Children always love their toys when they're young. As they travel to the worlds of imagination, they will form a bond, a connection that is so strong that they will carry it to the years that come. That why when the children grow up and no longer play with the toys that they love, some will find it reluctant to give or throw them away and others will feel pity as they are too old to play with toys.
But right now, Amy was enjoying and loving her pony toys through out the night. She played with them till her calls her for bed and held them closely as she slept through the night. And during that time, Princess Twilight finally realized what being a toy feels like; keeping the person who loves her feel happy.

But something was different about this night. Something was different that made some of the toy ponies felt it was hard to fall asleep. They were missing a friend.
While she prefer the older brother, Rainbow Dash was snoring away as rest against Amy. Meanwhile, the rest of the Mane 6 looked on top of the bed to look out to find the Twilight that they knew for ages. They never saw her again when Amy played with them and Amy picked the newly arrived princess to sleep with them. They grew ill from worry as they are imagining what Twilight would be feeling right now. But the lights from the outside street lamps was bright enough to make them see any better and none could leave Amy's room because Amy's mother has shut the door. Applejack would have opened the door if the handle was a leaver and not a knob. She always have trouble opening those. But despite their best efforts, they couldn't find their friend. Despite how much they didn't like it, they have no other choice to look for Twilight in the morning.

And when morning came, he Mane 6 was woken when Amy's alarm clock rang out. After she was woken up by being startled, Amy hits her clock to shut it up and jump out of bed to put on some clothes to wear. Aside from Princess Twilight, everyone thought this was their chance to slip away. However, Amy was took quick as she put on the clothes that she had on yesterday. She grabbed her toys and took them down stairs to the kitchen which her mother already prepared her a healthy cereal. Once she was done, Amy rushed to the living room to play with her toys some more.

But after a few minutes, her fun came to a halt when her mother yelled at her by the door: "Amy! It's Time To Go To School!"

After she moaned, Amy reluctantly replied: "Ok Mom! But Can I Bring My Toys To School!?"

"Sorry Amy, But You Can't! You Can Play With Your Toys Once You Come Home From School!"

She left her toys on the ground, stomped her foot and said out load: "Shoot!" She then run to her mother and she was handed her school bag. And once Amy and her mother left through the front door, it was finally time for the toys to come out and move on their own.

As they were stretching their joints for being frozen for too long, Pinkie moaned out load: "Oh Man!" as Amy can no longer play with them. Once everyone was done stretching, they saw Pinkie Pie rushed to the window. Once everyone catched up to her, they all see Amy was driven away and was off to school. "Now I have to wait another 6 hours for Amy to come home again" Pinkie stated depressingly.

Princess Twilight then got Applejack's attention as she had a question that was confusing her. "Where is Amy going?" she asked.

"Oh! Um... Amy has to go to school everyday so she can learn stuff." Applejack replied.

"I see. But do also know why Amy's mother won't allow us to come along?" the princess soon asked.

As everyone was overhearing the conversation, Rarity was the one who replied: "We are not quite sure. Every time that she asks, her mothers always turns her down."

Princess Twilight was slightly distraught as her question wasn't answered. However, she turn around and says: "Well I'm sure that she has a pretty good reason."

Rainbow then commented as she and Pinkie was heading to the stair: "Oh well. At least Its gives me some free time to hang out in Brad's room."

"And Where Do You Think Your Going!" Rarity shouted at them to get them to stop. As Rainbow and Pinkie turned around in confusion, Rarity then explains to the two of them: "Are you now going to help us to find Twilight?"

Realization rushed through them as they remember the friend that they temporally forgotten. They haven't forgotten Twilight exactly. It must have slipped their mind as Amy had been playing with them longer then she usually would. In fact, as they look at Princess Twilight to remind themselves that she isn't the usual Twilight that they know, they began thinking that she was lonely and unwanted.

"Oh my gosh! You're right!" replied Pinkie as she realized how insensitive she was. "We have to find Twilight."

Rainbow Dash, who haven't forgotten her loyal spirit, loudly and proudly says: "I can hang out in Brad's room later. Right now, I have to make sure that my friend is alright."

As Rainbow's words made everyone else be proud of her and make them pumped, and voice called out to them and it wasn't too far away. "A which friend is that Rainbow Dash?"

Everyone instantly recognizes the voice but they did not expect to hear it, or at least so soon. They looked towards where the voice came from and to their happily amazement, they saw Twilight.

"Twilight!" everyone cried out before they all rushes to her side. The one who didn't gone to Twilight right away was the alicorn version of her felt a little mixed when everyone else was worried about their Twilight. Nevertheless, she still went with the others because even she was worried.

Everyone surrounded the old Twilight and was bombarding her with questions. They were asking if she was feeling ok, saying that they were worried and even Pinkie apologized that she forgot about her for a second. Twilight calmed everyone down so she can have chance to explain things to her friends.

"Calm Down Everypony!" she pleaded. "I'm fine. So what if Amy doesn't want to play with me anymore. In fact, it gives me extra time to do whatever I want."

"Lucky!" Rainbow moaned who was feeling mighty jealous.

After everyone had a quick chuckle at Rainbow Dash's expense, Twilight then told everyone: "As long as you guys are still my friends, then everything is ok."

After everyone said that they haven't thought on replacing her, Twilight notice... herself who was looking like she was left out. She went over to her and told her princess clone: "Don't worry. Just because there is two of us, doesn't you are not apart of our group."

Moved, the princess curtsied her none royal self and gratefully told: "Thank you for your kind words. I am sincerely humbled."

Despite her words sounded so sweet in polite, they had the unfortunate side effect on rubbing Twilight and some of the others the wrong way. Even though she is her own separate pony and can do whatever she likes, Twilight was growing annoyed to see her princess self act more humbled then she is. Twilight worked well to hide her growing jealousy from her friends. While everyone else also felt a little weird by this, Rarity was actually quite happy to see "a princess" acts this way. 

After a quick look at the clock, Unicorn Twilight then asked out load: "we've got plenty of time before Amy gets home. Princess, you do want a quick tour around the house?"

Princess Twilight replied: "That would be really helpful and a appreciated."

As everyone else looked ready to give the princess a tour. (Unicorn) Twilight turn toward Rarity and Applejack and asked them: "Which one of you like to be the tour guide?"

Rarity and Applejack and looked at each other with confusion before they looked back at Twilight and asked: "Why us?" in unison.

"Because the both you are the ones who explored the house the most" Twilight explains.

When she put it like that, they could see who she would expect them to be the tour guides. They actually are quite excited to be tour guides once they began to think about it. However, Rarity and AJ spotted how eager the other one wanted to be the guide and doesn't want to start a fight over it. After a subtle wink to one another, both of them agreed that they both will be the guide.

Once that was settled, everyone began following Applejack and Rarity who began their tour around the house. Since they were already there, they began with the living room.

"This here is the living room" Rarity pleasantly stated as she swept her hoof around to help highlight the room. Princess Twilight notice a reasonably large book case with a vast selection of reading material. She also notice a desk with a computer sitting on top of it and her curiosity was peaking to see what it does. "The people often come to this room to relax and unwind from a hard day of work.

As they were coming up to the sofa and the TV, Rarity asked unicorn Twilight: "Do you want to explain this part Twilight?"

When she realize what she was talking about, Twilight happily replied: "Sure." Not only was she was well suited with the television and how to operate it, but Twilight was actually a bit eager to talk about. She thought it could be her chance to show "the newbie" what she knows.

Following Twilight's lead, everyone jumped onto the coffee table and see how huge and mystifying the TV is. The princess let her fascination to get the better of her and was letting her jaw drop. When she notice what she was doing and see her friends smirking at her, Princess Twilight felt so embarrassed that she tried to hide her face. The old Twilight got her hoofs down and gently tells her: "It's ok."

Twilight then show her the large, blank screen and explains to her: "This here is called a television, or a TV for short. It show what is going on in the world." Twilight notice the TV remote right beside her and jumps on the power button. The TV light up and began making colours and sounds which took the princess breath away. It was fortunate for Twilight that the TV was left on the local news network when the television was turned of. As Princess was left amazed to see more people inside a relative small box for the humans, normal Twilight explains to her: "This here is the news channel where people tells you about current events."

"But..." she added eagerly as she began jumping around the remote. The television flickers as it was jumping frequencies and began showing even more channels. "If you press these buttons, it will take you to different channels that are just as amazing" explains Twilight as she was jumping up and down the remote. Even her other friends were left in the wonder as all of them began saying: "Oooh. Ahhh!" in amazement. "Sports channels, movies and cartoon channels, a few home shopping channels" Twilight added.

"But my favourite channel..." Twilight said as she jumped on the last button before jumping off. When she landed on her feet, Twilight proudly proclaims: "...Is The Hub!" as the Hub logo appeared on the tele'. As Princess Twilight was left to wonder why her counterpart picked this channel to be her favourite, she was surprised where an advert for the My Little Pony popped up and was mesmerised by the rainbow of colours. She was left utterly speechless as she began seeing ponies that looked just like her inside the screen and was in a marvellous looking town. Regular Twilight told her: "I like this channel because it shows My Little Pony, the show were we all came from."

As Twilight was feeling special about herself as she even amazed her friends, the channel then said something that ruined her mood. "And don't forget to buy the new Princess Twilight toy at your local Toys R' Us. Follow Twilight Sparkle as she will take you on royal adventures and..." Was all the TV said before Twilight jump on the remote one last time to turn off the TV. As everyone was upset and moaned as they didn't get to finish watching the advert, Twilight got their attention and tells them: "Come along girls. We still got a lot more of the house to see." Despite still feeling a little disappointed, everyone resummoned the tour and carry on showing what the house has to offer.

Their next stop was the kitchen and everyone could see how well kept and tidy the room is. "And this place is called the kitchen" Rarity explains. "As you can no doubt can tell from earlier, this is the place where eats and cooks their food."

As they a they were walking on the smooth and reflective tiles, alicorn Twilight spotted the giant, white fridge. "And what, pray tell, is that Rarity?" she asked curiously.

"Oh! Um... That is a fridge your highness" Rarity answered. "That is the place where they want to keep all their food cold. Whenever it was running low, Amy's mother have to get more shopping from the store."

"The Store!?" the princess responded. "So she also keep toys in there?"

"No dear." Rarity shamefully replied. "Stores can sell more then just toys."

"Oh!" Twilight responded as she realized that she said something silly. As he became red, she told everyone: "Carry on."

When everyone was traveling across the kitchen counter and Rarity was explaining stuff like the sink and eating utensils, the princess's gaze drifted away notice the stunning looking garden out of the window. The tour came to a halt when everyone notice the princess running up the window and look out to see the vast green wonder.

"This is the garden your highness, where Amy will sometimes come out and play." Rarity explains as she was seeing how she was so curious about it. But when Rarity see that she was still fixed on the garden, she worryingly tells: "My apologizes princess, but the grass is just too tall that you might got lost in. If you want to go out later, you better ask Fluttershy to be your guide."

The Princess then turn to see Fluttershy who was next to her and says: "Would you really do that Fluttershy?"

"It would be my pleasure your highness" Fluttershy cheerfully replies. "The garden as so much wonderful flowers and adorable little critters. Sometimes, if you're lucky, one of the neighbour's pets would come around and you can get to play with them."

"That sounds wonderful" the princess remarked.

Fluttershy and the princess shared bright, happy smiles to one another that were so bright and cheery, that it light up the whole room. Some of the ponies were starting to think that they look cute together along with their smiles. However, Applejack unfortunately interrupted the moment and says:

"I hate to ruin this happy moment, but do you think we should be taking this tour upstairs?"

"Very well" Rarity replied. "There isn't much more to talk about the downstairs anyway." As she turn around and going back where everyone came, she told everyone: "Come along now. The stairs is back this way."

Everyone else started moaning as they didn't like the idea that they have to back tracked. That is until Applejack stepped up and says: "Hang-on Rarity! We don't have to take the stairs."

"What!" Rarity responded as she turn around in surprised.

Everyone's attention was on Applejack was looked mighty excited to tell everyone something. "I know a fast shortcut that leads straight to the bedrooms."

"Really!" Rarity replied which AJ has now got everyone's intrigued. "And where is this shortcut" she asks but soon notice a large grin on Applejack's face. She soon realized what Applejack was on about and began screaming: "Oh No, No, No, No, No! We are not going up through THAT!"

However, despite her protest, everyone was just too intrigued to not kind out what she was on about and began following her lead. Despite how appalled and disturbed she was, Rarity reluctantly follows them. 

Applejack escorted everyone to the closet. As Applejack was jumping up some furniture to get to the door handle, everyone else was trying to figure out why she had brought them there. When she finally got it open, everyone look into the dark, shadowy closet. Nobody could make out heads or tails because of the lack of light, that is until Applejack jumped even higher and managed to pulled down the light switch that brought out the light. Finally they could see the hanging coats and how tight the space is. Applejack jumped and tells them: "Come this way." She then took them to the corner of a closet where they find a hole in the wall.

"Oooh! What's that?" Pinkie asked, immensely curious.

"It's a hole which I reckon some of the mice had made a long time ago." Applejack replied. "I found it a quite awhile ago and it leads you to different parts of the house. I already discovered that it can lead you to the basement and the bathroom upstairs."

As everyone was marvelled by Applejack's discovery, the only one who was not impressed was Rarity. In fact, she was more disturbed then happy. "MICE! Do you mean to tell there is disease carrying rodents running around the house!? EEEWW! I don't think we should go in there."

However, nobody heard Rarity's complaining and entered inside the mouse hole along with Applejack. Rarity hesitantly got a little bit closer, seeing if she was brave enough and to through it herself. But she unfortunately wasn't courageous the enter a place she never been to and fearing that it was filled with cobwebs and scary spiders. However, she was just as afraid to not be with her friends and continually trying to push herself inside. Rarity made a loud enough fuss about it that she heard Applejack yelling out of the hole.

"Rarity! If You Really Don't Like It, Then Take The Blimmin Stair!" yelled the infuriated and echoing voice.

"THANK YOU!" replied Rarity who was relived that she didn't have to go through the hole.

"NO PROBLEM!" Applejack replied.

As Rarity was running around and heading for the stairs, everyone else had already made it up the house. They were climbing support beams and walking up planks of wood. They were finding it a lot easier and a lot less stress inducing then having to climb up the steps. AJ constantly yelling out to see if everybody is ok or haven't gotten lost. Fortunately, nobody didn't and they were all climbing up with much ease.

Eventually, everyone made it up and they all found a second hole. Once they all exited the hole, they were all greeted with welcoming sunlight and a nicely polished bathroom. The hole was right behind the toilet seat and it wasn't all that easy to find.

"Applejack! That Was Amazing!" complimented Rainbow Dash which everyone else quickly agreed with.

"Oh Shucks. It wasn't all that special." replied a modest Applejack. "It was just a hole that I found."

"Don't be modest Applejack" Princess Twilight rebutted. "If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't know which way we should be going."

"Why thank you princess" she replied as she tipped her hat for the compliment.

As the tour continue on and on, every pony seems to be getting use to the new Twilight. Her gentle, kind and caring persona seems to be helping her to make these new friendships even stronger. However, for the old Twilight, she is making these friendships a little too fast for her liking. Even though she has only been there for a day, everyone has already been promising her favours and guidance. She also didn't like it that everyone is calling her "princess" or "her highness" she is obviously is not a real princess. The jealousy inside Twilight stomach was beginning to boil, she tempted to decide that she does not like this "new Twilight Sparkle." Twilight soon spotted that she was getting angry and try as hard as she might to not let that anger to take control of her.

After she calmed down, Twilight told everybody: "Come on girls, we need to tidy ourselves up or else Rarity will explode when she sees us." 

It was then that everyone realize the they were all dusty and have some strands of cobwebs stuck to them. They all just chuckle when they see each other and hop into the nearby sink to clean themselves. They only use drops of water that was leaking out of the faucet to wash themselves so they wouldn't be too wet when they meet up with Rarity. When Rarity finally met up with them, they were all sparklingly clean. They didn't do a good job on hiding their grins though as Rarity soon realize that they was pulling something over her but didn't know what. She eventually gave up and everyone finally carried on with the tour.

Everyone left the bathroom and entered the long hallway in the second floor. Aside from the room they have just came from, Princess Twilight spotted on door on her right and two other doors on her left.  She could recognize one door on the left as that was Amy's room. However, the door next to Amy's was completely covered by a poster that says: "KEEP OUT! GAMER AT WORK!" It was really hard for her to look away.

"And these are the bed rooms where the people sleep at night" stated Applejack as it was now her turn to explain things. "Amy's room is on the left there and Amy's mom's room is over there right."

"Ok, but who does that room belong to?" enquired Princess Twilight as she point towards the door that she couldn't look away.

"Oh! That is Brad's room" AJ replied who felt stupid for not bringing it up.

Left with more questions, the princess then asked: "And who is Brad?"

"WHO IS BRAD!" interjected Rainbow Dash who felt appalled that someone even asks that question.

Seeing where this is heads, Applejack just sat back and says: "Here we go."

Dash was jumpy and excited when she states: "Brad is thee most AWESOME guy you will ever meet. Whatever you thinks is awesome, he does it. Action movies, action games, action comic books. Not only is he really amazing on his skateboard, but he can also ride skates, bikes and can perform moves with a scooter. And he is also a part time running back for his school football team and he is the star player. Everybody loves him and that's why he is thee definition... of awesome."

As she was catching her breath, Rainbow Dash look at see how impressed that she made her friends. The only one who was intrigued however was Pinkie Pie and Princess Twilight. The others were more indifferent then anything else and the only reason they were smiling was because they were smirking at her (except for Fluttershy. Everything Rainbow just said went over her head). The one that she found the most annoying was Applejack's as her grin was telling her that she forgot to tell something important.

"WHAT!" Rainbow irritatedly yelled. 

AJ smugly replied: "You forgot to mention that he is also Amy's brother."

Rainbow Dash facepalmed herself. She personally didn't think that it really matters, but she still felt that she got it wrong and she does know it is really important. " Yeah, well... that only means that Amy is sort of cool too." she tells them, hoping it would save some of her dignity.

As everyone just chuckle and shook their heads at Rainbow, Rarity says to Princess Twilight: "Well, that is more or less the house. What do you think of your new home?"

"I think it's wonderful" she replied. As everyone's attention is all on her, she tells them: "And it's wonderful that I made suck lovely friends. I know I have just only came her, but you all have been so kind to me. I just... I love you all so much."

Everyone began to blush because of her compliment. Even if they find it funny if they interpreted it literally, they were all touched by her kind words.

The princess then turn to and got Twilight attention. " And um... me..." she said hesitantly. Before she said anything else, she thought long and hard to what she is gunna say to herself. She felt that Twilight was growing more and more envious of her and was afraid that if she said something wrong, she might make things worse.
The regular Twilight also notice that she was having real difficulty on deciding what she was gunna say to her. She realized that she want to say something nice to her and she felt sorry for making her think that she has to do it. At that moment, Twilight found it really hard to hate her.

Finally, when the mood was silent, the princess walked up to Twilight, place her hoof on Twilight's shoulder a says: "Twilight... you are the one who I want to be best friends with."

Everyone else was quiet as they were all waiting for Twilight's response. Twilight herself blushed and felt slightly surprised by those words. "Thank you" she replied before both Twilights began to hug themselves. But away from everyone's gave, unicorn Twilight shed a single tear because she hate herself... because she hates herself.
