Celestia was laughing up a storm, from a letter she received from the Crystal Empire. It was a plea for help bouncy balls were on the rise. They were attacking everyone one in sight. Celestia couldn't help laughing because it held a recording of her niece getting pummelled by them.
5 minutes later
He he.... BOUNCY BALLS EVERYWHERE!! (Celestia watching the massacre for the third time.)
Luna comes in grumpy, because of her sisters cackling she got awoken from her nap. She comes up behind her sister and says “What's this all ab....”
“Shhsh" cutting off her sentence right there.
"Did you j.. "
“shshshshshshsh shush!
That's when Luna noticed she was watching something. She looked over her sister's shoulder, just in time to see a wave of bouncy balls swallow Cadence.
"Hahahahah, di..d you SEE THE LOOK ON HER FACE! PRICELESS, IT WAS PRICELESS!" said Celestia, not even trying to contain her laughter.
Luna looked more shocked than amused, “ Sister what is so funny about this matter! I woke up to find you laughing at, what is that! " she tears the letter away from her sister earning a "Hey!" and a scowl in response.
She levitates the letter in front of her face and popped a pair of spectacles into existence, placing them upon her face. She clears her throat and reads, “ Dear Princess Celestia and Princess Luna
We are in a dire situation here in the Crystal Empire, which may become an ongoing threat.(To our embarrassment) We've had an invasion of bouncy balls come and wipe out half of the Crystal Empire although that is just an estimate of the damage. No ones hurt thank Faust but, the building are filled to the brim with bouncy balls. We have tried to make them vanish with magic however they, ironically bounce back every time causing more damage and destruction in their wake. We would like to request that you send guards and volunteers to help clean up this mess. We have a theory on who has caused this whole mess. "It is not a theory we know it was Discord! " Cadence honey just don't assume that, he is re...." “NO! It was him, I will have revenge! " *sigh* fine honey. It was Discord. So please for the sake of the Crystal Empire please send help.
(Lecroft recording spell) just apply magic and view.

She took off her spectacles and poofed them out of existence. When Luna looked up she had an uneasy look on her face feeling a tad upset.
Celestia was still slightly pouting on the floor but still paying attention to her sister. She saw the fear in her sister's eyes and asked, " what is the matter Luna? Why do you seem so.....disturbed?
“watermelons" Luna mumbled softly
"What?! I didn't hear a word you said!"
“watermelons" she mumbled
“ Please speak up Luna, what have I said about the mumbling"
“WATERMELONS!! Okay it just reminds me of them, it took forever to get rid of them. "
"Do you think Discord did both of them? "
Luna contemplated her question “Yes and... no"
“Please explain"she said while giving her sister a quizzical look.
“Well this chaos had to be caused by Discord, however I don't think he truly did it"
"Still slightly confused here"
"You remember yesterday that Discord told us that controlling chaos magic was a joke. He didn't really control chaos magic it controlled him. (Celestia still looked confused so she continued) What I'm trying to say is that I think his chaos magic did this on its own. "
“How is that possible! "
"Well you heard him yesterday, Discord said he really wanted to cause chaos and his magic took the initiative to do it."
“That sounds impossible! That would mean his magic is alive in some way. "
Luna nodded her head in agreement “Well anyway even if Discord didn't do it on purpose he still is going to take responsibility. She started the summoning spell for Discord.
Now
Discord was invited to a birthday to be the entertainment and he was very excited. He hadn't been to a birthday party in a millennia and this time he was even invited. He was so happy that Pinkie Pie scheduled this for him before she left. He prepped his voice, it was almost time for his big number. He was wearing an oversized mustache, striped jacket and a straw hat; looking very much like he was from a barbershop quartet. "Pretty sharp Discord, pretty sharp" he said to himself while looking in the mirror he snapped his fingers disappearing.
He appeared behind the curtain and peeked out seeing a whole bunch of young fillies and colts. He smiled while he checked his bow tie one more time and started dancing onto the stage.
He sang his song after a very extensive tap number where his feet left his body and Discord's body floated among the crowd. “Down in English fair one evening I was.." *POOF* the whole crowd groaned in disappointment when Discord suddenly disappeared. "Mommy? Where did the funny looking pony go? " said a blue colt with turquoise mane. “I don't know sweetheart too bad, he was pretty good too."

"there, when I heard the showman shout.... Oh monkey feathers, you couldn't have waited a little! "Discord raged, "Jeez Louise, why did you have to summon me when I'm bus..." at the moment he looked up to see two pony Princesses tapping their hooves, with angry expressions on their faces.
He picks up his tail and started twisting it a little nervously and said, "Why hello you two you are both looking well, why Luna did you get a mane trim?" both princesses were glaring at him making feel uncomfortable to the point he twisted off his tail.
He licked his lips while he stared at his detached appendage that was flopping around like a drowning fish.
“Well, he said while wrestling his tail back onto his body, it looks like you're rather busy at the moment so I'll just let myself out! " and turns quickly heading for the door.
With a flash Luna is blocking the exit and says, "Now, now Discord we always have time for an old friend. Besides we summoned you anyway." She said while rolling her eyes.
He said nervously "(gulp) thats right you did! Why would you want to do a thing like that? Wait did you finish the spell! " He starts getting excited and looks at Luna expectantly and Celestia does the same.
Luna looks between the two and gets slightly angry. "It takes more than one day to configure a new spell!"
Discord drooped to the ground in his disappointment and Celestia walked up to the draconequus and put comforting hoof on the poor draconequus's shoulder. Celestia gave her sister a disapproving look shaking her head in disappointment.
Luna's jaw dropped and couldn't believe her eyes " Wait what! Why are you siding with him! You know how difficult it is to create a new spell! " she said
She heaved a sigh"You didn't have to be so harsh! He was happy you could have gave him some hope! Instead you shut him down." Celestia said with disappointment.
Luna looked slightly downcast at that for she knew Celestia was telling the truth. She looked upon Discord and started walking towards the downtrodden Draconequus. She tilted his head up with her hoof so she could look into his eyes and she smiled while she said, “ With the progress we made yesterday the spell should be made within a matter of days and we already tweaked Twilight's spell, all we have to do is test it"
Discord started jumping up and down like a little school filly in his glee. "Chaos is a brewing making and a stewing. Loving and a breathing hoping and feeling. Can't wait....♪"
“DISCORD THAT IS NOT WHY WE SUMMONED YOU HERE! " Celestia said in the royal Canterlot voice. Getting slightly exasperated at listening to Draconequus's song.
“Right,” Luna said, “ back to the topic on hand, Discord do you know why we summoned you?"
“(gulp) Was it because I put kitty litter in Celestia's cake? "
“YOU DID WHAT!!! "
“I'm kidding maybe, well, tell you the truth I don't really know." Discord said with a puzzled look “My powers have been on overdrive due to my midlife crisis, or would it be mid immortal life crisis. Eh who cares bottom line I don't know why. Would you mind telling me why you dragged me here! I was in the middle of something important! " he sighed with annoyance.
Celestia practical slapped herself in the face at her exasperation at the draconequus,“ it hurts hurts so much!
Luna gave her sister a sympathetic look while giving the draconequus a glare filled with daggers.
“What? What did I do? " said the draconequus looking between the two alicorns.
“Discord, do you know anything about this? ” Luna said while levitating the letter towards him.
Discord eyed the parchment as if it was about to explode. He looked between the two sisters again before grabbing the note.“ Crystal Empire, blahblahblah, bouncy balls, blah blah, Discord, damage destruction, revenge, papayas, man who was so boring to write this letter anyway. Ooooo, Lecroft viewing spell now that sounds more like it, " he said while touching the letters with magic to activate.
He summoned up bean bag chairs and popcorn in anticipation for the show. When the show started it was Discord considered quite boring until a stone get hurtled towards through the Crystal Empire, which didn't really surprise the draconequus. He tried to hold back his giggles at the look on Cadences face. When Celestia heard his giggles, she sidled right up to him to watch the show. Luna was giving them a quizzical look, but decided to watch as well. When the bouncy balls came out Discord was shocked. He started looking at this seriously, until Cadence got swallowed by them. All three of them were laughing like crazy, even Luna couldn't help herself.
After it was done Luna rolled it up to avoid the temptation of watching it again. They were all smiling but soon Luna's face grew serious.
" Now you know why we called you here discord, now tell us what that was about?" asked Luna. While she waved the letter accusingly
Discord started twisting his tail nervously again as he got ready to speak, "Well, that is quite strange don't yah think he he, " as he looked to his audience with only seeing two accusing eyebrows raised he decided to continue, “well you see there may have been a time yesterday where I let a little chaos rain, I also brought my frustration out on Spolorock aka the first flying projectile who was frashal. However I didn't implant enough magic into either of those objects to reach the Crystal Empire!"
"so what do you think happened? " said Celestia with her eyebrow still raised. “Also frashal? What in the world is that and who is Spolorock.
" What! You don't know what Frashal is, it's the newest fashion!" he said summoning himself a dress that matched the rocks description, “Tell me the truth Luna does this make my butt look fat?” while he swished his tail right in her face.
"Discord stay focused! " she said while Discord looked slightly mad at her.
"To answer your other question Spolorock is right over there . He has been there for like an hour.
All of them turned to see a boulder of all different colors and some that didn't even exist sitting in the corner of the room. When they all turned to look at him he started waving fast and excitedly. Celestia and Luna stared back with dropped jaws and started to wave awkwardly back. While Discord went up to hug the big rock, while the rock gave him a noogie back. "Well buddy old pal old buddy, what's been shakin bacon." It was strange a strange sight to say at least.
“With the magic, it could be to two things, one either my magic is getting more powerful or my energy levels could be running too high which means I'm not doing enough chaos to the point it is doing more than leaking out, more like gushing. However I have a feeling it is both of them. "
"What about the watermelons."
"What? "
“She said watermelons Discord, "
"what about them?!
Luna's eyes were beginning to twitch at the memory “THEY ARE STUCK IN OUR DAYDREAMS THE HORROR! " she said using the royal Canterlot voice.
Both Discord and Celestia rolled their eyes at the night princess's horrified face. “ Oh please! How could watermelons be horrifying, how would they even be considered chaotic there just fruit. " Discord said nonchalantly.
Luna's eyes were twitching in her anger, she took a big breath about to scream at Discord. Instead she let the breath out, calming herself down alittle. She looked at Discord with malice in her eyes and said, “Why don't you find out for yourself how horrifying they can be! " her voice sounded dark and her horn light up.
Discord and Celestia looked at each other with fear and confusion in there eyes. They dreaded what Luna had in store for them. When they heard a faint rumble they turned to look at the evil grinning Luna, when they saw rainbow colored watermelons coming down the stairs behind her. They had a shocked look on their face until Discord shouted, “ RUN FOR IT! ” shaking them out of their stupor. They started galloping at full speed trying to escape the avalanche of watermelons.
The watermelons started chasing Celestia and Discord around the foray. While Luna stood on the biggest watermelon smiling viciously while cackling as she watched her work, “ Yes! Yes get them my pretties and there little draconequus too! Wahahahah hahahaha!
Discord turned back to Celestia with a shocked expression and asked “Do you think she lost it?”
Celestia looks back through the chaos to see her sister cackling on a watermelon and shouts, “Undoubtedly! "
As both start to pick up the pace as the watermelons start catching up.
