The seven landed and tried to get their senses in order after everything that had happened. Before Loki could fully recover Twilight jumped on him and wrapped him in a massive hug. "Twi-hurk-light, ease up, I can't breathe." He wheezed as he shakily returned the hug. Tears of joy streamed down Twilight's face as she buried head in Loki's chest.
"I'm so happy you're safe," she said as she eased her grip. "I thought I'd lost you."
"Hey, you can't get rid of me that easily. You're stuck with me for a long time," Loki said with a chuckle as he gently stroked Twilight's head. She just smiled and looked up at him with a sparkle in her eyes.
"You know, I don't think I mind that idea very much," she cooed with slightly lidded eyes.
"Alright ya two lovebirds, that's enough with the kissy faces," Applejack called out causing Twilight to separate from Loki. "Before we can celebrate we gotta repair Ponyville."
When they got there however everything seemed to have been back to normal however Twilight’s library wasn't there and instead a palace stood. "Oh my Celestia." Twilight said. She and the others entered the castle finding that Ponyville had all entered it. They came to a circle of six thrones with a smaller one for spike however Loki noticed another room in it was a throne with Chaos magic it actually was for him with a smaller one with a cutie mark. The dream world opened up as Nyx came out with Frieza.
"Daddy!" She raced to Loki who picked her up. She had a cutie mark now.
Loki smiled as he scooped up the relieved little filly. "Hey there sweetie, wait how'd you get out of the dream world on your own?" He asked as the alicorn filly nestled into his arms. She then looked up at him with a big smile.
"Well, I had this weird feeling while I was there that something bad had happened to you. So I tried everything I could think of to get to you. And eventually I was able to get right to you. And plus, I got my cutie mark because of it," Nyx beamed.
"That's great to hear," Loki said, tousling his daughter's mane as he quickly looked at his daughter's mark. Unsurprisingly, it was nearly identical to Luna's. "I'm proud of you Nyx, and I bet the other crusaders will be too." Nyx's ears flattened at the mention of that.
"I didn't think of that. Do you think they'll let me keep being a crusader even though I have my cutie mark?"
"I'm sure they will, they're your friends no matter what." Loki reassured her. Nyx's expression brightened at that.
However everything was soon stopped as the princesses came with Discord who honestly was sad. "Twilight Discord told us what had happened..." Cadance said the fact her true love died facing Tirek… she didn’t even want to think about how that might feel.
"Well I did die, but I got better." Loki said walking out. Discord looked wide eyed. "How, what why?" Discord asked. In a flash the six elements of Disharmony appeared all of them glowing. "Seems Tirek killing me was what I needed to use the last element..." Loki finished. "That's amazing... you die yet even Death can't stop you." Discord looked down. "Loki I know this may not mean anything but your right.... there was a time I was creative, but no more. I guess I'm no longer meant to be the Lord of Chaos anymore." Loki just put a talon on his shoulder.
"Discord you will always the Lord of Chaos."
The elements started to circle Discord who soon turned into light and with that, the elements entered into Loki. "What just happened?" Discords voice said in Loki's head.
Loki blinked for a bit as he looked himself over. 'I'm not sure, I think we just fused together,' Loki told him.
“Well, this is certainly interesting, I wonder what we could accomplish while we're like this," Discord wondered.
'I don't know, but I really hope you get out of my head soon. I'd really prefer it if you weren't around when I have alone time with Twilight,' Loki could tell Discord was shuddering in his head.
"I agree, let's see if we can put our heads together, to take our heads apart." The two then struggled and strained while everyone in the room just watched as it looked like Loki was just making silly faces in the room.
"Uhh, Loki are you okay?" Twilight asked as she carefully approached him.
"I'm.. huuurk, fine. Just trying to get Discord out of me."
Loki then realized something. "Wait, where is Chrysalis?" He asked. No one wondered where she was during this whole event. A few changelings came in. "What is this?" With them was a message.
"Dear Equestria I Pupa have finally captured my sister while you have been dealing with Tirek I am here to say I have declared war for the imprisonment of my sister...." Loki burned the letter.
"Yeah she’s mostly just making stuff up. Honestly, what is it with this place and power hungry dictators wanting to take over? Give me a moment, I'll get her back." In a flash he was gone then returned with her in hand.
"How did you do that so quickly?" Celestia asked. Loki just rolled his eyes and smiled at her.
"Well I have all of mine and Discord's power. I could probably do whatever I want right now." Chrysalis just blinked as she looked up at Loki with slightly discolored cheeks.
"Umm, can you put me down now? This is a rather embarrassing position to be in," she said.
"Oh sure, sorry about that Chrysalis." Loki said as he gently placed Chrysalis onto the ground. "Okay, now I'm going to try and separate myself from Discord again."
"Wait, considering how strong you are now, do you really think you should separate?" Twilight asked. Loki then gave Twilight a serious look.
"Look Twilight, do you really want Discord living in my head while we do that one thing with the..."
Twilight's entire face turned beet red and she rushed over to make Loki stop talking. "Please stop talking!" She interrupted.
"What do you two even do together?" Discord asked.
'That is for us to know and nobody else to find out,' Loki replied.
Discord sighed and an astral form of him appeared. "Well it seems I can still exist in the astral plane and the dream world actually I believe I have an idea." Loki grabbed his head. Inside his subconscious Discord had his own little room.
"Ok then I'm off to sleep." Discord said as he fell asleep.
"Wait, but what about Pupa?" Celestia asked. Loki rolled his eyes. A letter formed.
"Dear Pupa if you do want to attack remember this, 4 alicorns, a god, and a super version of the elements are all ready to wipe you from the world of the living... also a Dragon god of the earth as well." The last part was confusing but Loki knew the dragon in question well.
"So, what happened to Discord?" Twilight asked hopefully.
"Well, he's still inside my head, but now he's got his own little... I guess apartment would be a good word to describe it, also he's asleep right now." Everyone in the room just stared on in confusion at what had just been said.
"Ya know, this is weird even by your standards." Rainbow Dash said.
"Yeah, I'm hoping that we can separate at some point. Though the power boost should be helpful," Loki admitted.
'Wait a minute, oh man it's almost time for Rainbow Rocks! This is going to be so amazing. I can't wait for this. I'd better get my things together once I get home.'
