked out of the throne room as Charming Thunder approached the droid.
"You know what to do, right?"
"Of course, master," the droid replied. "I am to disguise as your wife and when the time is right, I reveal my true self and the guards will then come in."
"Perfect. Dusk won't be spying on us anymore once she is captured."
