“I think we should try different directions,” you tell Rainbow Dash. “How about you go left and I go right? We will meet right here after an hour, and see if we can find anything.”

Rainbow Dash disagrees with you at first, but finally she reluctantly agrees. You cut a symbol on a tree nearby with your magic. Then, you and Rainbow Dash split into two directions.

The Everfree forest is very quiet and quite comfortable. Few ponies actually discover the calming nature of the Everfree forest. You fly for about a minute, enjoying the scenery of mysterious vegetation growing all around you when you suddenly hear a sharp scream from behind. It sounds like – Rainbow Dash! You quickly turn back and fly towards her as fast as possible.

You know there is trouble as soon as you see her. She is attacked by snapping vines! Those black, spikey trailing plants are one of the most vicious and dangerous species in the Everfree forest. Once they are stimulated, they will track down whatever touched them and curl themselves around the unlucky creature until they die of suffocation. A pony carelessly running into one of these is very pesky and unfortunate. 

Rainbow Dash is crying for help. There are too many of them, and they have already wrapped around her forehooves and left wing. You only have about less than one minute to save her before it is too late. These vines are quite small. Maybe you can try to pull Rainbow Dash away. Using magic seems much sensible. You can summon a pair of magic scissors, but you forgot the spell! What are you going to do? You have to act fast!
