I arrived at the castle doors, not knowing how to enter. I lamely knocked. Pinkie-Pie answered, slightly opening the door and peeking through it."WhooooOoooooooose there??"
"Um.. I need to speak with Twilight."
"What's the super duper secret password?" Password? There was a PASSWORD!?
"Uhhhhhh..." I tilted my head in confusion.
"Correct!" I fell down on my side, since I had a hoof up on the door for support. Yep that figures, it's one of those random things Pinkie does. "Followwww meee!" Pinkie bounced up and down, and I just walked. Damn, the castle is HUGE. I walked into Pinkie without realizing. "Here we are! TWIIIILLLIIIIIGGGGHHTTT!" Pinkie headbutted the door continously.
"What!?" Answered Twilight from beyond the wooden door.
"Somepony's here to see youuu!" Twilight annoyingly answered the door.
"Thank you Pinkie.. oh, hey Lyra!"
"Uhm.. do you know what I'm doing here?"
"Oh, don't tell me Princess Celestia picked you to-"
"Yep. What's wrong with that?
"Nothing. What do you need?"
"I need your help."
"All I have about humans has been taken already."
"By wh- oh, me. Heheh." I smiled sheepishly. I should've guessed Lyra would do such a thing. "But that's not what I'm after. Do you know what may've caused humans to become ponies?"
"If I did, don't you think it would've been fixed by now!?"
"Well.."
"Ugh. I got a few leads. One could be our two universes colliding, two could be somepony making this happen just for his or her pleasure, and three could be a hole in their planet leading to a hole in our planet, which is highly unlikely, and would make absolutely no sense."
"Well.. the first one sounded convincing.. wait, is there a way to check our galaxy?" Twilight tilted her head.
"Maybe Princess Luna could show you."
"She's in CANTERLOT!" I added, "right?"
"Well, I could warp you there. But you'd have to make the trip back."
"Okay, do it."
"If you insist." Twilight's horn had a purple aura encasing it, and then she blasted me. I shielded my face with my hoof. My surroundings changed. I stood in front of the castle in Canterlot.
I was actually kind of nervous. There were two royal guards on either side of me.
"Um.. can I speak to Princess Luna?"
"No." They both replied at the same time. Jackasses.
"I have special permission from Princess Celestia. I'm Lyra.. she told me that she notified you guys to let me in." They looked at each other.
"Lyra Hearstrings?" Said the left one.
"Mhmm. Can't you tell by simply looking at the lyre cutie mark?" I pointed to my cutie mark.
"Enter." They both said again. The huge doors opened for me. Great, where the hay is Princess Luna!?
"Where's Princess Luna?" I turned my head back to the two guards.
"Up the staircase, far right door." They both replied again. I walked up the stairs and went to the right door at the end of the hallway. I knocked on it.
"Whose there?" Luna answered sleepily.
"Lyra. Lyra Hearstrings."
"What is it you seek?" Princess Luna answered the door.
"Can you help me view.. the galaxy?"
"May I ask, why would you need to that?"
"Well.. Twilight has a theory to what caused humans to become ponies."
"Very well." Really? It's that easy? I was standing on space. Literal, space. Well, a My Little Pony style of space. Princess Luna appeared to my left. "Look around, but don't wander too far from me, or you could fall into space forever.
"O-okay." I looked at my surroundings. I looked at this weird planet.. could that be Earth? Wait, that's Equestria. Is that what's it's called?
"Uhm.. which planet is this? Earth or ours?" I asked stupidly. Luna tilted her head.
"Ours. Why?"
"Hm." I looked at it. Something seems off. Probably that there was a grey freakin' hole near it's atmosphere. "Look! There's a weird hole there!" Okay, in my mind right then, that sounded so stupid. "Do you think that's the cause of this?"
"Could be. We can't push it away, though. It would make humans fall into our space."
"Hmph." Suddenly, Luna fell down with me .. into space. "Luuuuuunaaaa!!!" Is she seriously sleeping!? "I'msodead." I whispered to myself. I was super worried. Her eyes were slightly opening.
"Where.. am I?" She looked around her surroundings, examined her right hoof, and flank. "The fuck?"
"GREAT, ANOTHER HUMAN!?" One that probably likes to swear alot, even better.
"H-how do horses talk.. explain. Wait, why am I even asking for an explanation from a horse.. this must be a dream!" He tried pinching himself.
"Yep, we're screwed."
"Fuck. Wait, I could bite myself!" He bit himself. "Well that's fucking fantastic. HOW THE-"
"Can you shut your trap for a moment!? Please!?" She winced. "Okay, let me explain the situation. Princess Luna teleported me and her here, so we can see if the problem, aka humans becoming ponies, is in space. Thanks to her, we could walk on the surface without falling. But, then she fell down, because you became her, and then the invisible surface was gone, and we fell to what is now."
"So how do I get out of this hell hole?" I glared at him.
"Can you stop swearing already you idiot!? The only way we can get back to the castle, where me and Luna's meeting was.. well I wouldn't say meeting.. is if you teleport us. But since you likely have no experience with your horn, you're going to have to get trained by a newbie, although I'm growing experienced with lifting things up."
"Does this help me go home?"
"UGH... I hope so, I can't stand another moment with you!"
"Bitch."
"Don't ruin my mood.. you would wish you hadn't.. okay, teleporting.. I'm not really experienced with that.. but I have some ideas of how it works.. but for this, we would need a multi pony one, since you're an alicorn, you have more power."
"Uh.. okay?"
"Okay, first let me float beside you.." I tried going closer to him. "Um.. this is going to be very hard for you.. it will only work if you have the will for it to do so.. and if you don't understand what I'm saying, because you are just plain stupid, you have to want to get us back to the castle.. which you probably don't know what it looks like."
