"Well, its great to be here on the moon and all, but, why'd you choose us?" Flamezer asked.
"We used our superior technology to pluck the first sign of life we could find on you miserable, pathetic planet!" Naut replied, switching to Nurp, "That would be you, puny planetoids," he said, as he, Niksput, and Rokit all laughed.
"But we were about to face a more formidable threat, coming from the mysterious dark side of the moon," Flamezer continued with his story, as a dark shadow spread across the moon, and over the friends.
"Oh no!" Rokit cried.
"Its the darkness!" Niksput added.
"The Glowkies will be out!" Nurp said.
"Glowkies? Who are they?" Flamezer asked.
"Are they friendly?" Rarity asked.
"Not quite, they're the stuff nightmares are made out of. Why just the other night I was telling little Nurp here a bed time story when," Rokit replied as everything went into a flash back.
A few nights ago,
"Alrighty space cadet, night-night," Rokit said, tucking Nurp in for the night.
"Tell me a story!" Nurp exclaimed, before switching to Naut, "Tell the kid a story," Naut demanded.
"I can't tell him a story, because I already said 'Night-Night'!" Rokit replied, as Naut switched back to Nurp.
"Tell me a story! Tell me a story!" Nurp begged.
Having enough of Nurp's begging, Rokit gave in, "Alright, I'll tell you a story. Out side the protective high tech walls of Orbitopia, way down below in the deepest darkest caverns, live the terrifying, mythical, GLOWKIES! My Intel doesn't have much on these mysterious Mixels, except that they have huge bulging eyes, hairy insect legs, and razor sharp fangs! End of story!" Rokit said.
"Eek! Scary story!" Nurp cried, switching to Naut, "I just made a meteor in my space suit!" Naut commented.
"And what's scarier is that these Glowkies are known to pop up any where, at any time!" Rokit added. What the two Orbitons didn't know was that outside Nurp-Naut's bedroom where three dark navy blue Mixels. Two of them were bats, one being a Cyclops with a huge eye, the other being the tallest of the three with long fangs. The third was more beastly looking, and was a Cyclops like the short bat creature, but with a beany.
"It's about time we met our Orbiton neighbors," the beany wearing Mixel said.
"This is going to be FABULOUS!" the short bat Mixel commented.
"Well, lets head on in and say howdy," the tall one said, as the three entered and all said "Howdy."
"OH SCHMIXEL! Its the Glowkies! We're under attack! Take cover!" Rokit cried, as he hid in Nurp's bed, just as Niksput flew in.
"Have no fear! Niksput has arrived! Together, Orbitons are technologically advanced, so back you wimpy threateners, and don't even think about it! Prepare to feel high tech justice!" Niksput said, presenting a cubit to his fellow Orbitons, "Orbitons, lets MAX!" he said.
"Yes Sir!" Rokit said.
"Goo-goo gaga," Nurp said, as they all maxed.
"BWAHAHAHA! JUSTICE!" the max said, firing lasers at the Glowkies, but one of the lasers ended up blasting the max in its eyes, blinding it. It walked around, but bumped into the overhead lights in Nurp's room, knocking the max off its balance, "Goo-goo gaga," the max said, before falling on its back.
"Boogly guess we say 'Hello' some other time," the beany wearing Glowkie said, walking away.
"Um, that was crazy scary," the tallest of the Glowkies said.
"I thought it was FABULOUS!" the huge eyed Glowkie said, as he followed his friends.
"Well, that was kind of embarrassing, but let me tell you, those sneaky ghouls are inhabitants of the dark side!" Rokit said ominously.
"Is that a bad thing?" Flamezer asked.
"Are you alright with blood sucking vampires?!" Rokit demanded, as some bats came zooming by.
"We were suddenly surrounded by hideous smiles and glowing eyeballs," Flamezer said, continuing his story, as the planet Mixels, humans, and ponies all screamed and tried to swat away the flying bat creatures.
"Sound the alarm! The Glowkies are upon us!" Rokit called, as he fired his guns into the air. At a nearby cave, a bunch more bats came flying out. Among them were the three Glowkies from Rokit's flashback, as they chased out heroes, "Grab my cubit!" Rokit called to Meltus, as they mixed, and shot fireballs at Boogly. Boogly just burped them right back at them.
"What do they want?" Burnard asked Naut.
"We assume they want to steal our souls and eat our entrails," Naut replied.
"That seems highly improbable," Twilight commented.
"Yeah, has anyone asked?" Burnard asked, as Naut switched to Nurp.
"I think they're cute," Nurp giggled, as he switched back Naut, who held out a cubit, "Grab it!" Naut called to Burnard, as they both mixed. The mix growled for a moment, before switching to Nurp, who giggled, before switching back again. The large eyed bat laughed, before running away in fear, as the mix fired blasts of fire at him.
"I was saving this for a special occasion, but..." Flamezer said, as he and Niksput grabbed the cubit. Upon mixing, they chased away the tall Glowkie, with the other two following him.
"We've got them on the run!" the Flamezer/Niksput mix said, as the Burnard/Nurp-Naut mix giggled.
"Now lets go get them!" Rainbow Dash called as she flew into a crater, following the Glowkies. The others followed after her.
"Where are we?" Toby asked.
"It appears we have entered the caves of the terrible Glowkies," Niksput said calmly.
"Uh, don't look now guys, but I think we're surrounded," Flamezer commented.
"That's not good," Pinkie commented.
"Well, then I guess we should run," Niksput said calmly.
"Not so fast cowboy!" the group turned to see the big eyed bat and his friends, "You dare to enter the secret caves of the Glowkies?" he demanded.
"I'm Vampos," the tall bat said.
"And I'm Boogly," the beany wearing Glowkie said.
"PUH-LEASE! I was having a dramatic moment!" he scolded his friends, before sighing, "And I'm Globert. Now, get ready to..." he began as he and his friends touched a cubit and maxed out into a giant one eyed bat creature.
"...PARTY!" the max said, as he began dancing to music.
"Huh, I guess they're not bloodsucking monsters after all," Niksput commented, as the Glowkie max split back into the three Mixels.
"Turns out the Glowkies were great guys, who just wanted to mix with the rest of us," Flamezer narrated, as everyone began dancing happily to the music.
A little later,
"So, why do the Glowkies live on the dark side of the moon Globert?" Burnard asked.
"Yeah, it so dark!" Meltus commented.
"And cold," Conner added.
"I'm scared!" Nurp commented.
"Afraid of the dark? Are you joking? We Glowkies love the dark! That's where all the fun is!" Globert replied.
"Fun?" Burnard asked.
"The darkness can be fun?" Conner asked.
"That's right Mister! Let me show you!" Globert said, leading them to a large amphitheater.
A little while later,
Meltus was sitting on the edge of a crater, staring at the planet they all came from, and started crying.
"Man, these Glowkies sure know how to throw a party," Burnard said to Flamezer and Applejack. It was then when they heard Meltus' crying, "Sounds like Meltus," he commented, as they went to see how he was.
"Hey Meltus, why ain't ya at the party?" Applejack asked.
"Oh, well, I miss home. I mean, its so far away, how are we ever going to get back?" Meltus asked.
"Yeah, I miss home too," Flamezer said.
"So do the rest of us," Applejack said.
"Well, you know what they say, 'There's no place like home'," Burnard said with a chuckle as Meltus, Flamezer, and Applejack cried in despair.
Back in the real world,
Meltus and Burnard were crying after Flamezer finished his story, "Oh come on guys, I told you it was dream," Flamezer said.
"Really?" Meltus asked.
"That's right, there's no such thing as Glowkies, Orbitons, humans, or ponies," Flamezer said, as the aforementioned groups appeared next to the Infernites.
"WHAT? WE DON'T EXIST?!" the four groups asked, as they all started crying, along with Meltus and Burnard.
Meanwhile, underground,
In a large cave amphitheater, Nixels, Gumans, and Ragelings were all screaming at the screen which displayed the friends. Up in the balcony, Major Nixel, Don Guman, and King Mephestio all came to see what the commotion was about, "Huh, more of them? Now there's Mixels on the moon!" Major Nixel said.
"UNACCEPTABLE!" the three of them yelled.
"If King Nixel got word of this, he's going to blow his top," the major said.
"Yeah, I don't think Duke Guman will ever let me hear the end of it," Don Guman said.
"And you guys definitely don't want to see what my mother is like," Mephestio complained.
Just then, tremor like footsteps were heard and felt by the three leaders, as well as their minions, who all stopped their rioting in fear. The three leaders turned to see three ominous looking figures marching towards them, "NIX/CHANGE/GUMAN!" is what they chanted.
"Oh, uh, sir, we were just about to report that..." the Major didn't even finish when the three figures screamed.
"MIXELS/PONIES/HUMANS!" this caused the three leaders to fall of the balcony in fear, as the three giant figures glared in anger.
