Twilight Sparkle: A purple unicorn-turned-Alicorn who started out as an anti-social bookworm but learned to have friends when she was sent to Ponyville by Celestia just before the 1000th Summer Sun Celebration. The Element of Magic, she can use her magical abilities in many ways. Theme:
Rainbow Dash: A cyan pegasus with a rainbow mane and tail, this loyal pegasus from Cloudsdale became Sonic's adoptive sister when her parents found him when she was a filly. She's the only known performer of the Sonic Rainboom and the Element of Loyalty. Theme: Sonic Boom: Crush 40 vs Cash Cash version
Applejack: An orange Earth Pony apple farmer, this Apple became Jawsome's sister by technicality. With Earth Pony strength and honesty, this old-fashioned pony is ready for nearly anything. Theme:
Rarity: A snow-white dresspony, Rarity is always making a creative style. The high-class high-standards pony is the Element of Generosity and can always find gems. Theme:
Fluttershy: When this yellow pegasus fell from Cloudsdale, she encountered her best friends-animals. She can speak to animals, but was soft-spoken, reflected in her Element-Kindness. Theme:
Pinkie Pie: Who can describe this pink Earth Pony? As the Element of Laughter, she is always doing something random. Theme: Smile, Smile, Smile by Hasbro
The Villains <Limited Information, Incomplete segment>:
Dr. Ivo 'Eggman" Robotnik: A tyrannical evil genius bent on total domination of Mobius. Currently working on a secret project called 'Project Time Destruction'. Theme: E.G.G.M.A.N. by Crush 40 (So far as I know)
E.L.1.T.3: A roboticized hedgehog formerly known as Shadow The Hedgehog. Loyal to Eggman? and his top soldier. Theme: I Am by Crush 40
Nightmare Moon: Luna's evil form. When jealousy for Celestia's day being enjoyed while her night was ignored, Nightmare Moon overtook Luna, forcing Celestia to seal her in the moon with the Elements of Harmony.
Discord: A draconequuis with chaotic powers. Turned to stone about a thousand years ago by Celestia and Luna, recently broke out, and was turned back to stone by the Element Bearers and the hedgehogs. Theme: Discord (Original version) by Super Ponybeat
Metal Sonic: A metallic copy of Sonic, designed to be better than Sonic in every way. Theme: Stardust Speedway (Bad Future) JP Vers./ Vs. Metal Sonic from Sonic 4.
Metal Jawsome: A robot copy of Jawsome created to be superior to the original. Theme shared with Metal Sonic.
The Egg Masters: Five elite robot masters considered to be the successor to the E-100 units employed by the Eggman Empire. Consists of the E. M. M, E. M. S, E. M. B, E. M. P, and E. M. Sniper.
Steam: A mysterious pony. He repaired Metal Sonic, he may make an appearance in the future.
The Princesses <Limited Information, Incomplete Segment>:
Princess Celestia: The ruler of Equestria, white Alicorn responsible for raising the sun in Equestria.
Princess Luna: Co-ruler of Equestria with Celestia, dark cobalt Alicorn responsible for raising the moon in Equestria.
Princess Cadence: Princess of love, pink Alicorn just married to Shining Armor, Twilight's brother.
Other Ponies:
Zecora: Mysterious zebra potions master living in the mysterious Everfree Forest. Brews potions and rhymes on a dime.
Shining Armor: White pony recently married to Cadence. Captain of the Royal Guard. Twilight's brother.
Freedom Fighters:
Miles Prower: Founder and leader of the Freedom Fighters. Genius fox with two tails. Theme
Rotor Walrus: Second-In-Command of the Freedom Fighters. Technician and weapon developer.
Jet the Hawk: Former leader of the Babylon Rouges, and the third ranked in the Freedom Fighters. Uses EX Gear for high speed uses.
Team Freedom: Stealth team of the Freedom Fighters. Recon team and behind-enemy-lines specialists.
Team Fighters: Assault force of the Freedom Fighters. Specialists at improvising and mowing down robots.
Commander Firebrand: Leader of Team Fighters, former commander of the Acorn forces.
Angel Islanders:
Knuckles 'Enerjak' The Echinda: The red echinda Guardian of the Master Emerald, and Angel Island. Theme: Unknown from M. E.
Dr Finevetius: A mysterious white echidna with some minor Chaos powers. Created the protective field around Angel Island.
Monkey Khan: A simian that acts as the guardian of physical Angel Island.
