The morning light shined onto the two, curled up in the small bed together.




"DERPY!" Nurse Redheart shouted opening Scootaloo's door. The grey mare rubbed her face with a forehoof trying to wake herself up.

"What?" Nurse Redheart rushed over and pulled her out of the bed. Derpy flushed red realizing she had slept all night with the filly.

"What are you doing here? And in bed with a patient!?" She dragged her out of the room, tears falling down the filly's face as she glanced back. knowing what was going to happen tears began to well up in her eyes.

"I-I cant explain I just I have to go." She galloped  out of the hospital to her house tears flowing down her face.




Back at the hospital




"DERPY!" Scootaloo screamed pounding on the door.

"Scootaloo sweetie you have to calm down or we will have to put you to sleep again." One of the nurse ponies preparing a needle as Nurse Redheart spoke.

"I DON'T CARE! DERPY WHERE ARE YOU!?" The filly bucked the door cracking it, tears drenching her coat as she screamed.

"Are you ready nurse?" One of the Stallion's asked as they approached the door. Nurse Redheart simply took the needle and nodded her eyes bloodshot from tears.

"Im so sorry." She whispered as they opened the door.  

"Get away from me!" Scootaloo shouted backing into the corner. The stallion held her still as Nurse Redheart pushed the needle into her flank injecting the liquid.  As she withdrew the needle the stallion let go Scootaloo collapsed to the floor Nurse Redheart rushing to holding her.

"Just sleep I promise it will be okay." She pulled her close her body went limp slowly falling into sedation.  As she closed her eyes she put the orange Pegasus into her bed closing the door slowly.




After her shift ended Nurse Redheart walked to Derpy's filled with confusion and questions as well as concern.
